Horrible hotel to stay in. All they did was put a bandaid on the room technically. The door barely locked securely. Burn marks on bed, and on the bath tub. There was patchwork done on the ceiling and the room seams not aligned good and painted over you could tell at one time they had water damage. The newest thing they had was the mirror in the room and the sink by that had a crack in it. Overall I don't suggest staying here!! Only thing I liked was vehicle parking in front of the rooms if that spot was open. I will not stay here again if I visit the area again.

I wish I could give this location a negative star! When I say this is the worst customer service. That’s actually a compliment!! I made a reservation with hotel.com and I try to cancel, hotel.com told me to call which I did. Keep in my mind my reservation was made on Friday and I call Saturday, And the customer service rep at the hotel told me not to worry, and the pending was going to go away, and if there were any issues the manager would call me. Well, the manager NEVER call me! 24 hr. On Sunday They charger my account. Call and now they said this is my fault since I didn’t call in time?!? Not sure how that works since I did call!!! Please save your money time and don’t go here! Also if you are a women they will talk down at you. So ladies, don’t let them talk down at you and go somewhere that will respect ✊🏼 you!

Ehhhhh, go on up the road a mile and stay. Right beside a bar that gets loud all up in the morning. Keeps you awake, beds are uncomfortable, rooms smell of cigarette smoke. There's many many more places to stay within a mile of this place either way of the hey. They will charge your card fraudulently also..

Not clean at all,1 key(card) to get in ( it's usually 2 keys(cards) everywhere else)we ask for more supplies but was given 1 wash cloth,1 towel, 1 tissue🙄🙄🙄🙄----- we will not go back ever---- we ended up going somewhere else much much much much cleaner and better😊

The staff was very friendly but it was just dirty. My sheets had cigarette burns in them, black hairs in the bed(2), the mattress cover had stains on it, stains on sheets, water sat in bottom of shower while trying to take a shower, the toilet ran on and off(every 20 sec). I checked in late at night to get some rest and left with in four hours. It’s so loud. I woke up to people outside being loud. Cars coming in and out. Banging on the walls. I couldn’t take it. That was a waste of my money. I left in the middle of the night and went somewhere else.

Still staying at the hotel but having communication problems with staff. Paid with credit card on 7-15-21 for days of 7-16,17,18,19,20,21,22 and 23. Went to pay for 2 extra days the 7-24 and 7/25 paid with credit card again. Credit card machine out of paper. Put new paper in and it didn’t print. On original check in slip I wrote staying 7/16 departure 7/24, upon paying for my extra 2 days the managers wife marked my original departure date as the 23 and then charged me for my extra 2 days with a departure that would now have me leaving on 7/25 instead of 7/26. Hotel is comparable for price paid yet no continental breakfast served as advertised. Please help me ASAP. Thanks gave 3 star rating just because I’m frustrated.

My boyfriend and myself stayed here quite a few days and they were just amazing with everything from keeping the rooms clean to just being all around very sweet people... every single one of them!!! Thank you America's for a friendly stay with you ... it was wonderful 👍

Called about prices and check in and was told it’d be $88 for the room, we get here and they charged us $120 for a double bed with 5 people, when we told them initially about 5 people staying here it was cool. once we try to check in they tell us we can’t have 5 people and our options are a refund or get another room. the worker who got upset about 5 people was staring very rudely and heavily all the way from the parking lot. don’t recommend giving these people your money !

Not a good place to stay. It's a hole in the wall but rates are better than higher class of hotel.

Needed a place to stay last minute on a road trip. Didn't make breakfast the next morning so I can't speak on that. The room was alright, but had some questionable cleanliness concerning the bathroom area. (Not spotless, but not filthy either.) The bed was decently clean and comfortable.

Even though I have a vest but did not bring my service dogs certificate they charged me an additional $20 on top of there undisclosed $25 security deposit.. No toliet paper and the room reked of Marijuana and the was a blunt roach on the table. Makes me wonder if sheets have been changed

No breakfast. Loud neighbors all night. I thought the room was ok but my kids got a headache from the smell. The owners and workers here do not speak English, so you cannot speak to them, complain about anything, or resolve anything at all. At 1:30am a drunk guy started knocking on all the doors calling out for "Greg." Then he and Greg held a long conversation just outside my room until 4:33am. I'm tired, I'm cranky, and there is no breakfast here as was promised in the booking.

Not a great place. Neighbors were super noisy and the employees don't speak English. It is advertised with breakfast being provided but there is no breakfast and they were very rude about it. Not recommended at all.

Close enough to local sights . The cleaning crew were great . The bed in my room was very comfortable .
