The owner or the manager is extremely rude to non-white customers. As soon as I walked in the door he says and I quote “what you want son”? I’m 53 years old and I’m not his son. Prices are $10 higher than everywhere else for the same cigar. Never will go back there.

I cannot say enough good things about this store. The store itself is very clean and furnished nicely to give it a real good and comfortable look. Everywhere you look you see cigars because their collection is massive. The customer service is phenomenal. Both the times I have been here, I have had an amazing experience with the staff. I don't know much about cigars but have been trying to get into them and the staff has been extremely helpful in choosing and explaining recommendations to me. There is no judgement or anything coming in as someone that does not know much, it was actually welcomed by Michael so that he could give me a recommendation that was right for my taste level. He even gave me some complimentary stuff which blew me away and made my day. I have no problem driving here from midtown for my cigar needs because the selection and customer service are out of this world.

Excellent service and huge cigar selection. Cuban Al always helps find a good cigar and shows me what’s new. Perfect place to relax a little bit after a long day at work.

This is a great addition to Sandy Springs. The staff is amazing, very knowledgeable and always giving great recommendations. I never had a bad cigar there. The atmosphere is exactly what I was looking for in a cigar lounge. If you want to be left alone, nobody will bother you but if you want to have a conversation, the patrons never disappointed me. Always great input and very well informed. Mostly lawyers, business owners, executives and fun, friendly people.

If you are looking for the finest of cigars,this is the place to go.. great place and the finest of cigars.. I recommend the Davidoff anniversary special in the front.. it's almost a $40.00 cigar but WOW .. I'll be in to try others in the selection.. this place is one of two licensed places to get these high quality cigars.. I'm definitely going back soon.

I was in Atlanta for a Braves game and had the pleasure of stopping by this shop to have a smoke. Really friendly staff and a great selection of cigars. Both Sparky and Miguel are extremely knowledgeable and can help you find something new if you’re looking. Miguel is basically a walking encyclopedia regarding the cigar business. Great place. Great staff. Excellent shop.

Fantastic selection! Great service from very knowledgeable staff. Most importantly I've never bought a stick that was dried out or steel from this location. Their inventory seems to move quickly and products are always fresh. Good group of regulars and comfortable lounge to keep in mind when I wanna skip the ATL traffic. They also have a private room for meeting and WIFI to use when I need to write emails and such.

Awesome cigar shop! Me and my family have been to all of the cigar shops in Atlanta and Churchill is up there with the best. Al the manager is a awesome guy. Super friendly and always helpful when comes to recommending good cigars. Also if your looking for a rare stick, this place more then likely will have it! Not to mention the Liga Privada Line! Overall great store.

Man did I have a good time at Churchill find cigars, good customer service also they have a place where you can smoke cigars chill for a little while and meet and greet.

Great selection of cigars. Rick is very helpful and friendly. New seating arrangement is comfortable. But why on earth are they closing at 7 pm?

Hands down the place to go if you smoke a pipe or a cigar well stocked, knowledgeable staff ,excellent customer service! Very reasonable prices on top quality merchandise, highly recommended even though 285 exit looks like it does ,it was worth the drive I will definitely be back!!!!
