Nice deep massage but he needs to clip his nails.

We left before getting the massage. The therapist was wearing filthy stained pants that looked like they'd been worn at least 3 days. He sneezed into his hand, then a minute later proceded to touch my 76yo fathers shoulder. Nails were dirty. The place itself looked nice, the massage room looked well kept, but the therapist was honestly dangerous from an infectious perspective.

The worst massage I have ever had. Nothing felt good. Just pain. He did not wear a mask, and he spits when he talks.I will never go back.

After 3 trips to see Mr. Kim for deep tissue massage, I am finally feeling relief from a 6-month back injury. The facility is clean and calming, and Mr. Kim knows his stuff! He is very accommodating and listens to what I need and where my body needs attention. He also made sure to show me his Covid-19 vaccination card so I would feel safe in his space. The price point is similar to other places, but I get more for the $$ than paying al a carte for services at a commercial spa. So far, a positive experience.

The Rad Grandad of Magnificent Massage! The proprietor of this establishment is the consummate professional who really knows what's up. I go regularly and Mr. Kim never disappoints. I have a very physically demanding part-time job, and my main job keeps me chained to a desk (so my lower back is a case study in what not to do.) Every single time I go here I leave feeling renewed and refreshed. He offers Sports, Swedish, Deep Tissue, and everything in-between! He takes time to talk to you to find where your problem areas are and ensure that he knows about any injuries or physical limitations and has extremely reasonable rates. If you live within an hour's drive of Massage Randolph, you owe it to yourself to check them out; he's one of the best masseuses I've ever had the privilege to work with.

Today, I was on a business trip to Maryland. I passed by a massage shop and thought about trying a deep tissue massage temporarily. When I entered the shop, I felt quite clean. After 120 minutes of massage, I felt that my leg muscles relaxed a lot. Give her 100 points. Maybe I will come again next time. Thank you very much.

He went above and beyond what i have paid for! i have been back few times since and i have recommended both my sisters and my best friend. This is my third time going to this place. I was referred by my sister the first time. I usually get deep tissue massage because my job requires me using my hand a lot and I need to get massages regularly to keep up. By far, this is the BEST deep tissue massage I have ever gotten!! Mr. Kim was very professional and very knowledgeable on the anatomy of the body. He even used a hot stone on me for free where as all the massage places I visited charge extra for that. I highly recommend Massage Randolph! I will definitely be going back! Thank you Mr. Kim

Extremely Disappointed – Wasted Time and Poor Communication I am beyond frustrated with my experience at this massage parlor. I purchased a 1-hour massage through Groupon and scheduled my appointment as instructed. I even called ahead to confirm and received no information suggesting any limitations. I drove 40 minutes to the location, only to be told in person that they only accept Groupon appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays—something that was never mentioned on the phone or clearly stated on their website or Groupon listing. Had I known this policy ahead of time, I never would have wasted my time, gas, or energy making the trip. Clear communication is the bare minimum, especially when people are prepaying for services and traveling from out of town. This experience felt unprofessional and inconsiderate. I won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend this business to others EVER!

I have had plenty of massages in plenty of different places. This was really a fantastic massage. Not a second short of 60 minutes, so so relaxing

Unprofessional, rude, and misleading. I tried to use a valid coupon at this place, but as soon as I mentioned it, they kept avoiding giving me a clear appointment. After a while, I booked without mentioning the coupon, and when I arrived, the staff suddenly said they don’t accept it. Then the story changed: first it was “we don’t take coupons,” then “only on Tuesdays,” then suddenly it became “Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.” The owner was incredibly rude and unkind in handling the situation. I didn’t even end up getting the massage because of how badly I was treated. As a new customer, this left a terrible impression. I won’t be going back—and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I live nearby and I had a really good massage here. I got a facial and it was amazing. A completely new and unique experience for me. I never paid much attention to my skin. After she took the mask off my face my skin was practically glowing. Anyway that's what | felt. Highly recommended. A discount price compared to the fancy spas.

Wanted to surprise my girlfriend with a nice massage. The owner was extremely creepy and was talking about how she should work there and make $5k/month and live in his big house. He talked the whole time. Extremely unprofessional. I would not advise any young females to go there.

I called having never been to see if they could take a walk in and they did with zero issues. Everything was straight forward, prices clearly listed, and the staff was very friendly. My masseuse was super sweet and did a wonderful job and exceeded my expectations.

An amazing experience. Was suffering from back pain and going to PT. It was slow going but decided to add massage therapy from a professional. I was lucky that i decided on Randolph Massage. Months of pain start to fade after several sessions. Explain your situation, they were careful on the method. Super relaxing as well. Even if your pain does not go way, you will go away relaxed and refreshed. 100 smiley faces here!
