******It's the service level for me, matched with a quality product. They were very friendly and attentive to all of our needs. I think the Chef may of also of been the owner because she seemed to really care about making sure we were taken care of. I will be back that is for sure. First time but not the last time... 😉 😁

Came here for a birthday celebration and it was a nice quaint perfect lunch date getaway. The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. They explained the menu real well and also offered some recommendations. It was just what we needed for an exclusive lunch rendezvous. Perfect spot for an intimate 1 to 2-hour setting to catch up with an old friend or a get to know your date. I've always loved shabu shabu and this was a great find! Would love to come back and explore other entrees on the menu next time we are in the area!

Chill place to eat. There’s sushi and hotpot. Didn’t try the hot pot but most people around had ordered it. Sushi wasn’t bad. Not the best but not bad either. Service was great. Consider reserving or going early on weekends as it gets full pretty fast. Hardly any social distancing (tables were right next to each other) but all staff were in masks.

Don't hesitate to come and try this spot. I had the all you can eat shabu-shabu with the tonkotsu broth, which is a broth made with pork bones. There's different broth selections you can choose from. This place not only has all you can eat shabu-shabu, but you can grill meats, and they have an all you can eat sushi. However, if you just want an a la carté meal you can do that as well. Along with my broth and all the fixings, I also had their Tiger Sushi roll and spicy tuna roll. Both excellent choices but that spicy tuna was so delicious and I ate it with such delite, that it didn't get a picture. I went around 6pm on a week day and there was no line no waiting, but on the weekends it gets really packed, reservations can be made in advanced as well. Staff very friendly, attentive, and come around often to see if you want more of anything. UPDATE: went for the All you can eat sushi, definitely worth it! Highly recommend it and the service was great

Went there for all you can eat sushi. It’s phenomenal, the raw salmon tastes very fresh and the sushi not only tastes amazing, but they make sure it’s aesthetically pleasing. The sushi chef is very pleasant, she is fast and makes the sushi at the highest quality. The hand roll is delicious, and their homemade mango sauce for their mango roll shocked me with how good it was. Drove one hour to eat there and it did not disappoint!

I have never been more pleased with an entire menu as I was at Shabu Shabu! Everything we got was good. The spicy Tokyo Shabu cooking broth packed a punch, the meat was clean and paper-thin for perfect cooking and layering stop the amazing noodles and veggies. And the sushi - every roll was distinct, sharp, and flavorful. No mushy fish here. Both the fried and fresh rolls were delicious. Service is a bit slow. We had to catch the eye of someone to order more food rather than just waiting for someone to come to the table, because it was very infrequent. However, every time we did order more, it always came. Nobody forgot about us. I can't wait to go back and show this place to all my friends. I am so incredibly pleased!

It's our first time here and we are not sure what to expect. First, if you are a first timer, the menu is quite confusing. The explanation from the waitress helps. The heat source of the hot pot and grill is the gel type fuel. That's a first. It doesn't generate enough heat to boil the broth for the hot pot. It barely boils after a long time. It does produce enough heat for the grill. However, I am not a friend of cooking food on a sheet of heat resistant mat. We order the tonkotsu broth but it tastes more like miso than bone broth. The marinated meat is way too sweet. The sliced beef and lamb for hot pot are pretty good. The seafood is really bad. Don't order the seafood ever.

I really enjoyed literally everything this place has to offer. Their food is really good and even if you're not a great cook, there's no way to go wrong, not unless you don't cook it all the way. I didn't think I'd like their sushi as much as I did but they have so so much variety to choose from, and after just a bit eating, I was full, it was really great, I've been a few times before, and some of my favorites have to be their calamari, edamame, gyoza, and their beef, and I could go on and on and on, but I won't. This time I went it was pretty packed but I totally understand for the wait since it was like a full house, and they seemed really short staffed, but they were still so compassionate and kind serving us and our big party. It's also kind of expensive like, a lot ish but, I don't mind it, it's only fair for an authentic Japanese restaurant, thank you again and I hope to see you again <33

This place is fantastic. I went in for lunch, not knowing what shabu shabu was, and came out enamored with the style. I was the only customer in the restaurant. The service was phenomenal, the staff going out of their way to provide an authentic Japanese dining experience, from the welcoming generosity, all the way down to the rumble of Japanese from the kitchen. The ingredients were delightfully fresh. All the meats and vegetables felt freshly cut, the fish even more so. I cannot wait to share this experience with family and friends.

The food was great. The staff are super nice and quick. The atmosphere isn’t high end but we were satisfied with the experience. You should try this place. Well done.

Amazing everything! We got the all you can eat hot pot and sushi. Quite delicious and a fun experience. The waiter was amazing. He knew the menu like the back of his hand. Definitely will go back again

This was a different experience that I didn't care all that much for. You cook your own food. Would have been much more fun if the grill heated up faster, felt like it took forever. The food itself is quite tasty and they give you plenty of it. Service was great.

We've come here a few times but I think our favorite thing to get is the all you can eat sushi. Very fairly priced and delicious choices to pick from.

My first time at Ginza Japanese Shabu Shabu was awesome. We started with the most amazing and delicious sushi.  The hot pot setup let us cook our own slices of thin sliced meat, veggies & various noodles in the broth of our choice right there at our table, which was really fun and hands-on. Dipping the super tender meat and veggies in the different sauces after cooking them was delicious. Getting to hang out and catch up over the meal with some of my new favorite people made the whole evening even better. The food was so good and cooking it ourselves kept things interesting, and it was the laughs and good company that made this such an enjoyable dinner out. I'd definitely go back to Ginza to do more DIY cooking hot pot style and make another great memory together. This spot definitely gets my top recommendation for tasty food and an interactive meal with your friends.

Had the shabu shabu broth and bbq. For 2 people you can order up to 6 items from each category. I would go with 3 or 4. They don't let you take home what you don't finish so the waste is a shame. But that's how all you can eat is. Good is great though.

We go-all-you-can-eat bbq and sushi. Both were excellent. Only complaint I have is for the price we paid I expect the interior to be more upscale and cozy.

Went to dinner here on a recommendation, and LOVED IT! We're sushi lovers, the all you can eat sushi menu was great, dinner pricing was more than fair. Service was very pleasant with good timing. I would highly recommend!

I have always had a good experience here but on Saturday the 18th, it couldn’t be worse. While the restaurant was what would be considered a normal flow of diners, my partner and I were standing at the podium for around 10 minutes just waiting to be seated. Not the biggest deal, it is what it is. Once seated our waiter was prompt with our drinks and after that the service went downhill very quickly. We ordered the all you can eat sushi for the two of us ($72 and some change with tax included as the final bill). Once ordering the first roll it took 20 minutes to receive it and following that it took yet again another 20 minutes for the waiter to bring out the second roll. The Ginza roll we had ordered with eel sauce came out and had fruit flies/ gnats on top of it and hovering around the dish. Where we didn’t have any bugs around us prior to this, the sushi roll was the clear reason for the bugs. Our waiter was unfortunately not attentive and we were out of drinks after the first 20 minutes of us sitting down. When our waiter had finally come back to us, he asked if we wanted to order any other rolls and we told him we would need just a minute but we would like him to come back. Instead, he had dropped the bill on the table and never came back. Paying for the all you can eat sushi was not worth it as the wait time for the rolls was ridiculous and the quality was disappointing. The cost of the rolls without us paying for the all you can eat sushi came out to be way less and we had in fact paid more for the “all you can eat” than we would have for the rolls by themselves. It’s disappointing as we had intended to order more to get our money’s worth and just enjoy the sushi in general and we were unable to do so. The service was disappointing and it’s unfortunate because it is usually spot on and the food is always perfect. I’m not sure if it was just that night that things were not as great as they typically are, but either way, the Ginza roll with the fruit flies/gnats flying on and around it is not excusable.

We LOVE Ginza! We've gone several times and introduced a many friends and family to it as possible. It's a super cool experience, but the shabu shabu and sushi are super delicious too. It's a small dining area. Recommend you set a reservation.

All you can eat. Fun experience, and waitress was super helpful. I think I prefer BBQ all you can eat rather than hot pots for Asian restaurants, but that’s just me. One of the workers killed flies on the other side of the room with an electric tennis racquet.

We came with a large party for a birthday, of about 20 people and we were quickly seated and taken care of. I personally went the hot pot route and it was delicious! I left so full! There’s so many choices of different meats, veggies and broths. I went with tonkotsu and it was delicious! My only gripe is that the heating piece is mobile instead of electric built in and that sometimes made it a bit hard to control heat. Overall though it’s worth a visit!
