Popped in for a few items on my way home yesterday. Very impressed with the care, attention and kindness that a member of staff at the checkout showed to a wheelchair user. Ann was patient and personal and went out of her way to make sure this regular customer left the store with everything he needed and a very positive interaction. Top marks to Ann for exceptional customer service.

Amazing staff, super helpful and friendly. Got a hamper made up for work. They were so kind to make up the basket in store and deliver it. Could not recommend this place more after this experience.

Good friendly neighbourhood grocery stores. There are good deals sometimes on various items. They also have prepared meals section which is very good. They might not always have the best prices; but it serves the purpose pretty well. Queues are not that long either.

Cashier made me wait for lady 8n front of me but at my turn rushed me through, wouldnt give me a minute. Even though I was the one with a cane! Very hurtful. Started the lady behind me before I could even get my bag packed. She had glasses , long hair and small.

Excellent as always, Staff very friendly and informing me of special offers that they know would interest me. No hand Sanitizer, it's two weeks since I brought it to attention ,dispenser is empty. I think it's very poor customer care.

Total disaster every single time I go in there. The electricity receipts are nearly always printed badly leaving it nearly impossible to read the actual code from it. Staff are very young and very much involved in each other more than in the customer. Most of the time 2 or 3 of them are out the back probably dossing and when they do emerge they look stoned, one in particular always stinks of weed. Saturday is always the most unprofessional mess of a day there. Whoever does the hiring obviously favours hiring young lads over experienced older people, I would question their motives on the hiring process as I once had a boss who would only hire people he was attracted to, this supervalue has the same counter productive seedy vibe to it as that job did. Also if the service wasn't bad enough for you then don't worry because there's always an undisturbed beggar outside waiting to get your change, nobody seems to care or ever try remove them because they obviously think nothing of their actual paying customers and security are more interested in catching little kids than asking aggressive beggars to move on. After todays experience where yet again I was over charged and had to wait for over 20 minutes for the cashiers mistake to be rectified I will NEVER shop there again. Total sham of a shop and I feel sorry for all the local elderly customers who have no choice but to shop there.

Staff are very nice but clearly out of their depth. I counted 15 people queuing at the kiosk at 6.45 this evening. I had more than a basket full of goods but still had to queue at the kiosk.
