Nothing Bundt Cakes has the absolute most moist cake ever! The mini lemon is my dessert for 2 or 3 sittings. We also get the full size on occasion!

I cannot say enough good things about this bakery and the owner. I bought 2 dozen bundt cakes for a party and forgot to pick them up! She was kind enough to meet me when they were closed so that I could get them. This owner went above and beyond and they will have a customer for life now! Thank you!!!

They made the dessert for our Veterans Day event yesterday!! Everybody LOVED the bundtinis!!! They went fast!! Lol... We had yellow cake, red velvet, chocolate, and pumpkin spice. They were all amazing! The icing was smooth and rich but not too sweet, it complimented the cake flavor. The cakes were moist and delicious!! We really appreciate it!!

Delicious cake and frosting! Customer service was great friendly and quick. Makes a great present for any occasion especially for a cake lover.

This was my first visit ever at Nothing Bundt Cakes. It definitely will not be my last! I chose the Confetti and Red Velvet cakes. Their cakes are so moist and tasty! If you’re looking for a sweet treat, I would highly recommend this place. So, so good!

I’ve visit this cake shop in other states and was happy that NBC recently opened an outlet close to home. The staff was friendly. These cakes were very moist and the frosting thick but not overly sweet. It definitely hit and satisfied that sweet tooth 😋

The Snickerdoodle Bundtlet was delicious! Also, everytime I go to the Sandy Springs location Khadijah is a breath of fresh air! She has the most awesome spirit! Thanks for making my day Khadijah. I hope your manager see’s this review!

See my comment below (posted later) Never going to order. Charged $16 for delivery. Failed to deliver to one of the dorms in Emory University claiming that address is not specific enough. If address is not specific enough, why in the first place should accept the order. Now we have to pay $45 to courier. For $35 cake, we need to pay initial cost including shipping $65 and again $45 for courier. I don't how can they sleep night doing these kinds of nasty things. Comment I had to change my review to 5 star. They called my wife and mentioned they are going to deliver. This time they mentioned they will call 30 min in advance before delivery. It is still in the process. I hope they do it right this time. Yes. it made us really frustrated but they are trying to make amends. Just delivered to our kid....very happy. I guess it is one of those days ... they screwed my kids name on the card. 4stars... all I can give. **** I am happy to hear your response. All I suggest is to use the technology. Every one has smart phones these days. Call or text before delivery so that there is no mis-communication. Joy to my daughter while sharing the cake with her friends that night left me with good memories. Thank you for looking into delivery aspects.

There is a woman who works there named Khadijah and she is amazing! Her customer service is A1 is so kind and professional. The cakes are already 10/10 (my favorite right now are Snickerdoodle and Strawberry) but she makes me want to come back to this specific location every time I’m in the area. She has no idea the things I’ve been dealing with in my personal life, but every time I see her she is so warm and such a light. I’ve been through/ dealt with a lot in life — and people like her really make a difference in the world.

I love how the manager welcomed me. She was SO friendly and lovely!! Also, the service was so good. I should go back!

Today is my sister’s birthday so I came to get her a cupcake. Khadijah greeted me the moment I walked in the door with the best energy and smile ever!!! So genuinely pleasant and instantly lifted my mood. What a joy! I’ll definitely be back just to experience her bountiful essence!!! Oh and the pumpkin spice sample I ate while waiting was so moist and delicious!!!

Beautiful cake. Best chocolate cake I’ve ever had! It was decorated for my birthday with a hugh purple flower in the middle.

Called the store because I could not find my voucher, but Ellie was able to locate it quickly on my account and assist me with ordering and made some wonderful recommendations. It’s always a pleasure to come to this location bc of helpful and friendly staff like Ellie! I ordered the red velvet cake with lite drizzle and some birthday decorations!

Love these sweet little bundts, so good think they run about 2 for 12$ or so, always moist with the best cream cheese frosting ever.

Delicious cakes and amazing service!! I had a party to attend and was running late. I called the Sandy Springs location and spoke with Khadija (Thank God because she was fabulous) hoping I could order over the phone and pick it up asap. She explained the variety of cake options and used her creativity to find the most beautiful, yet elegant cake, which was exactly what I had in mind. It was white chocolate raspberry and out of this world!! When I arrived, it was ready to go and even more beautiful than I imagined. She even offered to help bring it to my car. She went above and beyond what would be expected and we were all so grateful. I wanted to write a review expressing my appreciation for Khadijah’s thoughtfulness and service and the Bundt cake was delicious!!! A forever customer.

The cakes are really delicious. but the service is a 0 the boy who attended us not even a hello. We told him we have a birthday boy in our midst and he didn't look at it at all. nor happy birthday he said. we left a friend inside the store. for him to pick up the cake. and when my friend arrives he tells us that the boy told him that the birthday boy must pick up his cake for free. for his birthday and we were so upset that we decided not to pick up the cake. only for the attitude that treated us. I have always bought cakes here for birthdays. but your service at this location has to change.

2 star because the cake is delicious, but the guy with the painted nails working there is so rude, I’ll never recommend this place. Better to drive off to Alpharetta than coming to this place.

This place has won my heart. I have just had a pickup for a birthday and I am a die hard fan of the cake. Guys trust me just go for it and you will never be disappointed.Definitely will be back to this place for all the occassion.

I ordered the raspberry white chocolate bundt cake and it was really good. Just enough sweetness but not too much. The raspberries definitely accentuated the taste of the cake and complimented the white chocolate cake perfectly. That icing was delightful, a nice cream cheese frosting that was just enough, not piled on too high but the right amount of sweetness to compliment the bundt cake. This was a great birthday treat.

First time stopping in here. Friendly staff. Prices and menus are readily available. We ordered the miniature cakes confetti, red velvet, and lemon. Lemon. All were incredibly delicious. Worth every dime and then some.

Had to get a carrot (birthday) cake!

EVERYTIME I come to this location it’s a problem. They do not try to accommodate you at all. I will NOT come back to this location ever again. The cakes are good but I can’t deal with a place where I feel unwelcome or my business is not appreciated especially when I’m spending at-least $50 or more when I make a purchase.

Cake itself is delicious!! I always end up going back to red velvet because it’s THE BEST. However... one star lost for this location because I almost walked out with a wrong cake I preordered. I only questioned it because the box was definitely the wrong size for what I ordered. Just make sure you check ahead of time that your order is ready and also before you walk out.

I went to make a purchase on 5/17/2017 for my birthday. I started asking questioning and inquired about a piece not be added to the cupcakes. I sent this email and the owner never contacted me as if my concerns were not a priority. Hey Kristi Janman or Pam Stringer, I left your store location on today feeling disrespected and as if I was incompetent. I did not want one of the flags/signs on the tier cake that I was ordering. I was told removing the one piece was against the policy of the company, as well as it was art of a franchise location. When asked for the policy I was greeted by Landon who informed me it was against the law to be shown the policy of the company. At that point I had never heard showing someone a policy being against the law. I then asked for contact information of the person that was over Landon and was denied. Prior to being denied Landon informed me there was information that was be giving. As, I went on explaining how I was still confused that and why this piece had to go on a cake that I was paying over $60 for had to be included. I was battled by the response “maybe this cake isn’t for you”. What exactly does that mean? I explained to Landon that I was offend by that response and that sometime it’s the wording people use when communicating with customers. After waiting at this point for about 10-15 minutes and repeating asking for the store owns information with a smile, Landon left and returned with a response. I was informed that the manager stated that the decorations not being placed on the cake could be done this one time. I was still not given the owner‘s number and or email information. I made the statement that I would be posting a review on social media. I proceeded to order my cake and mentioned how I would be making a review on social media. Landon commented that the manager as of you would not post any comments on social media. I was told there was not a number that could be given out and I asked if there was an email. I was then watched the entire time as if I was unable to afford my cake or would not pay. Only after I made the response and stated that the as a consumer I should have been able to express myself to the owner. The customer services I received to have truly been a better one, I should not have asked for a POC more then once and you guys still represent the brand name of this company. I also stated and feel like after this email my order will be canceled and or something will be done to it very unpleasantly.
