Roach City, DONT GO THERE. First when I call someone in reservations told we the room was $281.00 weekly. Then when I arrived at the hotel, I was told a different amount for seven days. 576.00, and I would receive $50.00 back. I still haven't received that as of yet. The manager a African American woman , she wasn't rude nor was she friendly. Fast forward to my undesirable seven day stay for 576.00. There were roaches in the room, I was informed about pest control coming in Thursday that definitely didn't help whatever they sprayed gave me an itch. If a person spends their hard earned money for a seven day stay at $576.00, it shouldn't be a bad roach problem like this. The manager stated no smoking on or 150 ft of the property. The second floor smelled so bad from a mixture of Marijuana, cigarettes, and food ( I guess from people cooking) . It was a horrible experience. I'm expecting to hear something back from you guys ASAP. This stay was a nightmare.

This place is an absolute mess. I booked a premium queen room for a week. The room was fine until a pipe burst somewhere in the building on Christmas Eve. My room quickly flooded with water up to my ankles. I scrambled to get my toddler out and remove all our stuff. A few items were damaged. I was later offered an inferior room, which I accepted for the rest of my stay. Also, the fire alarm was going off almost every day. Needless to say, my nerves were shot. It's been a week since I talked to Glenda about getting a refund, and I checked out of the hotel three days ago. I have followed up with her daily about my refund and her response continues to be "he hasn't put it in yet." I asked who is "he" and she said that's her boss. Where the heck is my refund?! I believe Glenda is trying her best. She's pleasant enough and seems to care about her guests, but communication is severely lacking in this place, not to mention their failure to prepare for the freeze that likely caused the pipe to burst. It was stressful enough having to run out of our flooded room and being put in a room that looks like it's literally falling apart at the seams. And now no effort is being made to give me a refund. UNACCEPTABLE!

Disgusting place. Room was not cleaned obviously before we arrived. Night attendant found it funny we left early despite the conditions - rude and unprofessional. Was provided a refund for my poor experience however, so thankful for that.

Ewwwwwwwww ! This place is a funky ghetto dive . Also walls are so paper thin you can hear people talking in other rooms and hear their TV's .

In Town Suites on Hammond Drive is excellent. Stayed there for 8 months , Management is great, the rooms are very clean, very quiet. Would stay again if I need too, they keep the place up very well, very friendly I really enjoyed my stay. Glenda the Manager is Awesome. The Maintenance and Security does a great job also. Great location, plenty of restaurants and close to major highways.

Customer service was excellent. Loved Glenda and her staff. Any issues I had which was minor (door wouldn’t lock) , she had it fixed within minutes. Not a lot of noise at all nor people hanging outside. I felt safe and I would definitely recommend this location. It’s central to all stores, restaurants, and the mall is right down the street. Would I stay there again?, yes!

My husband and I have been staying at the Sandy Springs location since 3/8/2021. We were displaced from our apartment due to a fire that started in another apartment in the same building. The apartment building was deemed inhabitable. The stay here has been awful to say the least. The manager Glenda Jones is a liar and vindictive if you file a complaint about the hotel. She expects for you to bow down to her and to tell her all of your business. My husband and I do not operate in that manner. We were never late on our weekly room payment and always paid in full. Glenda Jones allows for her 'pet' guests to sit in the lobby while she works and tells the business of other guests. The hotel is filthy because the housekeepers and maintenance are not made to do their jobs. The dumpster is constantly overflowing with trash that draws rats and racoons at night. The regional manager Melinda is a liar and will side with Glenda when a complaint is filed. Glenda has non-renewed the rooms of guests for so-called loitering when guests are only outside for fresh air and not bothering anyone or playing music; just being one with nature. The stairwell floors, elevator, laundry room, and doors are filthy. The rooms are not properly cleaned. Glenda will not give prior notice to guests when there is a payment increase on the rooms, when pest control is coming to spray, or when they come to check the fire alarm system. You are just expected to accept it without complaint. My husband posted several pictures on Google reviews and a review of this dump of a building. We were allowed to see our room before we accepted it. Triple check clean as it states on the website it was not. It was a 60 out of 100. We had our own bleach cleaner. Our window leaked when it rained heavy for a couple of days. The maintenance man Clemson is in on the shenanigans and so is Bill the night property attendant. We stayed in Room #224. Do not believe the 5/5 ratings because these are from "pet" guests of Glenda Jones. Buyer beware and do not stay here.

I wish there were rooms πŸ˜ͺ available at what is advertised it is sad that today we are focused to be with this kind of living to cover lost capital from Covid-19 when apartment 😒 seeking three time the income and many are still working at minimum wages how is that possible when God says we are ALL EQUALLY ONE PEOPLE when will there be woken to trueness within Approved Balance when why let people suffer when everyone needs everyone. Horrible service. Got denied a room because the computer was in β€˜closing mode’ I got there an hour before the lobby closed. Extremely rude.

My experience here has been better than any other extended stay locations. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are kept clean even though we as guests should do our share of maintaining a clean environment. I have been here for a year and I would recommend this location to anyone in need.

The holes in the ceiling with the mold on it and the the rat fur that came out with the water. My room was a clean but you can smell the sourness when you walked in. At this time me and my child didn’t have any place to go. I wish I got a refund on the room for it being so bad.

Stay far away ;This place have bedbugs that management tries to cover it up instead of trying to fix issues.Your kids will get sick.

It is not that bad …. But they do say no smoking and I can smell it all through the Suites.. I don’t like that the front Main door is unlocked. That means anybody can can come in. We do have a leak in the restroom from the top floor I’m on the first floor. We did have a roach problem but they have come out to spray. I do like that they come out and do a check to make sure all visitors are good. We have been there since 2021 it’s not that bad of a place for me all I do is sleep work all night so I’m good. Never had trouble with break-ins or anything. I give it a seven out of 10.

It’s a very clean, very well managed building and the staff is so wonderful and kind. As soon as you enter the building you feel welcomed. The prices are better in comparison so other buildings in the area, this place is a great find ^^

Stayed for a week here. Previously stayed a number of months here. Clem (Courtesy officer) is a true gem. Extremely prompt with high marks for professionalism! Front desk is courteous and kept in contact with me from reservation to check in to make sure I had a room. Rooms aren't quite in top shape as before, but they did make them more spacious. Had an issue with wifi going out without notice due to a server replacement. A bit pricey...but one can do a LOT worse.

Currently staying at this location and so far so good. The toilet flooded the bathroom in minutes. I called the after hours number and Clem responded in minutes and fixed everything . He also cleaned up perfectly, everything was taken care of faster than anticipated. I hope the rest of our stay continues to go smoothly. Had to stay another week just checked out and Glenda gave 5 star customer service Great job and if we are in the area again we will come when she's working.
