Best wing house we have ever been to. food was great service was even better. Our waitress was sweet, kind and took very good care of us we didn't have to ask for anything she was on it. If you want great service ask for Patience she's got an old school vibe to her for a young lady. I've never had drinks and appetizers that fast at any restaurant on a Friday night anywhere. Patience is the best 👌 thank you.

The problem I had with this place and didn't know till walked in, the waitress were half naked, wearing like underwear or skimpy bikini with stuff hanging out. Didn't want that hanging over my food. We were already there so tried the dry rub smoky n sweet wings and onion rings and Cole slaw. The wings were good. The onion rings needed to be cooked more cuz the breading fell off time you dipped in sauce. The coleslaw cud have been a little sweeter. I ask for sweet tea and didn't get first time so she bought me a sweet tea, still had very little sweet to it and had no sweetener to add but drank anyways. Waitress was very attentive and nice, she just acted a little nervous, my have been her first day. We was nice and polite to her. I just think they try to exploit girls, women too much and around food too.

Ive been going here 3x a week for a couple months now and its been consistently inconsistent. 1 Day the Food is Perfect the next half of the order is wrong or barely edible. Its obvious the Cooks here have no clue what they are doing most of the time and if you want good food I would go elsewhere. I will say the Manager covered one meal that was wrong but its happened about 8x so that unfortunately only goes so far.

So I’m in Orlando for the weekend, got into town late last night and just wanted to take my friends for some drinks and wings. Apparently if I wanted wings, “wing house” is not the place. From the moment we walked in the service was awful. Once we sat down we had 2 different servers take our drink order. Once we finally were able to order, my long islands took 30 minutes to be made per drink. After waiting for our food for about 40 minutes, our waitress Alyssa let us know she was done with her shift and left mid service. Another 30 minutes go by, still no food is brought to us. Our new server Sage had no interest in my table whatsoever. She would look at our table, see I was looking and still not come. After about an hour and a half of waiting, I had enough and canceled my food order and the manager came over to our table. Not only did he reek of cannabis his eyes were so bloodshot. He could barely maintain conversation and offered no compensation for our unpleasant experience. I wish I could leave 0 stars, please take your business elsewhere!

If I could rate this location a zero I would. The restaurant is very dirty and the service is very poor. Hannah T was our waitress and when we addressed an error on our bill she gave us an attitude about it. When we asked for her to correct it she quickly became argumentative and extremely rude to our table. I told my husband if she didn’t want to correct the bill that he could just adjust the tip. Hannah said do what you gotta do because I ain’t begging for no tip. Listen I never walk out of a restaurant without tipping but I wanted to yank this little girls hair out. I can’t deal with these attitudes from these young service workers but she’s had the worst one I have ever seen. Manager helped her adjust the bill and never once came over.

It's been more than 8 years that I haven't been to the Wing House, and I really regret going. The outside tables were super dirty, sticky, the waitress, since she is a host she couldn't clean the table, I went to my car to get some wipes, when she saw me cleaning the table, then she offered to clean it for me.. Thanks but no thanks..Waited 5 minutes for the server never showed up. The place was not full, there were 5 of them steering at each other. Probably they will have to learn better, since looked they just turned 21.

Worst Winghouse I've been to. Ordered to go. Took more than 5 minutes for the bartender to acknowledge my presence. The three servers standing at the bar ignored me as well. When I'm finally able to tell someone I've got an online order nobody does anything. After almost 20 minutes I finally asked someone else and she hands me the order that was under the heat lamp the entire time I had been there. The place was dead (now I know why). I don't understand why it was so hard to say hello and ask what I needed. I should have been in and out in less than 5 minutes but I was there more than 20 for no reason other than laziness, bad attitude, and poor management.

Everytime I come there is a problem with the food. I don’t know who the hell is the cook but the simple thing they be messing it up. And what restaurant have 60 cents mac n cheese powder ? There is no way I come here n get 60 cents powder mac n cheese we are adults .

Went there for the first time in awhile and wish I hadn't. First the waitress ignored us like we had the plaque after we finally got to place our order. My wings were the worst I've had in many years. This place must be under new management cause it is nothing like it used to be. So sad, I used to love their wings, not the skimpy outfits the little girls wear.

I go to the Sanford Winghouse once or twice a week and made a complaint last August about liquor and beer shortages. It got better for awhile, but in the past month or so it looks like the same problem exists. Additionally, other problems are apparent to customers. I was there on Tuesday night (12/26/23) and, once again, many beers were not available plus no Tito’s vodka. The server said they haven’t sent an order in for two weeks. My friend ordered food and it took almost 45 minutes to get what he wanted. The beer tub was completely empty and I found out the ice machine has been broken for 2-3 weeks. I was told by another regular customer that recently one of the servers got drunk while working and the manager was not around. Another thing noticeable to bar customers is that one sink’s water runs constantly and it appears to be a maintenance issue. Separately, on one side of the bar a TV does not work and another doesn’t have a card to get sports channels. I’m not trying to get anyone in trouble, but the slow deterioration of the Sanford store is obvious to the most casual observer. The only thing consistently good is the rapport with the bartender Melissa.

As the only Winghouse restaurant open north of Orlando, I frequent this place more often than Hooters up in Sanford. Unlike Hooters, Winghouse has more variety of food to choose from, such as Pretzel Bites, Pizza, Wraps, Philly Cheese Sliders. Wings are just as the same as Hooters, and more choices of Sauces, and their Exxxtreme sauce is the hottest one I’ve ever tasted. The bar is well-stacked with a variety of drinks and beer to choose from. Happy hour is only available on Weekdays except Tuesdays, and Weekends. Winghouse currently has Gameday deals on weekends for $3 Beers on Tap, 20 Wings for $10 recommended for 2-3 people, etc. As for dishes, the Steak Dinner is one of the popular ones to get while supplies last. $15 for very good steak: $6 extra for 6 oz Sirloin, with Broccoli and Steak Fries, but use A1 Steak Sauce at your discretion if the steak is too dry. As for hospitality, very amazing service with Cassandra, Bryanna, and Michelle. I’d recommend coming over during their dress-up days, and guests can vote for which Winghouse Girl has the best costume. You can follow them on Instagram and Tiktok at @winghouseofsanford. At the main bar, Brianna is one of the best to don the Winghouse uniform, and makes you feel right at home when watching either Bucs or Jags games. I recommend getting the Malibu Sunrise from her as its one of her favorites to make and drink. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The customer service at WingHouse is satisfactory, but the food quality is slightly mediocre. The food is fried excessively, resulting in a hardness that is not ideal. The kids meal, specifically the chicken McNuggets with fries, appeared to be lacking in quantity. My order was supposed to include wings with onion rings, but unfortunately, the wings were missing. I had ordered 20 wings, but the order was incorrect, which was disappointing. It would have been better if they had a more efficient system in place to ensure accurate orders and provide a satisfactory meal.

Great food. Their burgers are delicious! I also enjoy their nachos. You are a good bang for your buck at this place. Lots of seating as well. Their wings are excellent! The service is very good too. Been here a few times in the past and never had a bad service or bad food. Recommended place.

The staff is always friendly when I come here. I've ordered a couple times and the food is pretty good. It's not that expensive but I wouldn't say it's cheap either. Happy medium. Try the crab legs with lemon !!

Went there with 15 people. So expected maybe a little longer to wait on food. But that kitchen staff right now I guess can’t handle a big order comming in at once. There were a few appetizers that got ordered. Mozzerella sticks and fries. Actual orders came out first, only 4 orders came out. But it’s a wing place and we waited over an hour and never got our wings. Had messed up orders. The kitchen was not organized. I seen 5 cooks back there. And on top of that seen orders that came in after our go out.I use to like going there but it’s just not the same

Decent food, it's got 3.8 stars and that is pretty accurate. Food came out cold, saw all items ordered sitting in the hot window for 5-10 min before someone would grab and serve it, our server definitely wasn't paying attention to the food window. Pizza crust was burnt and the pizza was cold so it was a double whammy, my wife's wings and fries came out and she had forgot to put my wings in so 10 min later when mine came out I had wings to hot to eat and cold fries.. So yes, 3.8 is accurate.

My husband and I love Wing House! Always have. They're the best. We took our 10 year old son, for the first time. His first experience, was amazing! Thank you to our awesome server, and as always yummy food!! 👍❤️👍

One of my favorite places to get Wings in Florida. My husband loves their Dallas BBQ sauce and I love their original hot wings. It's a great way to enjoy great food and beer and watch football, or any other sport of your choice.

They've really went down hill since Covid, like so many businesses. The young lady behind the bar was very pleasant. Thanks for the service Cheyenne. Respectfully, Mark.

Bartender was awesome, even though she was short staffed and received no help from the servers (which there was more than needed) or from the manager who for the most part stayed in the back. This place can be a really fun and great place.

The beer came fast, the food was slow and terrible! The manager was in his phone and doing little to help. He never stopped by and asked about the food or service. Wife ordered hot garlic wings. They came out with lots of garlic parmesan and little hot sauce. The cod was full of oil and had no flavor, coleslaw was bland! Only thing i enjoyed was the tots! We wont be back for anything but beer if that.

The food was good after I had to send it back and finally received it... after about an hour. The server was great. The last experience I had was pretty bad but the other times were ok so I'll be returning to eat, just not in a hurry. Still waiting on a "manager" to call me and my gf for a meal on them for the bad experience but not missing it lol

Very dirty even the restroom doors were filthy. Ordered all flappers well done which they were but still very very slimy inside. I couldn't even eat 2 of them. I tried but can't do that texture.

I arrived early for lunch to beat the crowd. Nice atmosphere, waitresses was nice and professional. The food was delicious and tasty. I will return the next time I am in town.

We ordered a batch of fries, wings & a cheese pizza. The service was a good 4, the girls are really pleasant ..in every aspect 😜 The wings were a solid 4, fries were really good but don't go there for the pizza, not sure if it was an actual "frozen pizza" or not but it tasted very much like buying a "frozen pizza" from a grocery store 🤷🏻‍♀️ ..so skip the pizza and just stick with the wings & the "view" 😉

The wings are excellent, with plenty of variety as far as how you want them prepared. The dry rub is my favorite. French fries are strong here too. Recommend takeout as they do a good job with that. Service for dine-in is spotty as it gets crowded and rowdy often.

Great service. The wings are huge and some of the best around get the Korean mixed with hot. The happy hour specials are great. Awesome place to watch the game. Comfortable atmosphere. Good staff.

Went in for lunch and had an awesome time. The server was very attentive without being obnoxious. The prices on the menu have gone up a little bit but about the same as anywhere else lately. The side salad with grilled chicken that I had was extremely flavorful. They had 80's rock on the pa system and it fit the patron age range appropriately. Couldn't have had a better time anywhere else.

Some of the best food can be found here at a restaurant that caters mostly to men because of the staff they keep. And yes the girls are gorgeous. Great place to hang out with your buddies have a few drinks and partake in great chicken wings or any of the other offerings they have. Can’t go wrong especially if you’re a sports fan because they have so many TVs and they have every sport broadcast right before your eyes!

Gabrielle was a really great server with a low voice an gave me space in between the drinks appetizer and main course. Very respectful lady. Definitely will look for Gabrielle server my next time. 5 ⭐
