Celebrated my 43rd Wedding Anniversary . The food was perfect and are server was quick price good. They even gave us a piece of cake . Thank you Olive Garden

My wife & I were a bit hungry after a day of golf playing 18 holes at Highland Walk in Royston Ga., so we stopped in Anderson SC to get a bite to eat before heading home to Greenwood. I had the all you can eat soup, salad and bread with a side of Calamari. My sweetheart wanted the spinach & artichoke dip. Oh man it was so good. I chose the chicken gnocchi soup, uh, I wish I lived in Anderson, so I could go by here once a week to get this all over again. I LOVED the chicken gnocchi soup, 3 bowls & asked if I could get 3 more to go...joking of course! Still, I don't know what happened to me, must of been all that delicious food 😋, but we will be back.

As we try to eat at locally owned restaurants most of the time, it had been a couple of years since we'd eaten at an Olive Garden. In addition, my last visit to this particular Olive Garden was not so great. This time, however, I was pleasantly surprised. We were seated quickly (10 minutes during Sunday lunch!), the service was excellent, and our meals were served piping hot. This location now seems to be very well managed and apparently employs a large effecient staff. During our visit, everything was perfect.

I wasn't going to post this, but Olive Garden has been a favorite of mine. Yesterday my server was completely rude in pretty much accusing me of lying about giving her my payment for my meal, as was also the manager. My food was delicious and I was prepared to leave a more than generous tip, but the server accused me of not paying her and got all up in my face. I am an honest person, not about to cheat anyone. I always leave servers a more than generous tip but I will not be back at Anderson SC location anytime soon I

Service issues over the last few visits continue... (8:30pm 25% full, plenty of wait staff) Wait staff are inexperienced & can't seem to get timing right on bringing food out/ holding your order until you get drinks, apps, Soup/salad, etc. This is not the first or second time entrees have sat on our table getting cold before we finished app/soup. Staff seem to be in a rush to get your order, then go hang out around the corner looking at each other's phones, repeatedly, and still can't glance over when at adjacent tables to notice empty drinks for last 10-15 mins or allow you to get their attention. Recurring theme lately but our waiter seemed unaware of the pile of dishes gathering on our table to the point we had to ask him to remove them. Since we were informed more than once how new they were, we explained how this simple thing can affect tips. Our waiter cleared our dishes but didn't bother with their other tables. Food was still good even though the menu had been cut down again, but bread sticks were hurting/overdone... Found out the 'bread stick person' had gone home. Our bill was wrong b/c waiter didn't understand how to add the $6 take home, so they just charged a regular menu price and didn't ask anyone before giving us the bill. We'll be back at some point, hopefully things will improve with experience.

The last time we dined here it was pretty good......this time not so good. We had a young inattentive waiter which I feel was the root cause of our bad experience. Instead of bringing our salad out first he brought the salad and entree togather which takes away from your dining experience. I was going to complain to the manager but never saw him until we had paid and were exiting the restaurant. He was busy joking around and talking to another employee so i didn't bother him.

We had a really nice young man as our waiter. It was either his first or second day working at Olive garden. HE made our meal so enjoyable. His name is Tommy.....he's a keeper !! Oh yes, the food we ordered was "very good" too. Thanks to the chef and kitchen associates. We will be back !!

First the server and atmosphere music was good. Second the salad and breadsticks are good BUT Third … our spaghetti for $9.99 no no no you have downsized it to a soup bowl how cheap can you go with that?? ALSO the meat sauce it taste good but how can you really taste it when you put like two tablespoons on top of the pasta which literally starts to dissolve from the steam off the noodle pasta UNACCEPTABLE period. A bowl of hot pasta is really what we were served. You gotta do better and stop cheating people via your food or I certainly want return

My boyfriend ordered a catered half flat of tiramisu for my birthday. It was $30 and a hot mess. There was nearly no bottoms, what little there was was slung into the pan afterwards. The pieces were rather haphazardly dropped in. No care was taken. What’s the point of only getting the top half of it?? And that’s how they handled the pre-made desserts. Can’t imagine how they would handle something more complicated. I expected higher quality out of what, at least, used to be a manager training center.

We just absolutely love this place. Very good atmosphere and friendly service all around. Of course the food is consistently excellent and what we've all grown to love. I mean, have you ever had a bad meal at any Olive Garden? Exactly, neither have we! The staff at this location makes this what you might see in the commercials, just a great experience with the family any time we've visited.

Always a great experience at this Olive Garden. My waiter was excellent! The food was delicious. Chicken scampi is my fave! Can’t wait to go back!

Took our daughter here for dinner when she came to visit us from out of town. Our waitress Cheryl was beyond helpful and amazing!!! Helped our daughter with food choices (shes on a strict diet) and made sure we didn't go without anything our entire visit!! Id give her 100/5 stars if I could 👏😁💯

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I’ve been thinking The food and service was decent, the waiter (Connor) was super sweet and helpful. HOWEVER, the dead bug cemetery on the windowsill was very off putting. As you can see in the photos, they are all in different stages on decay and covered in a thick layer of dust.

We got there just as the restaurant opened and everyone was so cheerful & polite. We were quickly seated & our drink orders were taken as well as our food choices. The soup & salad was delicious along with the fluffy bread sticks. Our main courses were piping hot and very filling.

A little disappointed with this visit. Soggy salad and my dinner portion of shrimp scampi looked like a lunch portion. I just thought for the price, it would have been a lot more. I normally have a great experience here and just hoping it was an off day for the staff. Our waitress was very sweet.

The restaurant is amazing. The food is delicious, fast, and the atmosphere is welcoming. If you go there, please try their endless refill of soups. The Chicken Gnocci and the other potatoes based Soups are my favorites. One person deserves my great appreciation, Griffin. He is cool and very hospitable. He not only is very attentive but also is ready to give away some recommendations that turn out to be mouth-watering delicious food. I would give him 10 stars if it was possible. If you go there looking for good time, ask for this amazing person/waiter (Griffin).

They finally brought back the ziti fritta it is absolutely amazing. Sabrina my waitress was the absolute BEST 👌. I highly recommend yall go try the ziti and ask for Sabrina you won't be disappointed.

All in all It was a great meal. We had a larger party, 8, so not unmanageable. Food was great. Atmosphere was okay for being in a corner. Service was a little slow, but the server was very polite and positive. Funny enough, I feel that had the party been sat in middle of dining room, then the table would have been more manageable. Instead of passing food and what not over people and not having a clear view of the entire table. Not a terrible experience, just rather slow. For God's sake keep the glasses full.

We usually go to Olive Garden when we expect to just get a bite for a good price with the hope of possibly getting good service. We were surprised. The service was excellent & food was very good. Atmosphere was clean & welcoming. Everybody greeted us as we sat & as we left. Our server Joseph was very attentive & precise. Things seem to be changing for the better at this Olive Garden.

I am not a big pasta eater. Decided to try out this Olive Garden. I am glad I did. The meal was great, and my server Brenda(if I remember right) was flippen awesome, courteous, polite, and attentive. I was also impressed by the way the other staff members that I could see in my immediate area handled themselves. I will more than likely visit this restaurant again.

We came here for a girls night, 8 of us. The food was served hot and delicious. Our server Hannah was amazing and well attentive. We all loved her so much. She cut up with us, joining in our laughter and honestly felt like one of the group.

This is the best Olive Garden I have ever eaten in! The servers and employees were so nice and the food was exceptional plenty to take home and that Alfredo dip and Zuppa Toscana soup can't be beaten! There's a little white outfit

I have never really seen a bad Olive Garden before, but this one is right up with all the others. Service was great. Food was great. No super long wait on a weekend night. If I had to pick a flaw, it would be the bathrooms. Which isn’t the fault of the employees at that location. It’s on Olive Garden corporate for installing floor length urinals. As many viruses and sicknesses are out these days, floor length urinals should be against code by now.

We visited for granddaughter's birthday. The manager's birthday was same day ... he came by our table to wish her a happy birthday. Our server was Karra ... super nice, attentive, and made granddaughter feel so special. Our meal was primo good! Grilled Chicken Margherita, Seafood Alfredo, Baked Ravioli 😋 ... highly recommend! The Lemon Italian Creme Cake with strawberries was delicious. The staff sang HB to granddaughter...she was so tickled. This location was spot-on in friendliness, customer service, and fantastic food. 👏

I’m thoroughly surprised over the quality of this restaurant! I have had my fair share of mediocre Olive Garden visits but this place blew me away. First off, Lexi L. was a great server, given how packed it was on a Saturday night, she was attentive and remembered everything. My Italian Rum Punch hit the spot and somehow paired nicely with my Bacon Carbonara which was absolutely delicious.

Okay, so we took my Grandmother (92), my granddaughter (12) and my other granddaughter (7) here for their birthday dinners and let me tell you our waitress was truly amazing! She was always attentive (we were a party of 6). Ensured we had the best time ever even sang a happy birthday to the lot of them! If I had the money would have have her a $100 tip she was that awesome! She really blessed my family that night and I hope management gives her the praise she deserves! We went on the 15th around 6 ish or so! Can't remember her name but definitely will be coming back! Olive Garden has redeemed itself from last year (not this one but on in Buford, Ga) had the worst experience ever that year but so glad we have them another shot! ❤️

Nice environment 👌 I have tried Chicken Alfredo and Chicken Parmesan and both were great 😋😋 I love their signature salad and also lots of chess on everything 😁

First time at the olive garden. Got a gift certificate to it for Xmas. Me n hubby went today n it was fantastic. The food was great. We got unlimited br3adsticks n soup an appetizer n two lunch specials for less than 50 dollars. The restraint itself was clean friendly staff. Quiet setting n great lighting. Our server Denise was the bomb. She brought things out timed just right. She followed up with us periodically n wasn't a pest about it every 5 minutes. I'm definitely going back
