The
short
and
sweet.
This
is
not
4
star
quality,
yet
you
pay
for
4
star
luxury
and
service.
Just
Get
different
accommodation.
Details:
We
came
here
for
a
family
get
together
after
not
being
together
for
a
year
and
wanted
to
be
pampered.
We
instead
have
found
the
following:
*
The
baths
are
not
the
same
as
depicted
on
the
website,
despite
getting
the
busselton
luxurious
suite.
*
Several
utilities
were
broken
in
the
EXECUTIVE
suite,
including
handles
to
the
tables,
the
curtains
and
the
drain
that
was
not
only
dirty,
but
the
top
part
was
disconnected,
the
second
room
that
we
have
booked
had
a
broken
pipe.
They
then
agreed
to
give
us
sandwiches
for
lunch
(to
make
up
for
the
terrible
room
state),
which
we
later
found
out
was
not
free.
*
Food
-
Small
portion
food
that
is
below
is
mediocre
quality
dinner
(no
lunch,
Mr
D
was
suggested...
After
the
price
we
payed...
really?).
We
payed
R180
per
person
for
the
dinner
and
it
would've
been
better
spent
at
Mcdonalds
...
*
Empty
promises
-
Upon
arrival
a
welcome
pamphlet
was
left
on
our
table
stating
that
there
are
HOSPITALITY
soft
drinks,
beers
and
wine
which
were
not
provided
in
any
way
shape
or
form.
*
From
the
two
rooms
we
booked
2,
both
had
ONLY
1
bar
of
soap
each...
Sorry
hair,
no
shampoo
for
you.
*
Dirty
unmaintained
pool.
*
NO
OTHER
ACTIVITIES????
Just
a
swimming
pool.
Thandi
tried
to
assist
but
the
fundamental
issues
are
with
the
suite
and
quality
of
the
"hotel".
We
have
payed
top
dollar
for
a
luxury
4
star
hotel
(as
depicted
on
Google
maps
and
the
website)
and
have
gotten
mediocrity
(at
best).
Our
dissapointed
is
immeasurable.
It
may
have
been
4
star
once,
but
CERTAINLY
not
anymore.
We
will
not
be
returning.
Steer
clear
of
this
place,
twas
truly
horrid
experience
for
the
price.
