Dimitrios who is Greek not Polish served us an amazing coffee to go! Quality was so good, enjoyed both coffee and chocolates!! Definitely recommend

Twice I have went into this coffee shop and walked out disgusted with the level of customer service I recieved! The first time I went in asked for a latte and basically got laughed at by an employee named Thomas, with consideration I gave it the benefit of the doubt and went in a second time. The same man served me again he was rude decided to mutter between colleagues and laughed making me feel very uncomfortable as it seemed to be a joke at my expense, When he gave me my coffee, he dismissed me. Absolutely shocking a company this size with a great reputation let down by one person! I will carry on drinking coffee from the store at the top of grafton street from now on. I myself am a store manager on grafton street and none of my staff would act in this manner!

Was in here this afternoon getting coffee for my team and have never left an establishment feeling so belittled and unsatisfied. The staff are rude, uncooperative and look as if they just don’t want to be there. In a company that large I would expect a higher standard of customer service and experience. Please retrain certain staff in how to maintain a high standard of customer service

Had a coffee here and a caramel cake. You get a praline with each coffee, very nice.

I was in buying chocolates today and the staff were very friendly and helpful when I asked questions about their products.

The staff in here are just lovely. I dealt with two young lads today during a bit of a stressful day and they were so kind. So tuned into customers and couldn’t have been nicer, such a lovely experience popping into this Butlers. The Butlers hot chocolate was delicious as always but the kindness of the staff was a lovely treat in a world that doesn’t always give us this personal touch. They brightened up my day and I want to thank them!

It's my favourite for coffee when I fancy a chocolate treat also. Every coffee purchase receives a free praline. Delicious.

The chocolates here are incredible. This family owned business has been perfecting their trade for over 90 years and it’s very evident. I’ve had chocolate in many different countries, and these are among the best.

I've always been a butlers fan and have it daily. However, specifically this place, I don't feel welcomed being from different race. There's this tiny non-irish lady who always serves me iced latte in the cup which has no logo (always). She's been sarcastically rude to me as well. And I didn't like it. I mean I understand that I'm not dressed well on my days off but surely can afford to live in south Dublin and have coffee from butlers. Literally, you just have one job! be kind and unbiased to customers. I'm never ever ever showing up for coffee in this place! This is for that staff with some kind of superiority complex! The Irish staffs are really friendly though and never faced anything from them!

I went to Butlers to get a cup of coffee to warm me up in the cold weather. However, I was warmed most by the kind and welcoming demeanor of the lady who served. I didn't catch her name sadly, but her customer service skills were excellent and it felt like she truly cared for ever individual she served. Top notch staff!

We are visiting from Australia and were on our way to Trinity College when we stumbled upon this cute little shop. I got a milk hot chocolate which was amazing! My partner got a latte which he said was really yum. We also got to choose 2 free chocolates with our purchase which both were amazing & so delicious. The lady who served us was very patient and friendly as well.

Worst Bulters ever. The service is awfull, this one is just next to my place but I am glad to do 5 mins more walk just to find happy and nice staff in another one ! The hot chocolate was not even well made, all the chocolate was at the bottom...

Girl behind the counter was so rude and the supervisor or manager whoever he was , was criticising every move she made , no wonder the customer service lacked when she was under so much pressure. When she was making the drink she went to froth more milk as there wasn’t enough and he said there was , so I ended up getting half a drink and had a cup full of whipped cream left when the liquid was gone. It was also luke warm as the same milk had been used for a few customers before me

I wasn't exactly on a chocolate quest, but I stumbled across this thought I'd give their hot chocolate a go. Well the star rating will tell you how much I liked it. This was the cookies hot chocolate 😍

An amazing chocolate drinks! The dark chocolate flavor is less sweet (still enough), so I would recommend that over the traditional. The orange flavor was my favorite! No seating inside, so plan accordingly.

It's like stepping into a chocolate factory. A well lit up place for all the chocolate lovers. They had Easter decorations well set up. We ordered a Hot Chocolate Praline. It was mild on the chocolate but delicious.
