Hooters.... 10000x Better. Used to be good but the last 2 years it's gone down hill drastically. Whoever the Cook/ Prep cook is needs to be Fired, The manager also. I keep giving them chance after chance with every order spending$50+... Here is tonight's food, $54 for this. How do you let this leave the kitchen. Greenville location is the same way. Will be calling The corporate office to see if something can be done so people can stop throwing their money away literally.

I've been here alot and this was probably the worst experience. The bathrooms smell like urine and like they haven't been cleaned. Took forever to get our food and drinks. The waitress walked by us several time and never cleaned the table off and we had to stop her each time to get more drinks, water, ranch and everything. Not sure who is managing but it just wasn't a good experience. Not sure if I will go back.

By far in all my 44 years of living..the absolute worst experience ever...started out Sunday evening March 6 around 4:30 pm and went online to order...ordered wings and cheeseburger rolls, that they didn't have, after we went up there to pick up, is when they told us that they haven't had that item for about 2 weeks, but did not specify online, so then we wanted the chicken sliders to replace the cheeseburger rolls, didn't have those either....so then we replaced those with the cheeseburger sliders....so then after speaking with the general manager and advising the items they didn't have , at around 630 now finally come to a conclusion that they will take care of some items and remake the wings that are now cold after waiting for a couple of hours. I never asked for food to be taken off , it was offered, which was gracious by the manager..but here is the kicker..so since the food was now "free" I guess that was cool to microwave the now remade wings and the sliders..when I got there the host didn't say hello,hi, or greeted me, after I greeted her and another young lady, she asked me the order name and gave me the food I asked were there extra ranch in there that we requested, she snarkily replied, "I don't know, I'm not the one who packed it"...wow..so I just left...crazy experience will never ever eat there again...even if you paid me....got home to eat and ended up throwing the food away...all microwaved...rubbery..chicken not even fully cooked...the worst experience ever.. ****UPDATE***** THU 3.17.22 After speaking with General Manager Mandy Knecht and the owner, decided to give Wild Wings another shot and this time they knocked it out of the park!! Food was fresh, wings flavored and crispy...and the service even better... just look at those wings below...that's what I'm talking bout haha!!! I am a happy customer now..and will be visiting to dine in real soon!! Thanks guys!!

This place is a complete mess. The tables are sticky and the place all-around grimey. They are out of multiple things, which I understand isn't their fault due to supply chain issues, but they don't tell you they are out of things until they bring out your food and it's missing items. And then some of the other stuff comes out just inedible. See the "spinach dip" picture attached. Just an awful experience. Don't go.

First impressions WOW!!! The place you want to watch the big game at, lots of TVs, arcade games, lots of tables and out door space. The wings taste, nice cook to them and sauced good, beer was very cold The bar was sticky which is tbh nasty to feel your arms getting all sticky, the bartender she served me my beer gave me a menu and disappeared, she help some guy who came 30min after and got his food before I even ordered. Overall good food and beer, will stop by again on my travels through the Carolinas if I get the chance

I love the lunch buffet here. Clean restaurant with plenty of space. Very friendly and professional staff. One of the Best Wild Wing Cafe locations.

Staff is friendly and helpful, Cheese curds and wings were great, Fried green beans I think were a bit off. And beware the floor is very very slippery.

Everything was great! Family friendly environment! Lots of choices on the menu! I enjoyed the flamming parmesan wings, spinach dip and unsweet tea! My husband enjoyed the 15 wings. You can pick your sauces! The onion rings are homemade! The restaurant seating has plenty of space! Plenty of TV's to watch sports! They also have outdoor seating!!!

Typically we go to a different location, but tonight we decided to come to this location. Usually when we come here, the food isn’t as good as other locations but we thought we’d give it a second try. The service was amazing our server Chandler was also the host and our server. Chandler was amazing and he continued to check on us and topped our drinks off. If you go definitely ask for him (Chandler) as your server. He was very friendly and very easy to hold a conversation with. That makes a big difference .

Everything is great here but I don't understand why the live music starts so late? ... I've been at this location several times. There's hardly anyone there when the band starts to play.

Went for the all you can eat wings in the lunch buffet. It had a modest crowd but there was no wings on the buffet. The waitress assured us they were making plenty and they will keep the buffet full. We knew something was wrong when 20 people were standing around the buffet waiting for wings. After about ten minutes of waiting they had brought out two small pans of wings. This only satisfied the first ten in line. The others had to wait another ten minutes. This went on for 45 minutes and they never brought out more then a handful each time. We just got up and left. Will never go back.

Property has been run hard and needs many things addressed. Server was nice enough and food was solid. I put my hand on several tables after touching mine. All are sticky. Both Male bathrooms are needing renovations and smell like old urine cakes. Overall not a positive experience. Good Luck team.

Took maybe 10-15 minutes for waitress to come to table . Minor request we ask for she couldn’t accommodate. The smallest wings I have ever been served . This once was one of my favorite restaurants to visit but for some reason it has severely declined . Probably won’t be returning anytime soon. Very disappointed in food and prices .

Food was delicious. Enjoyed my time with my family here, my children absolutely loved our server Jaime. She wasn't only doing her job and very quick but making us feel welcomed and comfortable. I for sure will be bringing my family back here to eat!

Had the most amazing server, i don't remember her name but she had tattoos and long hair. She was right there helping my father read the menu and didn't get aggravated when he needed help ordering. Made us feel very welcome and like family at this restaurant

We had the all you can eat wings buffet. Which were amazing. There were 5 flavors that were perfect for our family of 3 including a 9 year old - who loved the Wild West. Also, celery and carrots. The Colorado Copper was a first for me and is now a new favorite. We also ordered chips and salsa. Pleasant surprise. The salsa was slightly sweet, reminiscent of pico. Abigail was our waitress and took care of us - always made sure we had everything we needed including refills promptly. 10/10 on food and service. We WILL be back.

I went to Wild Wings last week to place a to go order and met Abigail and Lia and another lady, but didn't get her name. They were so friendly, I took my husband there today for the $12.99 all you can eat wings, y'all they were so good. I need to give another shout out to Abigail who was our waitress today, she's a joy to be around. Also, saw Lia again and she's also a joy to be around. I would go back every day if I could afford it and knew they would be my waitresses. Thanks ladies for an awesome lunch experience today!

So.... let's start with the positive. The outdoor area is great! Our server was friendly. However, the floors were sticky. The booth we sat in was awful. The seats are all torn up. See photo. The wings were way too small and priced too high. I don't think I will be back anytime soon.

I've never had a bad experience here, with the exception of them getting rid of my favorite wing sauce, Mad Anthony bbq, and my favorite draft, pineapple bold rock. Other than that I get consistently good food, drinks, and service. Claudia is a great bartender. We've moved since being regulars, and even after 6 months to a year between visits she knows what I want and how I like my drink. Walter, a dishwasher in the back is amazing and friendly if you ever get the pleasure of getting to talk to him when he's on the floor. Good staff, good food, good drinks, and good service throughout years of coming. No complaints.

November 18, 2022 I treated myself out for dinner. My server Damon was polite, executied excellent service, food was hot n fresh... Thank you.

Don't go but for anything other than the wings. I was not impressed with the other menu items. I tried two different wraps. The Italian one and the Southwest. The Italian was weirdly sweet, and the Southwest had an unnatural tasting heat to it. Both were awful.

Waitress was wonderful. I blame nothing on her at all. But I used to work here years ago and they have let so much go. The wings used to be so good and never could get enough. I had to leave without eating half of my food and regret coming here at all. I wanted to come back up here for a while now and finally decided tonight is the night to take my wife to this great place. Bad decision.
