This is the worst Primary care I've ever visited. I waited for an hr to see the doctor for just an annual check-up. Then they ask me to pay $150 upfront for a check-up. When I told them my insurance covers 100% for an annual check-up, they wanted to check my insurance. They could have checked my insurance before I came, and while I was waiting for an hr. The office is empty, and there was no one waiting. They have all my insurance information. And I work at an insurance company. I know for certainty my insurance covers annual check-ups. The people who work at the front desk are not professional, and they need to do their job. The office is not clean and stinks. I think this office is used for mainly clinical trials. I got my annual checkup somewhere else the same day without any problem and guess what my insurance covered it 100%. I read somewhere that patients can bill doctors for a wait time per hr. Does anyone know anything about this?

Difficult to reach with billing, unfriendly staff, I was billed for a test that did not take place and neither myself or lab company could get in touch with office to resolve, I would go somewhere else

I went to this place a while ago and it still sticks in my craw. I scheduled my appointment via Zocdoc, and when I came in it was clear they didn't have me on their schedule - they weren't sure if they could help me with my issue, and I found out the receptionist had meant to cancel my appointment but forgot. They decide to see me anyway since I came in. So - already things are feeling weird. Someone said in another review they mainly do clinical testing and I think that's true - their only possible solution to help me was if I stayed in the office for hours while they did blood testing and other lab testing on me before proceeding. But they wouldn't give me an ETA or any info on how long they'd be keeping me, even though I explained I was on my work lunch break. Instead, they got upset when I was asking how long all of this would take, like I should just settle down because I exist for them. Very 'you will speak when spoken to' vibes - you are treated as a nuisance for advocating for yourself. In the end I had to leave because time ran out, and they didn't even do any tests on me. But they certainly had the audacity to send me a bill in the mail even tho I left empty-handed with no solution. Meanwhile, I had my issue quickly handled at a CVS minute clinic with no problems and no need for all of those tests.

I don’t visit again only for the front desk employee behavior . They cut the call in the middle of the discussion when I am trying to understand for no show charges

Doctor is very patient and tries her best to help the patient recover and get healthy. She is not someone who stops you from seeing the experts necessary, infact she proactively suggests it. I would visit the doctor for sure. But, the staff is terrible. They are not welcoming when you talk to them. They do not care about a message sent in the portal. Forget addressing the messages in the portal, they straight away delete them. I have called multiple times about the same issue and its like you are calling them for the first time. They tell you they will get back to you on something and they mostly never do. Very disappointed at how a clinic staff can be this way. Because of the staff one would not want to really go back, its so much of a hassle.

This is the worst doctor I have ever seen. I had collection put against me. Doctor office sent me notices on old address where I dont live. No one from office called. Now my credit score is down too. Although this is on professional side, When it comes to service. Doctor is not great either. she prescribed me COVID medication and steroids for cold and cough. Please save your self and go somewhere.

i originally started with Dr. V about a year ago and it started off as a great experience , however the last three follow up visits have been HORRIBLE . The visits are long for no reason if you’re just there to give blood you should be there within an hour it shouldn’t take two hours and a half for a doctors follow up visit. I don’t mind the first visit being long because you have to do so much paperwork get to know the patient etc. etc. but follow up visits have no reason being over an hour long… Stop over booking or speed up your visits. And I offered her the suggestion and she took it very offensively and basically dismissed me so I left and will be finding a new doctors there are too many primary care doctors out here and doctors should learn to cherish the patients because guess what we have choices !

Please consider patients time as important. I see waiting times are more here for each process.

Dr. Cheekati is excellent; the nurses were very friendly. The doctor cares about her patients and is very thorough; everyone is very caring. I loved that the examination was very detailed, and the doctor expressed concern about health issues, just like the nurses. The only problem I encountered was cleanliness. I noticed cobwebs in the examination room ceiling, and unfortunately, a nurse had long nails with debris underneath it. The office is efficient and gets the job done. Overall it’s an okay location. Update: Lab results take over two months to get back to you. Inconsistent office.

The office is not available when needed . The online patient portal is inaccessible. Prescriptions that were submitted and approved have not been placed. As a result, nearly two months has transpired since my last visit and i am still without the results of my tests and necessary prescriptions. This is quite disappointing , bordering on unacceptable.

I have being seeing Dr. Cheekati for 3 years and I just adore her. One thing about her is that she is very thorough. She will definitely listen to your concerns and check everything while still caring for you in the moment until your results come back. I most definitely will recommend her as a long term PCP.

I scheduled my appointment over a month and a half ago. Corresponding with them via email the information needed. Confirmed my attendance on there automated texting reply text only to arrive and they informed me that they CANCELLED THE F'ING APPOINTMENT. I hate the Doctor, I hate the staff and I hate they wasted my time. Avoid this place at all costs. They don't respect your time.

Agree with all the reviewers that the wait time is longer than you'd expect but overall doctor was kind and thorough in the physical. While I didn't have the same experience of rude front desk staff as they were friendly to me, I came in at 9:10 for a 9:15 appointment. It took me 5m to fill out the patient forms then I was left sitting in the wait area for 30m until I got up to tell them I had a work meeting at 10:30 and it was already 9:50. Was led into the patient room at 9:50 where they took weight and blood pressure. Left alone again for another ten but then the appointment and blood draws were an hour. I can understand how wait times would vary if patients had multiple concerns. Very sorry to whomever came after me because I had three concerns to get through. The nurse explained that they are thoroughly disinfecting each room and letting it air out for 10m in between patients when I asked about wait times. Makes sense. Odd that they don't want repeat patients to schedule through Zocdoc - much easier to have an online portal to schedule things, regardless? I reached out to ZocDoc directly to share that they followed up with me directly to reschedule at a different time than I'd selected so maybe ZD will address that.

Leaving one star because it's required. First and foremost do not visit if you are actually looking for a diagnosis or treatment plan. Dr. Vasundhara is only concerned with generating and collecting revenue from her clients. I went in after complaining about having a hard time focusing on my work task. She suggested blood work to determine the root. Blood work comes back and the receptionists calls to advise that my results are abnormal and that the Dr. said there is no concern. The Dr. also refuses to speak with me on the phone and said since she 'said' there is no concern that I would need to revisit the doctor office and pay for an in-office visit to discuss my bloodwork. So I have to pay to have the blood work completed and in turn schedule another appointment to discuss the bloodwork? Absolutely absurd.
