There are a few useful shops sprinkled around in here, but a lot of empty units too. It used to be quite lively back in the 1990s, but probably overshadowed by New Square now. Could really do with filling in those empty shops to take away the look and feel of an abandoned project. It really does have the potential. I had heard rumours years ago of plans to open bars and restaurants to create a decent nightlife in West Brom, but unfortunately those haven't come to fruition. There are 3 entrances and exits that I'm aware of. One near Primark in New Square. One near the college that used to be an art gallery. One from the centre of the marketplace. It's probably easiest to park in the huge New Square car park and walk from there if driving. (Free parking from 6pm, and all day Sunday).

Any of you heard the song by.. the specials ..ghost town... I'm sure that was wrote about queen's square ....its beautiful and clean nice shops but hardly anyone in there

Not very good shops a lot closed didn't like it much

If you like follow covid 19 guidelines then don't go here you will feel bad, because people don't like to follow any rules

Only went to the phone shop .I always shopped in West bromwich town, but since the new square was built, its took the heart out of the town .

Alot of places closed down. Alot of independents which is great but more people walk through the centre to get to where they're going rather than shop in it

Decent centre with many empty units. Boots and Poundland are the two main stores

It's ok, has a few good shops but does get busy and not enough security around and you need to keep an eye on ur bag's as there are a lot of pick pockets.

Always a pleasure going the new square shopping centre. Sunday parking is free, other days if making a purchase at the tesco ask them for parking voucher.

Good place plenty of choices to shop or have food q good range for everybody's needs

Really recommend this place. Lovely place for shopping and meet up with friends.

Wife loves it..always getting bargains... Best of all..always has her size...

Sadly, as in many areas, shops have closed. It's become basic but there is a nice soft furnishings store reasonable prices Edit** Sadly this store is now closed

Worst shopping centre ever, hardly anyone there. Full of empty units and field sales representatives such as Virgin media

Nice little shopping center for shopping. Close to New Square Shopping Center and high street. Few empty shops as well. Next to open market for fruits and vegetables. You can park in the new Square parking lot and walk to Queens Square. (Next to Primark).

Bought some meat an fish from clock tower fishmongers an butchers it was lovely and fresh will go again also popped into primark lovely store

Still a lot of people who are not sticking to the rules wearing these mask. No badges to say they are exempt. If this carries on to be honest I can we going into lockdown again.

Food was good, atmosphere was excellent, serving staff was excellent. Overall it was a good experience. I recommend it for family visit.

Much improved since our last visit here about 5 years ago. Lively shopping centre with a good mix of chains and independents.

Disappointed at the number of shops that have closed down it was pretty empty considering it was Saturday afternoon.

Good shops all areas clean and tidy. Could do with more benches for people with walking difficulties to take a break

Large swathes of West Brom are like the land that time forgot, dad used to say to mom let's go and see the beautiful people of West Brom, they are still there but sadly many empty stores and poor parking facilities add to the dismal experience of visiting the pride of Sandwell

West Bromwich is half dead, even with the new shops. It's sad, because it was thriving at the new end. Now that's only half there 😭
