BLUF: impressively incompetent operation from the call center to the desk staff. From check in follow up. Treating sick ppl this way is disgusting I wish them nothing but the very worst Exceptionally horrible Every step of the way. Kept my drivers license, failed to give proper in structure for sample collection timeline, they just leave early apparently sometimes and don’t communicate that fact to patients THEY TOLD TO COME BACK!!! I’ve been waiting for test results two weeks but they never told me a problem with the sample arose. I had to call them to find out.

Waited over a hour for the front desk to tell me the Dr. I was scheduled to see was in surgery. That someone was supposed to call me. Part of the check in process is writing your name, appointment time, time you arrived and the Dr. you are seeing. I watched no less than 15 other people sit in the waiting room for over 45 minutes. The same reason was given to everyone, the nurses/Dr. are waiting for rooms to open up. These people are not concerned about their patients, they do not value your time or anything about patients. If a patient in 10 min late they refuse to allow them to keep their appointment but they have no issue with keeping every patient (even a elderly woman in a wheelchair, which they acted like it was a inconvenience to have to wheel her to the back. My experience is disappointing, I liked the Dr. I was seeing but I’m not sure if that’s enough to return. The entire staff should be embarrassed of the quality of service they provided today, unacceptable.

Extremely disappointed with the behavior of the doctor I have consulted here. He has misrepresented the CT report to me. I would not recommend this branch unless the doctors (specialists strangely) have minimum empathy in reading the reports correctly and advice the further actions for the patients. Since I completely lost hope on this hospital on my first visit itself, I would not be visiting here anymore and will not recommend the doctor I have seen. The other doctors may be good but I lost my faith on this hospital.

Terrible service in first time 2 years of visit. I had an appointment at 3 pm and I came at 3 pm I had to wait for the nurse visit for 1 hour 30 minutes to see the nurse. People come after me they keep going inside I was so disappointed while my dad was not feeling well. So I decided to ask the front desk any idea how long it's gonna take while I have been waiting for a while. She acts like a really busy kind of rude face and she smiles and talks to her coworker at the same time. Finally, I when the nurse called me she said the lady checked you in at 3 :39pm like really I came at 3 and you checked me in at 3 :39. Her name is (TORI) please take an action against her. We are the patient with a rude face it does not go with a front desk. Please please 🙏 We love to get a good attitude from the clinic. Thank you

Post surgery no follow up on what was found during surgery and the follow up caller was unprofessional, rude and downright dismmive. Very disappointed in Dr. Marc Greenstine and his staff!!

Waited 2 hours to be seen even after arriving 20 min early. Horrible service. Then was told authorization for a prescription could not be expedited for 2 to 4 weeks. A medicine that I have been on for 4 years. The Decatur office could expedite prescriptions in a week with a phone call just last year yet the Sandy Springs office would not even make the call instead stating "we only work online". UNBELIEVABLE! Never go here. Non chalant attitudes from staff. Horrific experience.

The procedure went flawlessly. The entire staff is attentive, extraordinarily caring and they work together perfectly. There was not time to worry about anything, because someone was always right there doing something for me. Many of my doctors have retired and I was concerned about ever finding someone to replace them, but this group is fantastic. I have other procedures coming up with them. I can't say I'm looking forward to them, but I feel certain that I will get the best care possible, and I am confident that I could not find anyone better than Dr. Neal Patel to do the upcoming surgery.

Awful experience here. I scheduled a vasectomy two months in advance. Weeks went by where I didn't hear anything after providing my insurance information for any sort of finance confirmation. I then had to call in 3 times before someone would confirm that I was covered, and another time of me calling to understand the financial commitment, this was finally two weeks before the procedure. I waited then for instructions or some form of orientation for the procedure itself and received nothing. When I showed up for the procedure, there seemed to be some surprise overall that I was there. Lots of questions that seemed like should've been asked well before arrival. When asked if I wanted medicine to relax me, they also confirmed 3x that I had a driver, which I did because I uber'd there, then they gave it to me 2 minutes before the procedure started... big help. Procedure was pretty painful, but whatever, that is what it is. Now three months later after sending in my sample and the test company telling me that my doc should let me know the results, I find myself reaching out to them once again bc of bad communication.... 3 days after the results arrived... on hold for 20 minutes(still haven't spoke to a human). FIND BETTER SERVICE ELSEWHERE.

What an awful experience. Brought my dad for an appointment and arrived 30 minutes early. They assured us would take us early but after the full wait then say they’re short staffed. Still waiting. Why make back to back appts when you know you can’t make it. If I ran my business like this I’d have no customers. If you haven’t started already with them, find somewhere else that cares how the patient feels

The staff is very clean and courteous. The check-in process is smooth and organized. Wait times are minimal. Facilities is clean and well maintained with updated technology. My Provider(s) were very knowledgeable and professional. Appointment management has been effective for me as well. Very satisfied with my quality of care. I am not affiliated with this organization in any way (financially or business relationship) except as a patient and I have observed the items above because I care about them. I can only speak of my own experiences and they have been all positive in the last few years. I trust them with my care and I would recommend them to others as well.

Dr. Goldstein is excellent. The administration is horrible. They have made multiple mistakes in scheduling appointments, sent prescription request to wrong pharmacy, made an appointment but never contacted me to cancel as "the equipment was not available."

If you want a caring provider that runs an efficient practice, keep looking. Dr. Farber seemed nice enough at my initial consultation; however, that is the only positive comment I have for Dr. Farber. When I reached out with follow-up questions, Dr. Farber never took the time to respond. Instead, he delegated this to various staff members. This seemed acceptable at first, but one question turned into several because I was receiving piecemeal answers (no fault of the staff who always did their best to help). I appreciate a physician’s busy schedule and need to delegate, but Dr. Farber’s approach to never call a patient is inefficient and disrespectful. It was also a shock when my pharmacist flagged Dr. Farber’s prescription because it belonged in a class that I can’t take due to a prior allergic reaction. My negative opinion of Dr. Farber was reinforced when I asked for next steps in my diagnosis/treatment. Dr. Farber insisted I make an appointment to see him in the office for a 10-minute conversation. First, Dr. Farber’s practice does not offer a telemedicine option. This is unheard of especially after COVID. I don’t expect any physician to work for free, but even pre-COVID and before telemedicine became best practice, I never had a doctor insist on a visit when a phone call would suffice. Second, with a spike in COVID cases, not to mention the fact that masks are mandated in Dr. Farber’s office, it is disturbing that Dr. Farber requests a patient put themselves at risk when a phone call is a simple alternative. This is further exacerbated because Dr. Farber knows I have a compromised immune system from a prior illness.

This group will send all lab work to their own network without verifying if it’s in in network with your insurance. Just got a $980 bill for lab work and I was told “we send all lab work to ‘Path Group’ unless the patient requests otherwise”. How am I supposed to know to request that? This is basic 101 of running a practice to verify patient insurance

Had doctor Greenstein and he was great. I came in early and was able to be seen sooner than expected and he was very quick to come in and get me taken care of.

Dr. Herman Bagga is fantastic. I cannot recommend him enough. He is the first Urologist I have had that has actually taken the time to listen to the issues I am having and work through a treatment plan with me.

Don't waste your time here! Would not recommend Dr. Farber.

Terrible experience. Every visit is like the first time. You are just another number at this office, an insurance claim. Follow ups galore to collect the copay. Labs ordered incorrectly to guess what, have you follow up again..save your time and look for another office.

Outstanding Medical Practice and Customer Service! My primary medical doctor referred me to Dr. Marc Greenstein of Advanced Urology and glad he did! It is obvious the staff is coached in providing great customer service as that's what they deliver. Dr. Greenstein was amazing... he took the time to explain everything so I understood and discussed all my options. He clearly is an expert in his field and glad there are doctors out there like him that provide outstanding healthcare services!

A year and a half after an office visit—which was paid in full at the time—I’m suddenly getting emails and texts saying I have a balance due. Billing department is clearly disorganized.

If you’re a woman don’t even bother coming here. They’ll charge you $250 for a 15 minute consultation then send you to their other location with gynecology so you can pay another $250 there.

I just spoke to Emilia R who went above and beyond to get my records sent to my GP in 20 minutes so that my doctor can have it on time for my visit. I also had 4 procedures in this office and was satisfied but the main reason for 5 stars is Emilia R

My experience with this location has been terrible. Something has gone wrong every time. I love my doctor but the staff is doing poor job. I don’t trust coming to this location any long.

Mark Greenstein is Napoleon with a very bad temper, lack of patience and provides completely erroneous diagnosis compromising your medical treatment most importantly. Had I continued under his lack of proper care I would be very ill. I beseech you to find a wonderful urologist-they’re out there! Zero stars

Advanced Urology was fantastic. Dr Neal Patel took his time to explain everything and go over all the treatment options including risks. He patiently answered all my questions and I never felt rushed. His clear explanations enabled me to make an informed decision. The rest of the staff from the nurse to the front desk was also friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them.

I was referred to this practice by another physician. I was given an appointment for that same day Doctor Greenstein and staff were knowledgeable and professional. After a complete exam I was referred to a specialist in their group. I have complete confidence in and would highly recommend them.

Dr. Neal Patel's knowledge about the subject matter and his explanation of my issues in simplified terms helped me understand the problem to a great extent. The Advanced Urology Team was excellent. The scheduling staff was helpful at finding availability to meet my schedule. The office team was friendly upon arrival and billing was clearly explained. Dr Dave was incredibly professional. He took the time to answer questions in a clear and concise manner.

Dr Patel was awesome! Explain my issues very professional. Staff was amazing as well. Enjoyed my visit there. Will definitely refer others.

This place does not understand how money works. I spent over 300 dollars my first visit to speak to a doctor for 3 minutes and get blood drawn. They wanted a follow up to pay another 180 dollars and up to 780 if the doctor wanted more tests done. This is a crime. All I wanted to see is if I was healthy enough to have a kid. This could have been done with a sample and actual testing my first day there. My insurance will be getting a message from me also to no longer use them in their network as they don’t do their jobs for a crazy expense. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Dr Rut Patel is my Urologist & is brilliant. He is thorough, explains everything, answers all questions & has a wonderful empathetic way about him. All of the staff are courteous, competent & kind

Dr. Neal Patel is great, he took the time to explain everything and answer my questions. I was extremely nervous about my procedure but but he made me feel better about it and it went great. Excellent beside manner! I highly recommend this doctor!
