This store is filthy and disheveled, just complete chaos. Clothing wasn’t folded and was just strewn about. The employees were unhelpful when I asked them basic questions about the location of boys shoes. It was difficult finding the right size with everything all over the place. Unhelpful employees. Chaos at its finest.

Who is managing this store? Does corporate know how disgusting and unorganized this place is? If I could give it zero stars I would but unfortunately I have to at least give it one in order to get this review posted . The Sandy Southtown store is honestly the worst Old Navy in the valley! I couldn't find anything because it was so unorganized I literally had to turn around and walk back out :(

It’s august 2023 and I echo a previous review below. The store doesn’t even have a freaking bathroom. My seven year old needed to desperately get to the bathroom so I asked a few of the employees and all of them said no they do not have a bathroom. Not even for a seven-year-old who’s not that good at holding his pee. The nearest bathroom they direct me to us in target. it’s so ridiculous because by law they have to have a bathroom for their employees so they are just choosing not to let paying customers use the bathroom. Bad practice. Bad policy. When I went and talk to the acting manager for the night, she told me that they don’t let customers use the bathroom because they think that they’re going to steal stuff. I am a very dark skinned individual and to me that just seems blatant racism why she would not let my seven year old is the bathroom. And when I walked away, I could see inside the store window and they were laughing. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau never felt discriminated against to my life until tonight.

Old Navy is such a fun store. Sheena made it even better. We asked her where we could find a specific pair of silky Christmas pajama pants (my son's friend group is all buying a pair and then wearing them to their annual Christmas party), and she took us to all the different places within the store that we could find that specific fabric in a variety of cuts and sizes. She was looking things up for us online, finding out how long things would take to ship, etc. Good job scoring with that employee, Old Navy! We'll be back!

We came here for school uniforms. Staff was very helpful and we were able to fine what we wanted. It’s been years since our last visit yes we’re be back,

It's 2023 and this store doesn't have a bathroom. As someone who drinks a ton of water and now has a newborn baby the fact there's no public restroom at this store is a joke. I was told by an employee to walk to Target and use their restroom. It's not a far walk by any means, but it's definitely inconvenient. I'd expect this from a "Ma & pa" shop but not a conglomerate like Old Navy especially at a stand alone store NOT in a mall.

This store is amazing. Everyone was helpful and the customer service was top notch. The manager Sydney, went out of her way to help me find something. I will be coming back and shopping more.

The store was clean and organized, and the staff was cheerful and helpful. I love that they carry the family matching swim wear and family matching pajamas. Right now the options of Christmas jammies are plentiful!
