    If I could I would not even give them 1 star. I ordered online and paid online. I went to pick up my order. The employee couldn't find my order, he was looking for it in the delivery screen. He apologized and looked in the carryout screen He found me. Me and my 2nd grader sat down. 2 minutes into waiting the TV screen displayed our order ready. No one came out with our order. 15 mins later an employee clocked in and she looked at us and asked for my phone number. She went in and brought my order out. It was warm and not hot. So now we go home with a cold pizza and appetizers. Please take a look at the attached pictures to see the horrible looking pizza. Burnt toppings and it does not look like their ads. Wow Pizza hut has lost it's flavor. I will no longer be ordering from here.

    As a fast food general manager I’d have to say this is by farrrrrrr the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced no wonder you only have so few staff “no one wants to work” yeah right no one wants to work with or for you please go anywhere else

    Avoid this location. Ordered a pizza and wings for delivery. Tipped driver extra in advance. Order arrived with wings half cooked and a big hole in 1/4 of the pizza - crust missing and some toppings to fill in the space. Called the location, first they hung up on me and finally got through for a refund. No apology, just "charge will be reversed by Wednesday." Big hole in their customer service, too!

    I had put in an online order and received confirmations per the app and my email. My card had been charged and I had confirmed it was for the correct location. When I came to pick it up, the manager told me they got nothing and when I asked for help on what my options were, he was completely incompetent and did not care to help me at all. I asked him questions on what I could do and he just seemed like he was so ready to get me out of the store immediately. Just wanted some pizza, man. Gonna take my business elsewhere.

    I ordered a pizza online comes time for my pizza to be delivered. It wasn’t here. I called the store. No one answers a few different times, so I decided to call my bank. Someone at the Pizza Hut decided to cancel my order.!!! I would rather spend the extra money,at independent family on pizza place for now own !!! do yourself a favor order somewhere else it’s not worth the hassle

    I sat in front of the store waiting for curbside delivery for 15 min after time estimated in the mobile app. When I went in with my dog because I couldn’t leave her in a hot car, the manager was on the phone and ignored me. No one was at the counter for more than 5 min., and my order was sitting in the warmer. The slip even said “curbside.” VERY disappointing.

    Just left here. Very rude. The “gentlemen” did not greet me, did not make eye contact, and just kept repeating “what was the name on the order.” I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

    We placed an order, had it confirmed, and the staff said it didn’t “come up on their tv so they don’t have it”. We showed them the order but they didn’t offer to start it, and basically brushed off the problem being very passive-agressive. Horrible customer service over all. Do not go here.

    Staff has no customer service whatsoever. Very rude and standoffish. I would recommend ordering from another location or pizza place.

    What a complete joke. At least my pizza came this time to bad the delivery driver left it on the ground and didn't knock, so know its full of ants. Shouldn't have given them a second chance.
