Hospital is very big but staff is very poor, They don’t care about patients and there economical condition. Especially Manager Mr Thorat is not Co Operative. My wife was admitted for one day but they charged me for twice doctor visit, twice nurse visit plus some additional hidden charges which was not mentioned in there displayed charge chart. Even nurse didnt checked the temperature of my patients but still they mentioned some fake temperature in file, I don’t recommend any one to visit this hospital. Instead of i would say go with other hospital like Dr Aarot etc. There is not ac working in Sharing AC room but they say its ac sharing room. Even there laboratory charges are shown in actual chart is not matching with debiting charges during test, example Blood Sugar test charge is 50 rs but they take 100 rs. For one day General ward charges are 1100 rs but they charge 2500 rs which is huge for common man one day charges,

They provide a good service to the patient & cleanliness is strictly followed in this hospital also there is lift to go upside down for disabled & emergency patients By the way its a good hospital with well known doctors & surgeons & there are goverment schemes available in this hospital !

I want to "Thanks" to Dr.Saurabh Pagdaal(Orthopedic) who really cares for his patients before and after my ACL Reconstruction Surgery and takes the time to explain things very clearly and I recommend him to anyone whom needs care!! And also a big thanks to Kute Hospital for having such carefull doctors & staffs as well.

I've had bad experience last month here, they are filled with arrogant staff, staff feels like they are the owner of the hospital and consider patients scum. They charge exorbitant fees that absolutely not worth at all.

very bad experience last year , i lost my mother in this hospital, When admitted she absolutely fine after 7 day we lost her. her was recovered in 5 days during covid , but doctor removed her ventilator without our permission and after she went to comma and it was very big loss. After admission doctor response not good telling age is more even she was 60yrs . no body was visiting even somebody is at last stage , No knowledge to doctors . even we had very bad experience , but very difficult to put here everything. I really not recommend this hospital.

Nice Infrastructure. Caring and loving staff. Most of the treatment is available in the premises. Government schemes are also available in this hospital. Also they attached to the insurance policies companies. So, overall it's good to get treatment from here.
