Please do not go here. The therapist donā€™t care. Dr. Carter talks to you and your kids any kind of way. She even gets physical. Tried to accuse my family of not giving my son his medicine because she said we hadnā€™t gotten his medicine filled since October. When it was filled last month and every month on time. She then found out she made a mistake and that the medicine has been filled every month. we had a doctors appointment today to get refills. She told my son he couldnā€™t color in his coloring books in her office. And it started there. She blurted out all of personal business from the therapy session to everyone in the building. Which is supposed to be confidential. The rudest most unprofessional lady Iā€™ve ever met. The ladies at the desk are phenomenal keep it up ladies. Everyone else shouldnā€™t be there. She also refused to send in my sons ADHD medicine when it ran out today. So now I have to wait another week for another appointment with the pediatrician. And she also locked my son and his daddy out the building.

If I could do a negative star I would. I will say the general staff is pretty empathetic and try their best to help how they can. On the other hand, Dr Carter is the worst Dr I've ever had to deal with my entire life. I hate that she was my only option for my child. She refused to prescribe my daughter meds she needs due to c-ptsd. She decided since its was a little late coming in that my daughter hasn't been taking her meds properly. However due to scheduling on their in she couldn't get in any earlier. NOT only that every single time we go in she makes my child and myself feel like scum of the earth. She spoke to me that way for the last time.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Julie had 1 interaction with my son, did NO assessment asked him TWO questions and decided her ā€œco workers/teamā€ would be the ones to decide if he is eligible to receive help. She called me today and said ā€œIā€™m not going to tell you we canā€™t treat him but he doesnā€™t meet requirementsā€ So that means they arenā€™t going to treat him. Save your gas, time, and mental health from going here. These people are an fā€™ing joke.

Completely unprofessional . As a place to turn to of healthcare professionals in a time of need, the therapist only concern was for self and self feelings versus the need of my child. The office staff, and Miss Crystal are amazing and seem to be concerned about their job along with the needs of others. Intake and therapists.. not so much.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Dr Carter is the most unprofessional person I have ever met. She laughed at all the problems and issues my child was having. Belittling children seems to bring her joy and that is sick considering she is working with children with mental health issues. She does more damage to their mental health rather than helping them. She gets all confused and contradicts herself and then accusing her patients and their parents of lying. The first time my daughter had to see her she didn't feel comfortable with the way she was belittling her so she asked if I could come back. Her response...oh you need your mommy? I go back every time with her now for that reason. My child just got laughed at and left in tears because of this "doctor's" behavior towards her. The saddest thing is she is supposed to be working with children that already have enough issues and she makes them worse. I have nothing good I can say about her. My daughter's therapist Elaine is good but mental health should really consider hiring a new doctor for the sake of these kids. She is absolutely awful. I can't even put it all into words how bad she is. If your child has to see her please go back with them. She is causing more damage to kids that are already struggling. Laughing in my daughter's face for her problems šŸ˜” I hope to never have to see that lady again. With her confusion I can only hope she'll be retiring soon. Pray for the kids under her care. She has the worst bedside manner I have ever witnessed. If you have other options besides her for your children I would suggest you use those.
