This was my second time getting food from this establishment. I work down the road and went to pick up lunch for myself. Once I sat to eat my to go order I noticed the brown decaying spots in the broccoli. I called the store to inform them that they served me bad food and offered to send pictures. Upon receipt of the pictures, the manager, Hein or Cain (he didn't pronounce his name clearly), accused me of putting barbecue sauce on my broccoli. I thought that was extremely absurd, first because who puts barbecue sauce on their broccoli, and second because how would the broccoli sauce get into the stems but not cover the outside of the broccoli. I was truly disappointed with their customer service. All he offered me was a discounted coupon that he would mail to me. I felt like I either should have gotten a partial/full refund or an offer to remake my order fresh. When asked why I couldn't be given a refund he stated he can't give money back to every customer that didn't like how their food taste. However I think it's a big difference between not liking the taste and being served old rotten food.

Super fast service and very high quality food. Love this place. The rolls are the bomb!

Tried this place out for the first time and was not impressed at all. The mac and cheese was swimming in soup and wasn’t very flavorful, the collard greens tasted (and looked) like they’d come out of a can and the green beans tasted like school cafeteria green beans. The only thing that was good was the rice and gravy. The service was friendly but I can’t eat friendly service so…I won’t be back.

Great for grabbing to go or sit down for a real deal meal. Server was polite, efficient and brought the food out steaming hot. Good selection of soft drinks, tea, wine & beer. Lots of TV’s and I would say the staff are positively Atlanta Braves fans. Try it for lunch or dinner.

Good southern cooking. Service is always good & food is served up fast. Only complaint is the gravy- what the world ,it tasted sour! Overall good fresh food during every visit.

2 out of 3 in my party enjoyed the food. I thought everything was fairly good. The service was great! In fact, our waiter served us with a complimentary bread basket after learning that it was our first time visiting. The cornbread was very good. Overall, the food was ok.

Came here while visiting family in ATL and had a great experience! The customer service was exceptional and the food was delicious! Every-single-thing! Our server Kimberly was so personable and sweet! She truly made our experience here that much greater! I told her Roasters should open a location in Jersey or else I'll only be able to enjoy the great food when I visit lol

Roasters is the best restaurant. Their food is really good and really fresh. Their chicken fingers are so delicious! What a great place to get fresh vegetables also during the day, especially their fried okra. Like the okra my Mom used to make! Their awesome serving employees make all the difference in the world also. They always are eager to please and constantly have a smile on their face. They are so friendly and so hospitable. I will continue to keep coming back to Roasters for their wonderful food and excellent staff. Keep up the wonderful work Roasters!

Apparently we found Georgia's version of Luby's lol. Average patron age was roughly 87. Sides were pretty great - broccoli cauliflower casserole and a massive baked potato. Mains were pretty gross/inedible though - spongy, bland meatloaf, and chicken fingers that had a really strong, odd taste in the batter (kinda like when vanilla extract smells supergood, but you taste it and it's actually nasty) Dude's plate was the same - great sides, gross mains. There's a menu option to just choose a platter of sides as your meal - deffo take them up on that! Server was awesome, as was draft Cherry Coke 👍👍 Oh oh oh and the cornbread - DO NOT sleep on that!

Fall off the bone ribs, good wings, & tasty sides. Atmosphere is like a diner, booths a bit worn down but comfortable.

We have sandwiches and ribs. The sandwich is great but the ribs are dry and the barbecue looks like ketchup instead of barbecue sauce. Daniel our server is awesome.

We enjoyed the food. My grandson loved the cornbread and the ribs. The service was very good. We didn't have to wait for our food. It came fast. My grandson was impressed with that. He said the Mac & Cheese was okay, and he didn't like the mash potatoes because they were not seasoned well. Roasters overall is good food.

Roasters is consistent restaurant. Best known for their roasted chicken. We had the special...pot roast. It was very good. The dish was not only tasty but they did not short you on the meat. The veggies were very good as usual. Love their Lima beans and black eyed peas.

We come here often, tasty food and good service! Chicken tenders and rotisserie chicken are yummy, and the fruit medley chicken salad. You have to order the cornbread too! Mckenzie was a great server, very attentive and friendly!

This is a good restaurant that has some good southern dishes in a casual atmosphere. I would compare some of the menu to a place like Cracker Barrel, although the food and service is much better here than Cracker Barrel. Recently they have started to slide a little bit, making some unfortunate changes. They have started charging individually for rolls, being rather stingy with the butter, and other small changes that can affect the experience. I hope they move away from this cost cutting approach, as their system before was much better (both for the staff and the guests).

Never heard of this place, ordered via Uber Eats and it was fantastic! I got the Chicken Fingers with fries and mac and cheese. Also got an order of cornbread and rolls. The Chicken Fingers have a unique batter that was very good and the cornbread may be the best I've ever had.

This restaurant is amazing for a fast bite. If you want great quality food for not too much and you are in a hurry, I 10 out of 10 recommend. I go here regularly and each time it is consistently fantastic. Best chicken in town!

One of my favorite places to eat. The prices are unbeatable but even if it costs more, I would still go there. The food is awesome and the staff is always super friendly. The managers walk around and personally greet each table. The service is fast and the restroom is always clean.

There are no better hand breaded chicken tenders in Atlanta. After 6 years away, this was the first meal I ate on my return and it was as if no time passed. Almost nothing changed with the restaurant including the menu and the quality of the food. Roasters Sandy Springs is immaculate inside and well managed with noticeable long term staff. Managers and the owner often circulate ensuring the food and service are top notch. Apart from the chicken tenders, the white chicken chili, french fries, cornbread stuffing, and sweet potato soufflé are favorites. If ever Thanksgiving seems too far away, the turkey plate with turkey breast served over cornbread stuffing and gravy with cranberry sauce and 2 sides is another favorite that never goes wrong. Side note, recently the restaurant started charging 65¢ per cornbread muffin or white roll to cut down rising costs and what I’m sure was waste from bread service that not every customer consumed. Treat yourself to a cornbread muffin!

Went on a Sunday and was expecting a wait for seating. Couldn’t have been more wrong! Greeter showed us to a table almost immediately.The staff was friendly and helpful. The cornbread (bread basket) was beyond yummy! And, the lunch portions were plentiful & delicious!

The food and service was excellent! We had a wonderful time. The staff was attentive and made you feel comfortable. The cornbread and rolls served was the best I have tasted in a long time. Kudos to them for doing a great job all around!

Booths are a little smaller at this location. Staff is nice and helpful. Service could use a little work on the "2 minutes, 2 bites" rule. But overall still good. The cornbread has gotten less sweet which I definitely didn't like.
