There have been two separate occasions where my test results were not discussed with me by my provider. One of them involved the delay of necessary treatment because the provider didn’t tell me I needed to change antibiotics. I insisted I wasn’t recovering and the midwife blew me off until I kept pushing for answers during my appointment. Lo and behold, I was right that my infection wasn’t improving because I wasn’t even on the right antibiotics. They knew I had needed to switch for four days at the time of that appointment with the midwife. I am going on two weeks waiting on lab results that the doctor has access to and receive no response from the doctor to my follow ups. On top of that, they don’t consistently follow sterile catch procedure for sending urine samples to the lab. They also failed to inform me of their policy on drug testing pregnant women. My urine being sent to a lab for testing was stored in an open cup accessible to other patients using the restroom. In addition, I’ve had to wait over an hour to see my doctor for 10 minutes. The Sandy Springs location charges you for parking so It really irritates me that I have to pay more money to park because of the excessive wait times. I’m at the point where I am considering other practices to take over my care.

You have been warned! Stay away from this place…especially if you are a first time mom. This place will treat you like a number, you don’t matter. Staff is super rude and the doctors don’t take their time with you. I am sure this placed was once upon a time good but they are too big, too busy and now the patients are just a number to them. The billing department is HORRIBLE. I can’t get anyone to call me back, they just keep charging me for all my visits and ultrasound and won’t file to insurance which I don’t even know if it’s appropriate. I finally changed OB and they didn’t charge me anything until after my baby was born which makes more sense bc you have to file charges for the hosp as well with childbirth. I once complained to the manager but she never called me back after she spoke with me and said she will follow up with me. Additionally, the medical assistant don’t know how to take vital signs, one lady did my blood pressure with the cuff inside out and then she told me no blood pressure will be checked today because the cough is not working. Such BS. The checkout lady will only let you make one appointment at a time which is not helpful when you are pregnant and have all those appointments you need to go to. bottom line, you have been warned.

Terrible experience year in and year out. This will be my last year at this practice. I had an appointment that was scheduled six months to a year out only to be called a week ahead of the appointment to be told the doctor had decided to extend her leave and my appointment needed to be rescheduled. I had a similar experience last year when I was called to reschedule because of an issue with the office equipment. I went in today to see Dr. Park and waited for 45 minutes past my appointment time and did not get called back so I went to check what was going on and I was told someone would come update me. No one ever came to find me, so I went up yet again and was finally advised that the doctor still had three patients to see and it would be another hour at least. At this point I was already an hour out from my appointment time. Extremely disrespectful as doctors expect us to arrive to our appointments on time. I took several hours off of work for nothing as I didn’t even get to have my appointment and had to leave to get back to the office. They also seem to prioritize pregnant patients here as I saw many patients come in and get called back well after I arrived. So if you want to get disrespected and have your time wasted— this is your place. I will say the only bright spot is the office manager who took the time to listen to me.

Please stay clear of this place especially if you are pregnant. They are incompetent and cannot answer nor return phone calls. They also do not support anyone who wants to make a decision that is opposed to theirs and you are penalized because of it. Paperwork is half done and also important test that needed to be done in first trimester they didn’t do nor follow up to inform me they needed to do. My new doctor looked at the paperwork done and said that it showed they hadn’t did a very good job. Not only that they will not let anyone come to your appointments for support. I’ve never felt so appalled by going to a doctor before in my life this is unacceptable.

I don't recommend this place. The nurses and staff are ok but the doctor I was given did not do everything that was required of her. If I had not gone to another clinic after I felt like Dr. Johns didn't do enough, my UTI would have gotten worse. The other clinic was actually shocked to find out that I wasn't at least given something to treat me. I also did some lab work here and they never bothered to call me. I had to dig up the results online myself thanks to the help of an old healthcare professional friend of mine. I waited to see how long they would take to call.. they didn't. So I called them weeks later and they lied and said the reason it took so long was because one of the tests had gotten there late but of course I had already had them all weeks ago. They did happily take my cash though as I was out of pocket. Definitely do not recommend. Go somewhere where they care about their patients enough to do everything they can to help you (we are paying them for actual help after all).

Some of the best healthcare I’ve received in my life. My pregnancy was high risk but from start to finish I always felt like my baby and I were cared about and cared for. Dr. Park, Dr. Grogan and Dr. Manetta and the staff at both this location and the Midtown location have a piece of my heart for life. Thank you!!

This was my first time at Peachtree Women’s Clinic. All of the staff were pleasant and welcoming. Dr. Glover is amazing! It’s been a long time since I’ve had a doctor with exceptional bedside manners. He answered all of my questions/concerns and I felt completely comfortable with him. I’m so happy I found Dr. Glover :)

My wife is 36 weeks pregnant and came in for a routine stress test with Dr. Garcia. He made her wait 2 hours before he saw her. When he did come see her, he was extremely rude and did not check any of her vitals, ask how she was doing, etc. She asked him why he was so late and let him know this was not acceptable. He told her that he couldn't do anything about it and to find a new doctor. For a OB to treat a pregnant woman like this is completely unacceptable and the clinic and Dr. Garcia should be ashamed.

This practice is amazing. From the front desk to the back office. I haven't had the best experience in OBGYN but once I came and met with Dr. Johns on my first visit she made me feel so comfortable. She acknowledged all of my concerns. She's always so positive and up beat. Her MA and nurse are amazing as well. Dr. Johns has literally changed my life for the better. Thank you all for your wonderful service and dedication.

Great staff! They made me feel super comfortable and knowledgeable. The ultrasound tech walked me through everything that was happening, as it was my first one. The nurse that took my vitals was super friendly. Another staff member, Mikayla, that worked with my doctor was very helpful and made me feel at home. Dr. Clay gave me all the tools I needed to feel confident and empowered!

I am disappointed with the care that I’ve received at the midtown facility. There was always at least a two hour wait to be seen when I had a scheduled appointment, constantly completing the same forms for follow up visits, parts of my treatment were not fully explained prior to my follow up and I had to prepare for the day of, and my doctor telling me statements that were not facts. I had to wait days to receive a call back if I missed a call from the office. It was definitely a stressful experience and I will be seeking a new provider. Despite this the office staff was pleasant.

I appreciate PWC so much! My experience with Dr. Park and the midwives at PWC has been so positive. I felt like I was in such great hands during my pregnancy and delivery. I highly recommend Dr. Park; she's such a great listener and answers all my questions without being vague or indirect. I appreciate her candor.

I absolutely love Dr. Park!! She is upbeat, candid, asks questions and more importantly, she listens and answers yours. The whole office staff is very friendly, and everybody makes you feel very comfortable. I highly recommend Peachtree Women’s Clinic and especially Dr. Park!

I been coming here since 2019. Dr. Johns is literally an angel. She changed my life and that is not an exaggeration. She’s so sweet and professional. Best OBGYN ever. Every staff member I have ever encountered has been so welcoming. I highly recommend this clinic, I wish they had primary care, heck wish Dr John’s was my primary lol I think I trust her professional opinions more than my regular primary anyways. The only thing I do hate about this office is the fact that we have to pay $6 for parking. Otherwise, this is the best OBGYN ever.

HORRIBLE!! If I could give a 0, I would. Brought someone for something routine but she needed meds, usually you could just call it in but we went in. She was very uncomfortable and a male Dr sent her out of there with nothing!! Just ran test and said, "when I know something you'll know something." What does that mean? So, she's young and calls and leaves a message for the nurse a few hours later... no call back. I call, they say leave a message. I call again and ask when is someone going to call back, when will results be in? Person on the phone rudely tells me it can take days and that she should have known that. I had to tell her she's young, how is she supposed to know how long labs take if no one tells her. Horrible service!! We had to go to Urgent Care that day and get great service, diagnosis and meds. ... by the way, never ever received a call from the Dr or nurse at Peachtree Women's Clinic with a follow-up on labs ... ever ... 3 days later!!! Good thing we went to Urgent Care because things would have been horrible medically!! They were surprised!! Never again!!!!!!

I just moved to Atlanta and had a great first appointment/annual with Dr. Johns at Peachtree Womens Clinic Atlanta. The entire staff I interacted with were very friendly and professional. I felt very safe in the hands of everyone in this office. Dr. Johns helped advise me through my options. I lucked out finding Peachtree Womens Clinic! I will be back for my annual next year.

My experience with Dr.Clay has always been amazing. As a Muslim African American woman dealing with other providers before Dr.Clay it has been a battle with just ignorance alone. When I made the switch to be in the care of Dr.Clay it often feels like I have my mother back with me guiding me through everything and that’s exactly what’s needed in vulnerable times for sure! She’s attentive, professional, gentle and very reassuring. I wish everyone the chance to be able to work with Dr.Clay she is truly a gift from Allah.

The staff and doctors at Peachtree Women’s Clinic are very welcoming and respectful. I have been accompanying my wife on her visits and pre-natal check ups and it’s a comfortable environment to be in. The doctors are willing to answer any questions and make sure momma to be feels confident. Recommend visiting this location for couples and spouses alike.

I absolutely cannot say enough about how I LOVE DR. Stephanie Grogan and the PTWC staff. I’ve been a patient for 13 years, and this woman has taken the BEST care of me. With so many black women not being able to have great healthcare, I make sure to sing my OBGYN’s praises. I love her.

Dr. Grogan and every single member of her staff are amazing. They see me whenever I need to go in, and are all super helpful with whatever questions I have or need answered. I will refer her to every single person I know!

I have been seeing Dr. Grogan for over 20 years. I had a high risk pregnancy with my first child. Dr. Grogan went above and beyond for me to deliver a healthy baby. She takes time to listen to my concerns and is always passionate about her work. With the help of God and being under her care, I deliver a perfectly healthy baby who is now a teenager. Today was my annual check up after a long time and I saw the same Dr. Grogan. May God bless her and her family. All the staff starting from the scheduler were very polite and friendly.

It is always a good experience with Dr. Grogan and her team. If you want a practice that listens to your needs and makes you feel safe and comfortable- this is the practice for you. I’m so grateful to have found them.

Outstanding office! Makayla at the front desk is very sweet. She’s fast and efficient when checking me in. Donna their office manager also does a great job when I see her to check out. I’ve been coming to this office for the last 3 years. I love Dr.Grogan! She is now delivering my 3rd baby. I have had two high risk pregnancies. Both times her and this office has exceeded my expectations in taking care of me and my babies. Highly recommend woman and mothers to choose Peachtree Woman’s clinic.

I don’t know where to begin on complementing this amazing practice! They took me in while I was in my third trimester and during my geriatric pregnancy. From the front desk staff, to the doctors, and the midwife‘s everyone treats you like family here and I couldn’t feel more warm or welcomed. This practice is amazing top to bottom and I would highly recommend them to anyone high risk or experiencing a typical pregnancy! Dr Charity John’s is a delight and a breathe of fresh air in a world of sterile doctors only concerned with communicating the facts.

Dr. Kit Howard is the best!! I’ve referred friends who agree. I drive quite a distance to see him because he’s that good. Margo does the THERMIva treatments. I had just one so far, and totally noticed a big difference. If you are considering it, I’d definitely try it!

two stars because the Drs. are great but good luck getting an appointment, call back or someone to care about your condition. I've had issues multiple times getting through to a nurse and now I've been trying to make an appointment for a week and can't get anyone to call me back. It is pretty mind boggling.

Dr Grossmam has been such a pleasure ❤️She delivered two of my little ones and took great care of me afterwards as well. I am going to miss her dearly! The staff is amazing as always I always few like home when I’m there. Its hard finding good healthcare and they are the absolute best!! Highly recommend ❤️

Honestly! I absolutely love Dr. Park . I have NOT ONE complaint when it comes to her . She’s amazing. She’s literally like my friend . She remembers every single thing about me or that we talk about, no matter how long it’s been since we last seen each other . I love her nurse Lynette too! Also Marianna is great! Dr. Grogan is intelligent and has an excellent bedside manner. She takes the time to really listen and care for her patients. The office is clean and bright and the nurses and staff are great. I would highly reccomend this practice.

I’ve been coming to Peachtree Women’s Clinic since 2019 and I have always been pleased with all of my visits, from general Gyno checks to obstetrician visits. The staff is very friendly and punctual. There have been times I’ve had to wait a while but no more than an hour. PWC has both doctors and midwifes at their multiple locations and you can choose who you prefer to see when pregnant as well as if you prefer a doctor or midwife during delivery. I go to the Midtown office, which is very clean and nicely decorated- I personally appreciate that. Overall, very happy with this OBGYN group/office.

My doctor was Dr. Glover, and I was satisfied with my visit!! He made me feel comfortable, and he answered all of my questions and concerns. I recommend you to see Dr. Glover!! Overall the staff and Dr. Glover was very welcoming!!!

Dr. Clay is awesome! Staff is great and really friendly. My surgery was a success, as she removed my uterus with a 5 pound tumor that was located under my rib cage that my prior Obgyn did not diagnose. I am really grateful and thankful for Dr. Clay’s services. Very friendly and caring she makes you feel very comfortable and is very thorough!

The one star is for the passive aggressive appointment staff. I love my doctor and have been going here for years. In fact, I recommended a family member to see the doctor I see because of how wonderful he is. However, the appointment staff needs a quick tutorial on customer service. The appointment experience was absolutely unpleasant, as it felt as though they had issues with me that seemed to arise from a billing error their office made. It's arduous enough to deal with unexpected medical issues, so it would behoove people who work in customer service to treat the patients calling with decency. The attitudes from these ladies will hinder all the good that the nurses, NPs, and doctors do. Please have a serious talk with how they treat patients, especially long-term patients. Their attitudes were terrible enough to make me consider going somewhere else. I felt as though I was unable to receive the help I needed and had to advocate for myself just to get an appointment. It shouldn't be tug-of-war when attempting to receive help, these are people's lives, it isn't a game. You wouldn't want to delay someone from receiving appropriate care in time due to your unprofessionalism. That opens up a whole other can of worms. Please do better, ladies. I really hope you take this feedback seriously and make changes.
