Very pushy sales pitch, had made a decision to purchase a car. Paid deposit on credit card organise cash on credit card rang to make an appointment to come and pick up car, stated I'd be paying by credit card. I was advised that they do not take credit card payments. I said I found that very strange. Later that day I rang back and asked the same question of the customer service rep and I was told they did take credit card payment. My friend called the following morning and also asked the same question of one of the sales reps and again advised that they do take credit card. I rang the sales rep i was dealing with and put the above to him and he said they would take credit card payment if I paid the Associated fee's. The entire experience was very pushy sales, no negotion on price, variation of information from different employees...would not recommend this garage to anyone.

Went to buy a car listed at 18750 when after having a test drive and making an offer it was pointed out that it was actually 18950 cash and 18750 was a finance deal made a cash offer and they did not really want to do a deal for cash they would prefer if you finance the deal so they get a better deal from finance company , Very disappointed with overall service. The Sales guy never even said come in he went in and out to his manager while we stood outside at car.

Do not get your car serviced here. I'm extremely disappointed that the one item I addressed as an issue when dropping off the car for service was not fixed, followed up with a phone call after and no surprises that I have not heard back from anyone since. I paid far too much money (€475) to be simply ignored. I'll stick with smaller more reliable and considerate garages for service in future.

Went to trade in my car, was looking at doing a straight trade of an identical car to my own with the new having less mileage. Somehow during their calculations they valued their car at 21k and mine at 9k. I cannot stress how identical these cars are. Actually mine was a higher end trim and theirs had the engine warning light on when I was checking it out. I bought from them in 2017, was a far more palatable experience. Something has happened here in the interim and to that end I would say take your money elsewhere.

Went in to look at a silver fiesta with 45k km listed online, while on a test drive I looked at a history check in the glove compartment to find 3 or 4 different years of odometer readings that didn’t match up, the real reading was last listed in 2018 at 240k km. While looking at a different car we were also told it was only one test drive per visit which I found very odd.

I couldn't recommend this company anymore. From start to finish with buying my new Peugeot the service with these guys was excellent. They really made me feel at home and comfortable when picking my next car. Whether it was choosing the car and color, to going on the test drive. The lads on the sales team go above and beyond to make its a fun and exciting time to buy your new car. I will 100% be back when I want to change the car again.

Very happy with my Peugeot purchase.Car was cleaned and serviced with new car rugs provided although not asked for.Overall a good experience and very happy with my 2019 Peugeot 2008.
