Absolutely worst service ever received. I was made to empty my bag outside when they refused to open the gate, accusing me of stealing a towel that was never in the room to begin with. The place smelt musty, rooms were dusty and carpeted. Do not recommend! Sies!

The housekeeping staff were incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful. The outside of the building looks worn and broken down. The rooms were clean but sparse. The wallpaper was peeling on almost every single wall. The bathroom tap kept leaking throughout the night. The curtains were all torn in several places. We struggled for a good 10 minutes to get someone to open the gate for us at check-in and then we weren't shown around until I started asking where to find what I needed. The WiFi is absolutely terrible. If you are lucky, you can get 7 mbps - definitely not work-friendly. WILL NOT RECOMMEND!

False advertising. It looked nothing like how it was in the pictures, the roof on the 2nd floor had caved in, we were afraid for our lives. We didn’t feel comfortable or safe so we opted to leave. There was a prayer session going on and the participants were quite loud. The manager was vague and uninformative.

Was supposed to check in for my birthday weekend, got there and waited at the gate, noone was opening, after they opened there was noone at reception to assist, the laundry lady came to our assistance after we shouted for attention, she callled Melusi who took his sweet time to attend to us, he then came and the way he was dressed was unreception like, I asked why there was noone at reception’s apparently she was in rabdburg fixing her laptop OMG, anyway he then says check in is at 2, we left and booked somewhere else. I wasn’t even bothered about the money because sies whar poor service

Beautiful big and clean guesthouse with immaculate spacious rooms. The area is so quiet and serene, definitely worth your money, reasonably priced as well

The establishment is unprofessional. They do not answer any of their phones nor do they respond to emails. I do not recommend this place. The service is appalling.

Building needs TLC, but excellent value for money and served the purpose. Friendly reception. Internet extremely slow.

Home away from home (away from home) Pleasant experience with nearly all amenities and services, intercom and gate access upon arrival could use some work I've yet to experience the massage service, hopefully it is administered Mpho and available 24/7.

I was hoping for the best but unfortunately this place was terrible. I'll never go back. Looks and smells old. Housekeeping staff were so rude and unfriendly. Staff basically started cleaning the room whilst I was gathering my things as I was 10 minutes late as their check out was 10am. Amenities and products are well below standard. Cheap coffee, broken walls, old shower heads, etc. Needs a lot of work!

False advertising. I booked 2 deluxe rooms. The one room is positively disgusting. No hot water. Mould on the roof. Broken fan. Dirty. The extensive menu is non existant. This is NOTHING like the advertising. How they manage to stay on booking agents books is beyond me. NEVER AGAIN. this place cannot even be rated. It's appalling

My booking was cancelled before I got there, and no one communicated that with me. They had all my contact details. I only found out when I called them the day before check in. The receptionist by the name of Mpho was so rude, she told it's not a "trainsmash", she'll make a plan to book me in another B&B. She never once apologised to me, instead she told me that when she called I did not answer my phone so it's my fault. She never left a voice message, never sent an email, never even sent a whatsapp message. I find this highly unprofessional and unacceptable for any establishment!

This was the most horrific guesthouse hotel experience I’ve had in my life. COMPLETE false advertising. Mold on the ceilings, wallpaper coming off the walls, completely broken shower with no hot water, not a single hook in the bathroom that wasn’t broken. The level of FILTH is indescribable. I’m surprised this place hasn’t been shut down due to being a health hazard. And that’s not even to mention the ongoing construction??

The place is neat and tidy only Challenge is vodacom network it is not a 24 hour reception

I'm not sure of the accommodation and services offered. We went for pre election interviews. The staff seemed friendly and helpful. Unfortunately this establishment is not even slightly wheelchair friendly which is a huge concern for me having 2 handicapped members in our family. Otherwise it seemed okay

The gardens are amazing. It's self catering so come prepared. The place is clean and so is the swimming pool. The rooms are big. Just hope they get the upstairs sorted would have loved to stay up there. It's also close to a couple of malls

You wait forever by the gate... It took over 10 minutes to let us in... Twice. You buzz in but nothing happens. Then you get inside, the receptionist was not available, we had to wait a for to check in. But the rooms are great, big and neat.
