The place is not well maintained. Photos look more posh than the actual place live/,in person. It is great for hosting parties cause of the spacious cottages however felt unsafe at the entrance gate and passageway to the entrance when driving to the place as a woman...kinda feels dodge. This is Joburg anyway🤷‍♀️

The service was kind of poor, spent 20 minutes at the gate waiting for them to open which we felt was not safe. After attempting to address this with the manager we were made to wait for over 30 minutes trying to ascertain if we could get a refund of which we were then told he is not the manager and come back after an hour.

The place is absolutely HUGE. I'm not sure if is under new management but it needs some touch ups, things like the swimming pool those should be clean from time to time. There's alot I would talk about but imma book again September to try see some changes ❤

It's a nice place buy doesn't have bar or coffee shop,so that's the only thing missing at this place

The place was clean, support staff was friendly and welcoming. Hubby and I had a great time Just d pool had bugs and Wi-Fi wasn't great . We going back there soon

If you value peace of mind stay away from this place.I made a reservation online on Saturday & total booking fee was deducted from my acc.when I arrived,I was assisted by a lady called EverJoy who insisted they do not charge for booking and I need to make a payment directly with her using their speedpoint, and assured me to resolve the debited booking fee the following morning.Since yesterday she is refusing accountability of this & when I called she asked to make followup with the owner but she has been ignoring my texts ever since & previously stated that “unfortunately we do not charge fee” and there won’t be any refund.

We had a very traumatic experience when we arrived there. Place doesn't look like what we see on the internet. Staff and reception were very nice and welcoming. Unfortunately poor service, no towels, rooms are prepared in our presence, pool is very dirty as well and flies all over the place. We hope management will do something about this. For now please find alternative places to stay.

They met my expectations. The place if very affordable. The staff is very friendly, well trained staff I must say. The place is very neat and there is value for money. I would definitely go back there. I am happy about everything. Great service!!

They do not communicate with their guest, we had to keep asking for running water. The taps were always dry with no explanation. Back up generator goes on and off. But the area is nice and quiet

Place looks nothing like advertised on the internet. Linen was dirty and stained with what looked like semen. Walls look like they were last cleaned many years ago. No towels anywhere in the room. Can not login into the internet. I would not recommend it to anyone.
