Beer was cheap and food was good for the price we paid. Ripped off by waitress for the cost of pool. Played 1 hour and got charged for 4.5, hours and waitress played dumb to get more money out of us. Would not recommend staying for longer then you plan to play pool unless you want to lose money. Embarrassing

Great pool hall, non smoking clean atmosphere. The service is great and the food is delicious. Plenty of pool tables and room to move around. Jillian took care of our needs and knows how to be a great host. Thanks! We will be back again.

Nice place to chill, eat and play some games. Sweet chili chicken ranch pizza is top tier. Spent $30 and me and my girl had a medium pizza 2 cokes and played like 15 games of darts. Definitely coming back for another good time!

Pros; great tables, spacious venue, other games to play, amazing food and great bar options,smoke free inside, well lit, nice bathrooms, friendly helpful staff, family friendly early in day. Cons; if you are not in a league,on certain days/times- u won't be able to get a pool table to play (so definitely call ahead to verify their schedule). The food menu is a bit pricey for some items (BUT it's truly worth it if u give it a try)... Ps their philly steak fries are cheap and YUMMY as a solo snack or to share with someone as a small sized appetizer. Pizza, wings, boneless wings,burger, are all phenomenal! Visually,smell & taste! Loved their tequila Tuesdays drink specials. Our bartender was amazing, so great! He helped my friend get the drink he desired, lol (rum runner with the triple sec) thx u,you made our night & our long trip worth it! 🤣😁🙏👍

Played in a Fargo rated pool... Staff were attentive. Pizzas were huge even the individual ones

The general manager Jill is the best! Our first time here, she made us feel welcome - a vibe that not all sports bars can pull off. I am a picky drinker but I left my drink choices in her hands (Friday's are Ladies Night btw) and she didn't disappoint with a single drink! 10/10. We will be coming back again!

Fun atmosphere. 20+ pool tables. Probably 30 TV screens. Comfortable seating. Beautiful live edge wood top bars. Ample staff of gorgeous servers and skilled and attentive bartenders. Mouth watering menu items that taste even better than they look. This place is like a theme park for adults (Air hockey, dart boards, etc) but suitable for the whole family (non-smoking). Great drink specials ($13 buckets!) and open late every night. I've definitely found my new favorite place. 😍

Been here multiple times and every time we have been treated like we were important. The service is great and the environment is exactly what you'd hope for in a pool hall everyone was respectful. Our server Willow was really inviting she has made our visit enjoyable and like we were family. Will be back many more times.

Service was great, the food was delicious, I was fully satisfied, and the price was affordable. A party of 4 with drinks and burgers was under $100. Fun games were available after dinner with darts and pool. It's a smoke-free environment, so that made it even better for us. Music was not too loud, u can have a convo, but still feel the vibe. If you can handle spice, try the rack attack burger it's amazing. If not, try the bacon blue cheese burger. My wife had the chicken sandwich it was tender, plump, and juicy, not an oz of dryness, best grilled chicken sandwich I tasted in a while. Our server was awesome even though she had other stuff doing she always checked in on us, I think her name was Nike.

Service here is always great and they have a tap selection that should satisfy any taste. I meet my dart friends here periodically for a night out. The wings here have always been good, but most of the time we can't get ourselves past the pizza LOL! There is just something about it.

Excellent place to shoot pool. 7' and 9' Diamond tables. Aramith balls. Newly covered & leveled tables. Should be using a break cloth to preserve and lengthen life of felt. Food was hot and good. Had cheese burger classic with onion rings and plate of nachos. No powder blocks. House cues not warped but dirty shafts with reasonable tips. Nice facility! Recommend.

Clean place and good to play pool. The waiting staff is not the best though and last time we were there there was a bar fight where someone threw a cup full of water across the bar and started to get physical with someone until the person was escorted out. They don’t always pick up the phone either (I called 8 times in one day just to check if there was a league playing or if they had tables open with no response). However, the prices are very reasonable and still our choice for billiards in the area.

Absolute worst service!!! The bartender, Dan, seemed annoyed by the fact that we sat at the bar... My husband ordered a drink and requested limes, which he didn't get... After trying to get Dan's attention for over 10 minutes my husband ended up having to walk to the end of the bar and get them himself... Dan never checked back with us to see if our food was okay, if we needed another drink, or anything else!!! My husband is a general manager for a well established restaurant/bar and grill here in Florida and has been with the establishment for 29 years, so we would have understood the lack of service if Dan had been busy with other guests at the bar or making drinks for the servers for their guests... We were simply ignored... Another gentleman that worked there, I didn't get his name, was gracious enough to see that we were in need of some more water and a box to pack up our food... I just wanted to say thank you to Pedro for reaching out to me... Pedro's professionalism and sincerity in our conversation really meant a lot to me!!! We will be trying you guys out again very soon!!! Thank you again so very much!!!

This place has been a second home, in fact almost a first home, to me for years. The consummate professionalism of bartenders like Dan and especially Jillian keeps me coming back. I feel truly well served when I'm at Racks and I believe that you will as well when you come by.

I have been here a few times and today it was totally different, my experience was awesome. My server Nike went above and beyond to make my night perfect for me and my friends. Ask for her when you get there, you will not regret it. This will be my new spot from now.

Is truly wonderful place, Unfortunately it was so crowded it was hard to get a drink. Fortunately for them, I'm a patient individual. Other than that, I would recommend it to anyone. A regular hubbub of entertainment. Especially if you're a people watch her like I am!!!!!😊

An excellent experience with a laid back atmosphere fitting for a sports bar, good food and plenty of tables to play on. I would recommend this establishment for all of newcomers, experienced players, or beginners alike.

Any day enough wonderful things about this establishment! Staff is friendly and prompt and food is so good! Especially the pizza! If ever in area definitely check out Racks! Tons of tv’s so you never have to worry about watching your team! It’s Kid friendly too!

From out of town and was looking for a chill place to just have some drinks and play some pool. Stumbled upon Racks and I am not a bit disappointed. Immediately was greeted and helped by the girls tonight. I loved them all and they were easy to talk to, service was great, and am definitely going back throughout my stay for the rest of the week. 🥰🥰

Place was nice until we got the bill. They nickel and dimed us on everything. When we asked about the bill, we were called cheap by management. Very unprofessional and made 1st experience our last. We brought an entire baseball team to their location and being treated like that in front of the team is not something that should be tolerated. Also, there was more urine on the bathroom floor than the urinals.

Pizza and wings are always good here. We had the best and sweetest waitress last night. I'm sorry I didn't catch her name but Racks if you're reading this, she served two 50-something couples who just came in for food at about 8pm on Friday night.

My wife and I came here on a spontaneous visit during our anniversary vacation and we were pleasantly surprised with the service and cost of the visit. I'd recommend Racks Billiards to anyone in the area and I'm definitely revisiting one day soon.

Service and food is great, good music but not too loud, and I've never had to wait more than a few minutes for a pool table. Perfect for a chill night or for watching the game!

We had a table of 6 all food was on time , fresh, hot, and delicious...... some of the best wings around, excellent fries , hot and crisp Not soggy or cold, the salads are huge and fresh.....burgers are right on homemade style,,, one of the best kitchens around,,, good beer and drink prices... even though the place was packed to capacity, the kitchen performed and were on point... staffing is very organized....

Cool vibe...real cool.....digital jukebox new to me cause I'm old an don't go out much. Ordered nachos....went to wrong customer....order reordered...still took too long so bartender paid my drink tab....very cool...I appreciate after you recognized the mistake made by establishment.

I visited Racks Friday night. I was very surprised by the upscale atmosphere upon entering and its cleanliness. We had Sam as our server. He was so attentive to us once we sat down and came back checked and rechecked to see if We needed anything further. He was very personable and very professional. We tried their pepperoni pizza. Loved the thin crust and the square slices. It was one of the best pizzas we have had. Loved the hustle and bustle of the Friday night crowd. We ended returning Saturday night.

Clean and very friendly staff. Good selection of local beer and domestic drafts, along with a full service bar. Not sure of price breakdown as the bill didn't say, but my husband and I had two(local) beers, and played two rounds of pool for $30 bucks. We want to go back to play darts.

Greatest pool hall I have visited in central Florida. Has two size pool tables, food was out of this world. Great service, dart boards, a shuffle board, many deals on playing pool. Too many positives to list when it comes to this place.
