Terrible car park - has charged me £60 for staying 5 minutes over 8 hours as i couldnt pay by app or phone like they claim. Don’t park here!

Let's start with the parking system in this small retail park. Its abysmal and has been highlighted in detail by many others. If you are going to park here, just please remember the parking time begins from the moment you enter the car park, so by the time you get your parking ticket, 5 mins may have already been passed, yet the ticket will show you the time from the moment you paid. This is misleading, don't get caught out by the ANPR machine, this camera records the time you came in and left, and that's the time you should be paying for. Some decent outlet shops, a jumping place for kids and some cheap bargain stores.. Nothing at all fancy here, quick walk over the street and you've got far better shops. Only positive here is, it's cheaper to park than across the road.

Got a £60 parking fine after I thought that had paid! avoid,avoid,avoid. Get a parking receipt or pay on phone or better still shop elsewhere until this is sorted

Plenty of parking at a price, all the shops are rarely occupied and the mix of shops always seems odd. Still, it is convenient for the rest of town but there is a huge car park literally across the road which is cheaper or free if you go to Tesco and spend a fiver.

You going to wait for ever they lock the door you can't just enter the shop so basically you have to wait outside and inside. Once you go inside they tell you to take a seat but no available chair 😂 so stand there like a security guard 🙂 . Me I have a lower back problem I was standing there for very long time. It hurts my back really bad .. I won't use this place again.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I should have read the reviews before using the Instavolt charging station located within this parking. I've charged here twice and just received a parking fine of £100 for the first charging occasion (I'm sure the second one is coming soon). I wouldn't expect to pay to get my car charge in a retail park, and there was no sign warning us!!! It's like paying at a petrol station to top up fuel! Absolutely terrible experience

Was able to park outside shop we needed.

Beware of carpark parking tickets. it can catch you out easily. The signs are not displayed properly. It is only displayed at the entrance which can easily be overlooked when you are busy looking at traffic. I don't know why it is still legal judging at the amount of people getting caught. I would give it a 0 stars if possible. I think it should be free for the shoppers at least for an hours or 2. absolute Scam.

Disgusting parking penalty of £100. First visit to this place and I will not be returning, B&M were utterly useless too, I shall be avoiding euro car parks, B&M and Astle Retail Park forever!

Always a pleasure to shop at M&S. It's the only store that supplies the perfect fit jeans for me. I love buying my jeans and tops from here. I have never been disappointed.

There are pay machines which take card or cash. Otherwise you can use the ECP park buddy app. Some good shops and close to the town centre. Also have car chargers.

U purchase a ticket then still get a fine saying registration not recognised! Scam . Keep your ticket for few weeks or take a picture. Reported to trading standards

Visited the motorcycle shop to get new gloves and potentially a new helmet. However it is cheap and it's cheap because it is all below average gear. No big names or even decent brands.. wouldn't go again...

We took my grandson to flatanation we had a fabulous time I would definitely recommend 👌 this place to take your children for a fun afternoon bouncing around 😀 😊 😄 😉 they will love it and you can eat and drink there they also do party's great day 😀 😊 👍 ttxxxxxxx

What's the point in a pay and display system if the duration is going to be recorded by camera? Most people are going to expect they have until the time on their ticket to leave the car park. If it takes 5-10 minutes to get your ticket (for any number of reasons), you are automatically going to go over. I've been issued a parking notice and my appeal has been rejected. I'm 100% NOT paying. The system needs looking in to. Judging by the other reviews and talking to other people who have parked here, these fines are happening too often.

Store outlets. Plenty of parking spaces. Top shops M&S, Pavers and others. All cheaper than original shops. Large motorbike gear shop at amazing prices.Very large stock.

If you want a fine, park here! The machines were out of order and the phone line was not active ,yet I still got a fine.

Useful little shopping area just off the high street with some decent outlets, but be mindful of the car park as it can catch you out and get you a fine. You're better off parking over the road in New Square where the parking machines are a bit better.

Visited Pavers shoe store , nice big clean place, ample choice of shoes for ladies and gentlemen. Very friendly and polite staff always willing to help. Reasonably priced and shoe care products also available.

Very clean store. M&S have a good selection of vegan food when they have the stock, mostly sold out, so I end up trying something new.

80p to park but m&s outlet is worth a visit and the market is nearby. Park in Tesco car park and spend £5 for 2 hours free.

Nothing wrong with the retail park, but please beware of the parking ticket machines as if not used properly or faulty could potentially cost you £60 in a fine. Especially if you use the contactless option instead of cash.

Be very very careful when using their car park, machine didn't work properly and I got a £100 fine, end up paying £20 which should not happen when not my fault.

Easy parking for main shopping area . M&S clearance store on site plus B&M store . Close to Tesco for shopping and 5 mins walk from town

Went to m&s staff were very attentive and helpful when I asked for help. I would definitely go there again...An array of shops to go into such as B&M...

I paid it by cash, and the stay time was only 1:20, and so far they are sending me that the fine has increased to 170 pounds, and because I did not keep the payment paper, so I cannot prove anything, and therefore I prefer to go to court, because it is not reasonable that the parking value is £1.60 pounds and the fine is 170 £

I didn't know about the parking and I cannot walk very much ,and they time you, from how it takes you to get to the machine.then they threaten you with bailiff's.

Trying to find a store which has best assistance for bra fitting help for my sister who has dementia , M & S is superior . Though the car parking situation is awful so i suggest folks park over the road at tesco and spend a fiver in their cafe which is very good . Some of the other stores at Astle r p are very good too

They need to not be greedy and allow free parking after a certain time

There's not loads here. Shopping choices are limited. They're are lots of good eateries around though

Got a ticket because you have to download an app if you have no change. Was told by security that 15mins were free... Left within 5mins and still got done. Not many shops left on there. B&m, marks n Spencer outlet are the only decent places.

Avoid at all costs!! Do not park there, parking machine did not work so tried to call them and they weren't active and tried app but that dont work if your paying at the end of ur visit!! £60 fine for being there for a few minutes! Even at night time! Avoid and definitely worst car park company!!
