Had in the same time pedi and manicure. I use to like the place because it's quiet not in a middle of a mall and bright. Not satisfied by my 2 treatments, it's the first time I don't give a tip. Pedi, she hurted me 2 times apologizing but repeting, Mani, despite a bleeding side on my nail she didn't say anything (I wasn't bleeding before) she carried on without saying anything. And also, had to buy a treatment if I wanted her to use it😳. Never had that in other Sorbet salon. Just desappointed. Not going back.

I honestly had the worst wax experience in this particular branch. The lady was unfriendly!! The wax was not warm/hot enough, it literally felt like my skin was peeling off. I really love sorbet brand but experience I had today was really annoying and disappointing. The ladies who did my nails were great though….and very efficient. It was my first time in this branch and I genuinely felt like they are not customer oriented like most sorbet branches I’m used to.

Over the past couple of years, I have been coming to Sorbet at least once a week, if not twice. The staff are all very friendly and always accommodating. Thandeka gives the best washes and massages…she leaves me feeling as though I just attended a spa. (I always wait till she is free.) Fikile is my go to for styling, I have challenged her with a few styles and she has always left me looking glam! I am always complimented on my hair and I always feel great after doing my hair here. Stylists that are my go to in Fikile’s absence are Nomsa and Synthia who also always exceed my expectations. Highly recommend this salon for their friendly staff, hygiene and cleanliness.

My favourite sorbet that has everything I need! The ladies are professional and friendly, the salon is clean, and I’m treated like a queen. Sorbet wax is also the best - it’s less painful than anywhere else I have been. The location is great too!

They used flammable products without letting me know .. then said they are not liable In response to their reply: The “open flame” they’re talking about is the oven. I have been doing my nails for YEARS and I have never had this problem until I went to your salon .. that says a lot 😊

Been doing my nails there for a few months now. After doing a soak off this weekend I found that I have a fungus under one of the nails. I’ve been advised that it is due to unsanitary tools and products. I am now having to seek medical attention to sort this out. I have been doing gel nails for over 13 years and I have never gotten a fungus from a salon before and to be honest I am disgusted. Nice salon at first glance but definitely not worth getting an infection. Maryke, the owner or manager, did call me to confirm the situation.
