I have to say i'm really disappointed in this location. I understand that you were closing but you didn't have to be rude! You were closing in twenty minutes if you would've just helped me just for a few minutes I would have easily spent a decent amount of money since it was my daughter's birthday. There was one girl that was very polite and the rest you can feel the negative tension. If you hate your job so much quit!! Avoid Coming to this location! Spend the extra buck and go somewhere for better customer service!!! I truly hope management reads my review and train your employees what customer service is about!! I'm not one to leave a review, but I also work in customer service and I wouldn't want my employees to treat my customers this way! You would be fired on the spot! Next time take two minutes and help a customer!

The location is nice, but dealing with the online customer service was awful. My order got delivered to an old address (I have no idea how, I updated my address but I guess it didn’t save). I can’t access this old address. I was told over the phone on 12/10/2022 to call back in 24 hours and they could process my refund. I called back 24 hours later and they told me I have to wait another 24 hours. So now I’m stuck in an endless waiting cycle. They wouldn’t even connect me to a supervisor or manager. I basically got scammed by H&M, I don’t have what I paid for.

I was really disappointed with the staff here. They were extremely unfriendly! When I asked to try on some clothes one girl said that the fitting room had closed one minute ago. It was 20 minutes before the store closed. Another worker mentioned its because we want to leave right at 9. Extremely unfriendly and disappointing!

The only reason I am giving one star is because the customer service is TERRIBLE!! The employees act like they are being inconvenienced when asked a question. VERY rude at the registers. Also it is very irritating that you can’t try anything on!! All the other stores will let you. I had to buy what I wanted and go to another store to try it on because I live far from the mall and I can’t get back there very often. Again the employees were extremely rude about it. I will NOT be going back to that store.

Some H&Ms are messy, picked over and hard to look through. I just ran in to return something but was so shocked and impressed with how organized they were and how much better then the Orem location the displays were! Serious props to whoever's been on top of that!

This store actually has clothes that fit me so that's an automatic win in my book. I typically like the style they have here and the prices aren't bad. I probably wouldn't check out how they make their clothes though, I'm just going to assume it's unethical.

I like this store for kids clothes. BUT I’ve been here twice in the past few weeks when it was supposed to be open and it wasn’t. I don’t know what is going on. There aren’t any signs or anything.

Not a lot of variety for kids. Pretty much 3 styles of dresses and 3-5 styles of tops. The leggings also shrink. After they shrink though they are still better quality than cat and jack, which I still love. I like h&m, I only shop there for kids clothes basics. They are relatively good quality and pretty cheap.
