Extremely long waiting times. Waited 30 plus minutes for my side order. Also got my car broken into outside and robbed which the security was there and and 2 police yet no help at all.

Most disappointing - This is not a Nandos! Service was mediocre at best. But the food!!! A crusty old bun with a flat bit of chicken. A smattering of rather tired lettuce, and not a piece of tomato in sight. Together this dry, tasteless offering, disguised as a burger, made the kalahari look fresh! The wrap was literally a bit of tasteless chicken in a pocket. We found a bit of lettuce at the bottom of the thing. Nah, wont be back!

I would give this place no star of it was possible.Ordered food at about 7:30 pm on Sunday.We waited and waited till we saw that the food would be delivered at around 8:20, which changed to 8:40, to 9pm. On the app it said the food was being brought.We tried to call the restaurant and fot a message that it was after hrs. Tried to call the numbwr of the driver who was supposed ro bring the foos: no answer. I had to start prearing food for my children at about 9:30.Noone apologises to you.All you get is a refund.So disappointing!! Get organised guys!!

Nandos Chilli Lane has to be the worst Chicken outlet. They constantly serve poor quality food and this I believe is purely down to Nandos lack of care of customer service. Franchisees are cutting corners to save on cost but we the customers have to suffer. Recently bought a pita mild and I all received was a pita bread with chicken strips. Wish I could give them zero stars.

Placed a very small order at 13:49 still waiting at 16:00. Apparently the driver delivered it - definitely not to me. Maybe he got lost along the way…

Requested for half chicken hot , but absolutely no taste , not even salt on the chicken , had to use Mochachos sauce to enjoy the meal , and the spicy rice and chicken was dry and no taste. Such a disappointment especially when one is looking at a late night meal , and your location franchise is receiving such bad reviews and nothing has been done to improve quality. Not sure why Nandos Franchise is still honoring the license for Nandis Chilli Lane

Think twice before ordering from Nandos Chili Lane. They used to be good but now they are just an utter disappointment. My mother ordered earlier today for dinner, told the cashier lady that we wanted leg but she put any piece (our fault for not double checking the slip) we received one leg and two breasts. When we opened the packet at home, the pieces were burnt and had minimal extra sauce (pictures and attached). I won't be ordering from you again. Waste of money and time

Deciding to treat an urge for our favorite spicy chicken livers we placed an order at this Nando's. Unfortunately we received a very sad state of affairs of chicken livers. Literally boiled livers with perhaps a tablespoon of sauce. They were so dry that even the bread we received with them could not find enough sauce to make the bread wet. This is the first Nando's we have ever experienced this. The sauce is the key here Nando's!

Never EVER order for delivery. If you do, do NOT pay online. Your food will never arrive. If you are lucky you might just get it 2 hours after you’ve ordered. Very incompetent staff and worse delivery people! 🚮🚮🚮

I'm a Nandos fanatic and I've bought at lot of Nandos outlet but they don't get close to Nandos Chilli Lane. Nandos in Chilli Lane is the best and they have never disappointed me. Always on time and the order is as expected. The staff are amazing and the level of customer service is tops. Keep it up and great work deserves to be applauded. Really happy with the service and the food.

It's very clean, I saw its being sanitized every now and then, and the orders are very fast

Sunninghill Nando's get zero stars. The lady got my order wrong, got the entirely wrong meal served to me at the table. Then proceeded to insist that I actually lied to her and did indeed order what I Know I did not. No apology, just attitude. Won't be back.

The service is appalling honestly something must be done urgently. The manager Daphney doesn’t care to resolve issues with customers. She is rude and not helpful. We ordered food on Uber eats and didn’t get delivery, she told us to go away as it is none of her business. This is no way to talk to customers. Please do something

Chips were stale and stiff. Spicy rice was not spicy, cooked properly or had flavour. Don't order off Mr D as the staff will not check your meals properly and leave items out and they will not compensate either. Will NOT recommend to anyone.

The chicken was enjoyable fresh and tasty The fries were stale and stiff so I asked for the staff to replace with a freshly fried portion... Done.. no questions asked.. Polite

Worst Nando's. Please do not go here. Previous order was messed up and now second time again in a row. They sent one chicken instead of two and when I called they said they need to check security footage even tho I am a regular. Waiting almost an hour now for my missing chicken.

I'm definitely a regular here seeing as tho I'm always eating at Nando's! The cashiers are always smiling when greeting you

Ordered the veg boujee bowl , In mild, got chicken instead and that too was 1 and a half pieces of chicken cubes, literally just a quarter of the normal portion, very dry and Very little sweet corn like a teaspoon of it and it wasn't mild , it was hot. It looks like this was just thrown together . Terrible presentation, poor attention to detail! Will definitely Not be ordering from Nando's Chilli Lane again!

Hi I had just order a take away at Nando’s chilli lane…. The service was good but the worst food I have ever eaten from a Nando’s….. I ordered a mozam paprika wrap with churros…. The wrap looked like it was slapped together by a child and was soggy and the chicken was very tough and over cooked…. The churros was so over done when I took my first bite it just broke…. Some of the worst take outs I have ever gotten I would never recommend this Nando’s to anyone

Ultra slow and unprofessional. Looked like an uncoordinated circus. Food took forever. Once ready, it took a further while before utensils were delivered. Overall poor experience. Far cry from Nandos Sandridge (our regular restaurant)

I've been really enjoying the chicken here lately...of cause making sure I get extra sauce till the bag sloshes with delight!

Food is great however it’s always busy so you will wait longer.

They never dissapoint. You will not Hve burnt chicken. But saucy yummy nandos chicken.

Very poor service, they charge me for cheese on 2 burgers and don't add it so when i get home they made some extra money off me! Burgers are not great either.

Really enjoyed their quality of food. Very fresh and tasty. Little on the smaller side of portions but still worth it in terms of quality. Will be back.

Very disappointed in Chilli Lane Nandos. Ordered chips got coleslaw; extra sauce on chicken - got none. Chicken so dry couldn't eat it. No condiments, sauces, serviettes. Only saw all of this once I got home!!!

Very average tasting branch, we were served stale rolls but the rest of the order was prepared ok.

I ordered a wrap from Nandos chilli lane in JHB and this is what gets delivered to me? 5 pieces of chicken, a bit of sauce and no coleslaw or salad. This is not the first or second time this has happened to me
