I
could
give
this
location
a
negative
star!
When
I
say
this
is
the
worst
customer
service.
That’s
actually
a
compliment!!
I
made
a
reservation
with
hotel.com
and
I
try
to
cancel,
hotel.com
told
me
to
call
which
I
did.
Keep
in
my
mind
my
reservation
was
made
on
Friday
and
I
call
Saturday,
And
the
customer
service
rep
at
the
hotel
told
me
not
to
worry,
and
the
pending
was
going
to
go
away,
and
if
there
were
any
issues
the
manager
would
call
me.
Well,
the
manager
NEVER
call
me!

hr.
On
Sunday
They
charger
my
account.
Call
and
now
they
said
this
is
my
fault
since
I
didn’t
call
in
time?!?
Not
sure
how
that
works
since
I
did
call!!!
Please
save
your
money
time
and
don’t
go
here!
Also
if
you
are
a
women
they
will
talk
down
at
you.
So
ladies,
don’t
let
them
talk
down
at
you
and
go
somewhere
that
will
respect
✊🏼
you!
