The wait for lunch was a little long but overall the experience was great. I did not get our servers name but she was excellent, professional and we waited on nothing after we were seated.

Great food. Everyone enjoyed their food and the service was top notch. Probably will have to wait to be seated but they have a system that will text you when your table is ready so you can wait in your car if you would like. We only had to wait about 10 minutes. If it is your first time at the restaurant ask about the special first time offers from the manager. We had the blooming onion appetizer and it was great and they had it out in minutes after ordering. The filet medallions were great and if you don't get the rice you are able to get 3 sides instead of 2. Also our table had the grilled shrimp and catfish and they said those were excellent too. And last but not least, the rolls are awesome with the sweet butter. Definitely recommend and again our service was great!

Very good food and large portions. More expensive than I expected but it was a ton of food. Fun atmosphere and great service.

Texas Roadhouse was surprisingly great! It was very busy when we arrived, did not take long for us to be seated (20 mins.). I had doubts that it would be a great experience, I was wrong! The waitress was great, very attentive and answered all of our questions with knowledgeable answers. I ordered a 12oz ribeye, my wife an 8oz strip. Asked to be cooked at medium rare. Both steaks came out perfect, both were nice and tender! I have to admit, it was one of the best steaks I've had in a while! If your in Anderson, give them a try.

I placed a Togo order with cheeseburger sliders. I got 2 overcooked meat patties with yeast rolls. What upset me the most was that my meal was cooked by an employee, went through expo and prepared by a Togo person, who was left a tip,and nobody objected to the food being served this way. Not to mention, I was left on hold by a manager for 10 minutes so I ended up driving 20 minutes back to the restaurant. My meal went through 3 people and nobody said, this isn't right.

Well it was Sunday and Mother’s Day, they told us an hour and fifteen minute wait it was about two hours and twenty minutes but we get it... it was Mother’s Day and this place is typically always packed even on non holiday weekends, food and service were fantastic!

We gave Texas Roadhouse another chance because we had a gift card. I was extremely disappointed with the food as well as the service. Both of our steaks were way overcooked and my loaded baked potato was very dry. A nice Manager came over and talked with us and I let her know how we felt. She gave us $15.00 off of our bill. I don't mind paying for good food but they have a lot of improvements to make. Also their restrooms were a disaster. Men's and women's. I don't think we will be going back. And of course everything was blamed on COVID.

My recent visit to Texas Roadhouse was a decent experience overall, deserving of a 4-star rating. The short 5-minute wait when we arrived was nice. The service was okay, but there were a couple of issues. Our server made a mistake on the bill, charging us for top-shelf drinks we didn't order and insisting it was our choice. She also didn't know the price of a margarita and had to check with the kitchen. On the plus side, the food came out quickly despite the crowded restaurant. However, it was just average, without any standout dishes. The seating was a bit crowded, making it less comfortable. Despite these hiccups, the atmosphere was lively, and the staff tried to be friendly. In conclusion, Texas Roadhouse is a decent choice for a casual meal, but it might not be the best pick for a special occasion.

Went for my daughter's 13th birthday on a Wed about 4:00. No wait!! The bread and cinnamon butter were delish! Ordered smothered chicken with a baked potato and salad, it was GREAT!!! NO MORE PNUTS which was disappointing and also NO birthday song, shout out, sweet treat....NOTHING FOR BIRTHDAYS. Spent 80$ for 4 ppl with a tip and enjoyed but always enjoyed the birthday shenanigans as well 😜

The place was busy and appeared well managed. The bread is very good. Ribeye steak was also good but came out in two pieces. My server was very professional, but the host staff needs some work

Finally got to eat at this place, which is always super crowded. We had the bad luck of the power going out just as it meal was served, but it was very enjoyable and cozy. Very friendly server and delicious food. With options for every budget. No wonder it is always packed!

This place kinda blew me out of the water with how good it is. You could taste quality in a way that the higher dollar steakhouses consistently miss. The price point for what we got was probably the best deal I've gotten I'm years! My only complaint would be there are no benches in the waiting area and their text service called us in early. However it WAS extremely worth the wait. 10 of 10 recommend!

Woulda been the perfect birthday dinner had the kid behind not been doing gymnastics in the booth that was connected to ours

My daughter absolutely LOVES Texas Roadhouse. We visited this one after a Clemson home football game. We utilized the check in ahead feature on the app. When we arrived and got checked in we were next to be seated. Our waiter was very pleasant, timely and efficient. He kept us stocked with yeast rolls, our drinks filled and our food was right on point no mistakes and everything seemed to roll out seamlessly one after the other. Hands down one of the best Texas Roadhouse Restaurants I have been too.

The bread was good and the steak was cooked well.... and that's the good. The bad: shrimp was cold, like not sure they cooked it cold. The baked potato was smaller than the rolls, honestly impressed they could find one that small. The chicken tenders were dryer than a middle class California lawn. Their saving grace was the excellent service from our waiter. Not sure the price of the food compared to what we got is worth another trip.

Service was great. Food was good for the most part. 2 out of 4 steaks were over cooked. Corn was to sweet. But my shrimp was good. I'd say 5 out of 7 people liked their food. And in today's world that's great. Will definitely go back...the bread is the bomb too. Also liked the blooming onion more than the other place!!!

Service was good and the meal I ordered was cooked well, but the steak I had didn't have any real flavor to it. I like my steaks well done, which it was, and was very tender, but was very much so lacking in flavor.

I got the NY strip and a sweet potato...the food quality was great. The service was great as we always enjoy coming here. The only bad part is there is always a wait for a table no matter what time of day. Worth the wait when you finally get the table though!
