Absolutely, Marco’s Pizza in Lake Mary is in the same plaza as Sam’s Club know how to make a pizza! Just delicious!!! I love with extra cheese. Got a try just once or more than once. Lunch special: Small pizza with one topping with a 20 oz. drink or fountain drink for $8.55. There are other great lunch specials. #MarcosPizzaIsTheBest

It's a great place to eat, amazing food. To work this place is the worst ever, the owner give you all the bad hours since he got his people for the day shift so he gets you stock with closing hours and the slow time of the day so you don't make enought, they expect you for low pay to do it all, you're delivery guy and they want you to do inside of the store also, worst place to work in Sanford do not get fooled by the add on the job apps. Do not work for this place go to WM or Macdonald for real, and feel free to show it to the employees.

I have had delivery from this location several times and it’s always been fresh and great food. They have missed small items before like plates and extra sauces etc, but overall great food and service. I called this evening for a delivery and I was told I was over 5 miles away and they couldn’t deliver to us. I told the young woman on the phone that we were much closer than five miles (3.4 miles to be exact) and I was instantly cut off with a poor attitude and asked,” Do you want to speak to my manager.” Terrible customer service and zero phone edict. Then they want 15, 16, 20 dollars an hour lol. I feel bad for the franchise owner. Must be hard to find competent help in sanford. We’ll try again some time next year, maybe. Zero stars.

They dropped the pizza off at the wrong house. Driver told them it was the correct house. When I called about it they refused to give me a refund or replace my order. Awesome news for my hungry family and wallet. I walked my neighborhood and saw the pizza at my neighbors door step. Hours old at this point. called the store back and they still would refuse even with my own photos and ring camera as proof. Long story short. I had to email a complaint because the store did absolutely nothing to help. They still had the nerve to offer me a credit since a refund is soooo difficult to do. You know what’s difficult? Dealing with Marcos Pizza and a hungry family on a Sunday night.

The experience in this place is horrible. A new management of pathetic proportions is destroying the place. I was a regular customer, but will never go back. They made me wait over 45 mins for a paid online pizza and gave me a cold pizza. A lot of "I'm sorry" but the pizza is garbage. I gave it to the dogs. Never again!

My favorite pizza shop around! I always do a build your own barbecue chicken thin crust pizza with extra chicken and it is delicious.

This location has really gone down with customer service and cleaness.The manager Caleb needs to learn some customer service skills. I had one issue with this store already a few weeks ago. I decided to give them another try and I did pick up. When I got home there was a weird bug crawling in the pizza that my kids were eating. Called the store and Caleb couldn’t do anything for us. Unsanitary, disgusting how could you serve something like that to a customer. Definitely no quality checking going in there. I would highly recommend whoever the owner of this store is to do some serious cleaning. I will be calling corporate.

In all my 41 years of living, I have never tasted a pizza so good and so fresh!!! I had to make myself stop lol. From the first bite to the last, everything was good. Oh and the wings, cooked to perfection!!!

Our food was good, poorly cut, though. However, while waiting, they acknowledged they forgot pineapple off someone's cooked pizza and then just threw on cold pineapple and called it good. For atmosphere... there was none. No greetings or anything..

The restroom needs attention. It makes one wonder how the kitchen looks like and how well the staff is practicing food safety. Also, employees were distracted and talking, not worried about getting their customers' pizza out in a timely manner.

I ordered a cheese bread with double cheese and a pizza with old fashioned pepperoni. They barely even put on regular cheese for the cheese bead and was annoyed when we want our bread remade for how we ordered it and paid for. And the pizza they used regular pepperoni. Usually I’d be okay accidents happen but then the man proceeded to say they didn’t have any old fashioned pepperoni. So instead of looking at the order and calling the guest he just took it upon himself to make it with regular pepperoni. He didn’t even mention that they didn’t have the correct pepperoni when I picked up our food. Was just going to get all the way home with no knowledge of the issue.And than with him having to remake our one part of the order and the other part not being able to be remade he didn’t offer any complimentary discount or item. Or even just an apology would have been nice. If your picking up your items make sure you check because they won’t tell you that they purposely make your food wrong.

This is by far the best Marcos I have ever been to. The reason is your Employee Adrianna. Her talent is wasted she should be a corporate trainer on how to run a shop. She is polite, attentive and knows how to make a customer feel welcome. This will be my Pizza place from now on because of Adrianna. Thank you!!!!

The delivery person and phone person was nice 💕 and fast but the pizza was nasty and the chessesticks weren’t burnt and had barley any cheese wasted 30 dollars

When the previous owners ruined this place I avoided it like the plaque, with new ownership I decided to give them another shot. Placed an order and the food was 8/10 as well as the service. A week later I placed an order for the identical same order as a week earlier. This time the food was garbage. The pizza looked like and tasted like it was cooked for someone else that never picked it up and ran thru the oven to heat it back up - the result was a burnt pizza and burnt pepperoni. The sandwich was bit into by a family member and immediately spit out, it was un eatable. The rest of the order was marginal at best. The icing on the cake was as I was waiting for my order, a man walks in and says his pizza was bad/wrong. They took his box and placed it into the stand right next to the oven, as if they would re use it ( if they werent going to re use it , why not do the required thing and toss it in the garbage), a restaurant cant take back food from a customer and keep it near the food prep area and cooked food ready for pick up or delivery section. I was going to complain but its obvious that the staff and owners dont care at all about there customers, food quality or food handling. NO MORE MARCOS !!!!!!!!!

I have been going here for two years and today was so deferent. Every other time the owner’s daughter was managing and it was great service and great atmosphere. I have been is the service industry for 39 years. Fist thing today I placed my order and it came out right a way but I ordered extra crispy and the guy pulled the pizza from inside the oven and I asked for extra parmesan nothing at all. No supervisor and nobody knew what to do. They remade my order and a area manager showed up ( very cold no customer care) told her the issue and she seamed to be unaware of costumer care. My order was remais and she cut it deferent from how I asked but I could not wait to redo again. I was so unhappy any sad I didn’t get the great customer care I normally get here. Jerry

I ordered in store yesterday around 4:30 pm. Gave very staght Forward instructions. The order was messed up they had to remake it When it came out again they messed it up again. But I did not want to wait a 3rd time to get it out the oven. I've always gotten a great service there until last night. For the order and the 1st mistake there was no manager on site just workers and when I'm said they didn't know what to do they didn't know And that there was no supervisor in the store. On the 2nd mistake There was a area manager that showed up she was rude and very Blunt. When my order came out she messed it up a 3rd time by the way she Cut the pizza and wanted to remake it again I said no. I hope that was just a bad day and that this is not the way it's being run now. When the owner's daughter was running it it was great service.

No option to pay cash with delivery. The 3rd party credit card verification wouldn't work/ didn't say what the issue was. Tried two seperate cards. Very frustrating especially when now I have to order papa johns when I was looking forward to marcos. Need to look into a less sensitive credit card processor or allow cash for delivery. I cant be the only customer lost to this..

Were really good at first. Deterioration in quality of pizza and quantity of toppings, orders repeatedly missing or adding ingredient. Complaints were resolved in person, but errors were repeated. No longer trust them; will go elsewhere.

My kids and I love pizza and this place hits the spot. Just order a cheese pizza and you'll understand why this is my favorite.

First time ordering from Marco's (recommend by coworker) due to had the taste for some good pizza- walked in no wait employees greeted me as soon as I walked in which was wonderful my wait for pizza and wings was no more then 10mins and glad I went pizza was awesome and hot and the wings where equally awesome which was strange since I like my wings to be a little more on the hard cooked side these was softer but very tender seasoned had the garlic parmesan well definitely return

We have order the amazing pizza from Marcos. Everyone it's a 10! Crispy. Cheese is amazing and they never disappoint. If you've never been.....it's your loss

Love Marcos thick crust and crust toppings! Delicious every time. The staff are sometimes friendly other times not, but all in all a great place for fast hot pizza.

Best pizza in town! The best cheese, pepperoni and sauce in the perfect ratio for excellent price! Service has always been fast and friendly. I always do carry out for best deals. Quality of the ingredients is superior to ANY other pizza place I have tried regardless of price. Hope they always stay in business here!

I just ordered my food and expected a 30-40 minute wait & they pulled up about 15 minutes after I placed my order! Excellent speed and service! They don't mess around!

PLEASE HIRE MORE PEOPLE OR TRAIN THOSE THERE TO HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I waited over 5 minutes and I know one of the workers saw me but he completely ignored me until I saw the pizza that I was delivering was already ready and went behind the counter to grab it. And then he scolded me for being “back there.” Well, hello! I wouldn’t have to be behind the counter if someone would have helped me within 5 minutes. Not only is me waiting possibly making the pizza cold but also is making the customer I am delivering it to wait.

We usually get 3 topping xlg..today we got medium pepperoni...not impressed..sorry certainly didnt have as much as the picture advertised and the pizza dough was tuff and less cheese..will stay with the xlg 3 topping !!! New post 4/13/22 Since the new lady owner bought this Marco's Pizza on Rinehart its been great!!! We got what we usually get XL 3 Topping pizza delicious and made to perfection The only pizza we get!!! Keep up the good work !!!..6/8/23 Marcos Pizza is still going strong!! Only thing I'm not impressed is they have a new mobile app . Liked the old one so much better..
