I’m a new patient and I absolutely loved my first experience. For starters, the office is beautiful and so well-decorated! I was so impressed with how personable and professional all the staff were from start to finish. They explained everything to me in detail and asked questions about my prior dental treatments. Dr Jacobs was so friendly and spent time with me, reviewing my X-rays and discussing my personal situation. I felt comfortable and in competent hands the entire time I was there. I highly, highly recommend Dentistry of Sandy Springs!

Dr. Solomon and his team provided excellent pain free service. The office has lots of free parking, and is easy to find. The receptionist is friendly, and with all 3 of my appointments that I were right on schedule. The office had a comfortable chair and TV to watch during the treatment. Dr. Jacobs and her hygienist Melissa were very thorough, gentle and professional throughout the entire treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Jacobs and his team if you're looking for a dentist for your family.

I just moved to Atlanta last year and am glad to say that my first choice for dentists was incredible. Everyone there was super friendly and good at what they do. Even the simple things like explaining what they were doing before they did it to make sure I was comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience- these guys rock!

Dr. Jacobs and his staff were extremely professional, efficient and transparent. Upon arrival to the clinic, I was shown a sheet of all tentative services and my expected payment for the day. Within two minutes, I was in a seat. Dr. Jacobs performed the most thorough dental exam I've ever had. He took time to explain all my X-ray findings and allowed me to take autonomy over my dental health. I highly recommend his clinic for anyone seeking a pleasant dental experience.

Madison offered exceptional care and service during my recent visit to this dentist. Through my 3 visits, she has been kind and empathetic and also displayed great patience. She took the time to thoroughly explain everything. The facility is conveniently located in a shopping plaza, providing ample parking, and the short wait time added to the overall positive experience. Scheduling appointments was a breeze. I highly recommend this dentist office for its excellent service.

I absolutely love this office! Everyone that works here is incredible at what they do! From the front desk ladies to the dental assistants, Madison and Francesa, and of course Dr. Jacobs! I use to hate going to the dentist but now I don’t because they always make it a pleasant experience! Also, The office is just so beautiful and clean! I love it! I can’t recommend y’all enough!

I loved this office! The Dr was able to fit me in for emergency root canals after a bad accident I had resulting in two broken teeth. The process went very smoothly. Clean and presentable space and amazing staff! Will definitely come again.

I had a dental emergency over the holidays and Dr. Jacobs came in to see me. He had given his entire staff the week off so he was there by himself. Speaks volumes how a doctor treats his staff and I was really impressed by this. Dr. Jacobs is also a perfectionist and will not let you leave until he makes sure everything is right, he will do things over multiple times if need be. He is also constantly training his assistants and speaks so patient and kind when doing so. He fixed a front tooth of mine that was chipped and the result was so natural my husband couldn’t even see where it was done. I’m so impressed with this doctor, and the whole staff and am elated to have found them!

Recently I had a procedure done in which I had several teeth removed at once. Dr. Jacobs and the staff were incredibly kind, patient, were very clear in communicating what would occur during the procedure and what my recovery process should be in order to make it a smooth one. This is a Dentistry practice that I feel extremely confident with putting my health in the care of. Every visit or other interaction I have had with the doctor and staff here has gone extremely well; I've been pleased with the results of all my treatments, and the front staff office is very informative and pleasant to deal with, all around great! The office itself also seems to be really well kept up, clean and pristine, yet very modern and inviting. Additionally, the location is convenient if you have some other errands to run around the area, are going to do some shopping, or want to visit a restaurant ( which you may or may not want to do depending on what's going on with your teeth, of course ). Overall, I feel very fortunate to have found such a wonderful place for my dental health care - a big thank you to the doctor and all the staff!!

This is the best dental practice I’ve ever been to! The staff is so friendly and transparent about every step of the process. I recently had cavities filled and the procedure was so painless I was dozing off occasionally. Great job to Dr. Jacobs and his team!
