Grand China Restaurant has been my go to Chinese restaurant for many years. The food is excellent, the service is always friendly and quick. I eat mostly vegan and really enjoy the Buddha’s Delight with a side of Hot & Sour soup, Yum!

I've never wrote a review before until now because I believe this place needs higher reviews. This is the first time I've had Chinese food that was truly fresh and delicious. For the first time my vegetables still had a slight bite to them but were perfectly cooked and was nicely presented. Chicken was great quality and tasted freshly made. I suggest the spring rolls also, they were perfect! I'll be making this my go to place for Chinese now. Great price, amazing quality, fresh, and importantly... Yummy!!

The sweet and sour chicken was really good but the fried rice was horrible. It tasted like dog food. There's no reason rice should be so bad. If you're looking for fried rice definitely don't go here.

Very disappointed with food, service and the decor was old and outdated for an eat in full service resturant. I would advise against dining here. I guess that's why they only had 2 customers seated. It's obvious most orders must be takeout. The entire resturant needs a complete rehab. I ordered shrimp with garlic sauce which is a tangy spicy brown sauce. What I received was shrimp with a clear sauce. I took it back immediately and the woman at the front said that's how we make it. I said it's usually made with a brown sauce. She's a very hyper woman. She was rushing and lacked patience. She grabbed my order and handed it to the cook and told him who knows what. When I got it back it was slightly darker but very salty which garlic sauce should never be. I'm sure she had him add soy sauce to give it color. Not only is that an insult to my intelligence it's also hazardous to my health. I suffer from hypertention and take medication for it. I couldn't even eat it because it would have elevated my blood pressure. Lucky for them I was passing through on my way to NY. If I had time I would have insisted on my money back. I strongly recommend against eating here.

Staff was friendly, Food was good, portions are a good size, prices are fair. Only one waiter and food come our slow so don't be in a hurry.

Almond chicken, I love it that they don't skimp on their vegetables Crystal shrimp, not my favorite not enough vegetables and a little to sweet, shrimp a little fishy, it says sauteed but it's fried.

Food is okay, everything seems to taste the same. Service was good but we were the only ones in the restaurant. The hostess and the girl setting tables when on about their business as if we weren't there. Doubt that we will go back.

Great atmosphere and very clean. Prompt and good service. The food was excellent. We had the chow mein entree and the Mongolian beef entree. Both were very yummy and flavorful and had big portions. We WILL be coming back! Definitely recommend!!

Ordered chicken teriyaki skewers, they are plain, no flavor whatsoever. So asked why, and could we just get a side of teriyaki? She said they don't have teriyaki. I said it's on the menu. Her response was, this is a Japanese restaurant we don't have teriyaki. Again the sign out front said Grand China. Then she went and told her Co workers with us listening to every word. Never will go back, because of her attitude.

The Food is really Good . Service not all that great and it is pricey ...

Terrible!!!!!! I do not recommend it!!! The rice was foul!!! The egg roll was soggy! The food was not etable. Not to mention, not even the Coca-Cola tasted right, it was flat, I had to pour it out and stop at the next gas station to buy Coca-Cola that tasted good. It was the worst Chinese food I have ever tasted!!! I called and I talked with customer service about the food and all she said was that they would let me bring the rice back to get a refund for the rice but if I already threw it out that she could not refund or compensate for the food because there's no proof.

Good food, excellent service, and prices were good. Will eat there again.

Excellent food. Great service out front and at the table! We've been here before and will continue to drive from Fair Play to eat here!

It was our first time eating there and I must say the food was actually really good.. my 6 year old granddaughter ate some rice and chicken and she usually doesn't

So I stopped here for the first time last night, and it was the best Chinese food that I have had in years! Freshly made, packaged beautifully, and the staff was polite and the restaurant was clean! It my go to spot from now on! 😁

There's takeout Chinese and then there's sit-down Chinese. This is amazing sit-down Chinese. It tastes amazing and the good quality is great. Highly recommend. Edit: This place has become a weekly staple dinner. I've never been disappointed and I get a new dish every time. This place has been incredible every time.

The only place I've ever seen pecan chicken. Lots (really lots!) of chicken in an amazing sauce over fried rice - completely yummy! The 2 florets of broccoli were unnecessary and didn't add to the dish at all. Only 4-5 pieces of pecans, but the flavor of the sauce was the star of the meal . Service was friendly and quick. We came by for Sunday lunch and were seated, ordered and had our soup in less than 5 minutes.

Food and service are outstanding, had the Cantonese chicken and my son the shrimp fried rice. Highly recommend.

Small portions. Sesame chicken and General Tso chicken containers both significantly less than full with very little broccoli. Tasty, but there's better in Anderson.

Best Chinese food I have ever had hands down! The service was wonderful, food was hot and fresh! You want real good Chinese food this is most definitely the place to go!!
