Useless staff and archaic systems. I attempted to get a refund on the watch that I bought on 31 December 2021 and their manager proceeded to inform me that they only refund to credit cards and they do not refund in cash. I have complained to their customer service as this is not client-centric and backwards for the 21st century. REFUND MY MONEY, STERNS SANDTON.

Looking at engagement rings, I was shocked how clueless the sales staff were. Firstly, they didn’t want to show us the ring specs and were also quite clueless about what they were selling. Please educate your staff.

The service was terrible. Staff were not friendly. The lady who helped me was not welcoming when I greeted her. Each time I asked her to see an item she just pointed to tell me where it was rather than actually showing me the pieces. It felt like they didn't want my business although they were quiet

My man ordered earrings. It was a Christmas present for me. I was very disappointed when the product arrived. It looked old, like it had been used. There was dirt like glue on the ring area. The inside of the ring is black. I know that silver jewelry tends to black easily. But this is a new product, taken out of the box, and it makes me feel. Disappointed with the quality that should be received. This product not buy from Sandton city stores. But he orders same brand by online shopping for me.

I love wonderful customer service and I received wonderful customer service from this lady Charlotte from the moment I walked into the store. She was friendly and patient with me. She helped me with my online purchase and the item I bought at the Sandton City store. She even wrapped the gift for my cousin nicely for me. Her Colleague Thelma was wonderful too.
