    Had a pleasant experience dining in for breakfast on a Wednesday morning. Was bummed to here Brad's wife was no longer working but still had good service. Food was good. Nice cracker barrel atmosphere.

    A yummy cool interesting place to enjoy some delicious fried chicken! Breakfast all day is a plus if you love soft yummy pancakes. The drink menu has various flavors and choices which I loved. Spacious dining room and very friendly customer service staff. I’d highly recommend you checking this place out!

    Staff was friendly and helpful, Really below bar this visit. Eggs way over cooked, bacon way undercooked. Sent the bacon back and came back the same. Portions seem to get smaller every visit. The chicken and dumplings have no chicken, and it's very bland.

    I ordered the Chicken BLT with Hash brown casserole. Delicious! And our waitress was EXCELLENT. The loaded sweet potato for dessert. OUT OF THIS WORLD!!

    The hash browns were terrie when I finally got them. They were pitiful. Burnt and flatter than a pancake. More like a sheet of paper and they charged me an upcharge as the waitress called it for being plain. The waitress was aweful as well. Not friendly at all. Will not revisit when we go back to visit family again

    Great breakfast date with my Hubby. I got the country fried steak and scrambled eggs, with the hash brown casserole. The steak was amazing and it's size was intense.

    They recently changed their hours to close at 9 pm on Friday nights, but we were unaware of the change, so we were walking in at 8:58 pm. We were their last customers of the night, but they didn't rush us or seem frustrated at all that we walked in at 2 minutes to closing. Especially around the holidays when everyone is rushing and eager to get home, everyone was kind and attentive. Our server Paxton was excellent and the food was good as usual. Thanks guys, for letting us scoot in when you could have just as easily said "I'm sorry, we close at 9pm"!

    Not my cup of tea. But everybody else seemed to be happy. I had a steak breakfast bowl which was ok. The mimosa for the brunch option was a nice surprise and pretty tasty. Will not necessarily become one of my favorites. But was cozy enough to meet with friends for a weekday brunch.

    Ordered two dishes for Christmas Eve. Was told I needed to pick up by 2 next day. . I gave a 12 time. Came back next day .. stood in line for about 30 min to pay . Only to hear they did not have my order . Was told to step to the side . I asked if I have to get back in line to pay. Was told yes. Waited for someone to try to sort things out . After spend over an hour in the store . Management came , she said I could not get one of my dishes but I could get the other . It was their mix up and I felt punished. Nothing was offered for my time I spent for nothing. I like Easley Cracker Barrel better. Will go there next time.

    Realizing that it is the holiday season and the place was even more busier than normal, we had a nice experience. The hostess was friendly and we were seated within the time as stated. Our waiter was new but was very enthusiastic about serving us. We did have to ask for refills twice and the bacon was undercooked but I'm sure we will go back.

    I used them to cater our Christmas dinner. Everything was done on time. The food was good, but the pecan pie was outstanding. I will happily use them in the future. The people I spoke to and worked with were great.

    Didn't eat anything, just popped in too see if there were any Christmas items left. Staff was very helpful, but not pushy. I absolutely adore all the items offered in your store. I can't begin to tell you how much money I've spent for myself and gifts for other. I've introduced numbers of people to the store by things I've wore or used. Gotten lots of compliments on clothing, earrings, necklaces and even pens that I've used. Never fail to disappoint. Always wait until things go on sale and walking out with more bags than I can carry alone. Keep on selling such get merchandise

From start to finish, it was a truly enjoyable visit thanks to the exceptional service provided by Morgan, our server. Morgan went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was outstanding. She greeted us with a warm and friendly smile, and promptly checked on us throughout our meal, offering valuable recommendations from the menu. Her attentiveness and knowledge of the menu helped make our decision process much easier. Not only did Morgan excel in attentive service, but the food itself was simply delicious. Our meals arrived quickly, and each dish was prepared to perfection. From the appetizers to the main course, the flavors were exceptional, leaving us craving for more. The wait for our food was surprisingly short, which was an added bonus to the great overall experience. Morgan and the entire staff at Cracker Barrel seemed to work seamlessly together, creating a smooth and efficient dining environment. I would highly recommend visiting Cracker Barrel and requesting Morgan as your server. Her genuine care for her customers and dedication to providing outstanding service is truly commendable.     The food here is literally always good but when they get crazy busy I've noticed my partner and I tend to be forgotten. Regardless I know that's not their fault and they're doing their best. I highly recommend going when things are slower though, the servers are all super fun to talk to!

    Tried to order online 4 times it wouldn’t come up. So then I call to order to go and I wanted to do curbside and the employee tells me that curbside is only for if you’re disabled or trouble walking otherwise I would have to come in and get bc she couldn’t bring it out there. So I pull up at curbside and beside me there is someone 10 years younger than me but and he was definitely not disabled or anything wrong with him trying to make this short I go In and of course not ready I told the cashier what had happened she took the initiative to let manager know immediately which impressed me since she had only been there 3 weeks the manager was nice he apologized but only like talks to me twice but didn’t offer anything else and never saw him again after I told him I wasn’t impressed with whoever I talked to. I couldn’t barely eat the roast bc it had so much fat mash potatoes dry not but a drop gravy on it the food was cold my daughter fries were nasty love the broccoli casserole i don’t know I’ll be back bc when i y’all a manager I wasn’t I’m impressed who I talked with didn’t offer discount or anything like that especially after I told him that and more he walked off didn’t see him again I don’t know if I’ll be back bc i can just eat the corn and broccoli casserole so definitely wasn’t worth the money bc of food and service. And had down wrong name they need to fix customer service and the on to go ordering and fix the online ordering online. Sorry this being so long and the roast i attention was maybe a little bigger offer a gift card or something when this much happened in one visit. Other times I’ve been there never been treated the way I was today. Don’t know if I’ll be back bc I had my kid with me n that was the whole point I wanted curbside need a little more hospitality just my opinion

    We had a large group of 12. The waitress handled our party very well. And I was very pleased with the service. She was even able to hold a conversation with me and made our visit even more personable. I rated the atmosphere a 3 because we had 5 kids under 5 with us and the atmosphere was just not kid friendly. For example the other tables around us kept looking at us rudely. I know this is not any fault of cracker barrel but that was just the atmosphere that day. Overall I was extremely happy with the service and food.

    Very slow! The place was half empty when we arrived and still had to wait 20 min to get seated. Once we were finally seated it took about 20 min to get drinks, then no kids menus anymore so good thing for online, once ordered food nothing crazy to about 40 min to get the food. In that time had to flag down the waitress to get some drink refills as we all needed them and our waitress couldn’t be bothered to check in the table. While sitting here waiting for our food we are surrounded by 10 dirty tables only a few customers and a bunch of workers rearranging deck chairs and not much else. I was given a refill glass that had a chunk of glass missing out of the top and cracks running down the side that anybody paying attention could have noticed. The food was hit and miss two of the entrees were cold the ones that weren’t breakfast food. Also confident that our waitress has been actively avoiding our table and checking on us which has not happened except when waived down, even at the end had to go ourselves to the kitchen to get someone to give us a 2go box. Overall will not be coming to this location again. Do better, at least attempt to look like your trying.

    We were there Christmas. They have removed so many good things from the menu. All the best stuff is gone. The fried chicken is not good at all. The crust is so hard and the chicken inside overcooked. Our waitress was really nice and did a great job. Cracker Barrel is just not the same anymore. They really pushed the alcohol the last few times we have ate there.

    What a difference a year makes! After today I will not return to this location! Pancakes now you get two very this ones. But one of my two was badly mangled and looked gross. I pointed this out and got set 2. They were so cold that tge butter remained unmelted at all! Then. I took a bite of sausage which was red inside - not done. Which is dangerous for pork. See photos! MY REVIEW 1 YR AGO: Food and service is always great! Today we had the best waitress, Adrianna! She checked frequently, has a great personality, kept our coffee topped off! Wonderful job!!

    The food was good. The portions for this order we're bigger than before. We haven't been here for a few years. The prices have increased but what's new because of this inflation. The chicken fried chicken was very good. The waitress was very attentive. We plan on going back.

    Not sure what was going on but they were out of a lot of menu items. I think I ordered three different things before I finally got to something that they actually had. However, our waiter was extremely nice and polite. The food that I got was tasty. The beignets were absolutely amazing and I would highly suggest getting those. I'm just giving three stars because of the lack of availability of menu items. I literally went there for something specific and they didn't have it and that was a big disappointment.
