They have their own restaurant in built which is very famous and taste awesome. Worst Room Experience In Bellary... Firstly I Don't Find Good Hotels Here, Then U Pay Much High Amt. For Worst Room & Pathetic Morning Breakfast...

We went for a dining and the food was so pathetic. Half cooked Masala Dosa served and even Uddina Vada was also not cooked properly. The service guys are more keen in serving the Room guests rather than outsiders who came for Breakfast.

Rooms are very neat and hygiene. staff , service, food everything is awesome. They provide welcome kit with shampoo, soaps , brushes, paste, comb, handiplast. They provide complimentary breakfast which is also great taste. When we visited we had idli, Vada, sweet and khara Pongal, umpma, masala dosa, plain dosa, water melon juice , banana, coffee, tea and many more. Each and every dish was super taste. Worth staying here. Must recommended

This is a hotel that is popular in Bellary. The rooms are spacious with good amenities. The washrooms need deep cleaning. Alos the quality if water is to be addressed. The restaurants were under renovation. They have banquet halls too. Ample parking. The FD staff need to be more welcoming and smiling, I felt so. For the tariff they need to put efforts , a room was charged 3100 for a night with B&B.

Arguably the best hotel in Bellary. The hotel rooms are good and location is center. Food is very tasty and service is also swift. They need to Improve on their WiFi connectivity. The reception area is infested with mosquitoes in the morning time which is a huge turn off. They can improve on their cable channels. Overall good stay and value for money 👍

The places is good to stay by being in center of the city but don't expect for magnificent service. The food is good only in non veg and vegetarians will be disappointed. Ample space for car parking and a walkable location from every conjuction. Book room on 3rd or 2nd floor and never on 4th floor- ull have a pleasant

Hotel is good but very worst service and rude responses and careless behaviour from HK staff and reception team also not worry about room service and customers...rooms are not cleaning even I have given the key in reception no one is bothered here.... Very disappointed service even I informed also getting delay in cleaning.... Sorry guys owner or someone should look into this very seriously....

Good construction quality but poor maintainance. Rooms stink of cigarettes, smoking is openly allowed in the corridors while there are signs saying that it's not. The lobby is bloody loud at every hour of the day and night inspite of fact that the rooms at hotel aren't even 50% occupied. Poor sound proof insulation for rooms. The sheets aren't clean enough had to ask for fresh ones, definitely not a 3 star hotel. Decent breakfast is available as complimentary No milk or coffee available after 8:30PM but food is. The only thing going on good for this hotel is that other hotels are probably worse than them. Stayed here for 3 days, hot water was available on day 1 and after that none. The management has retarded reasons as to why hot water isn't available

Very bad experience with this hotel and especially with the reception staff- he was rude and behaved as they customers are peasants. Broken bed and sink and breakfast was so bland and items are hardly there. Too expensive. THE GOOD REVIEWS are fake and just done by the hotel staff themselves. Don’t go if you are visiting. These guys have many soups listed in the menu ..no one has a clue about the soya sauce and vinegar...they don't provide it seems ....and attitude of the service guys is worst part....no one is there to take order....utter rubbish....avoid it at any cost....

Too good. Rooms next level bath rooms are very neat and clean, rooms boys very patient and helpful, lots of parking. Breakfast is too good it was a complimentary. Lenin is too good.

Worst food in Bellary. Visited here with family for 15 year anniversary. Disappointed. Bad Air perfume, for every curry item they added capsicum. I'll never visit again.

A bad experience The staff at the front desk is a relative of the owner of the property, Behaved very inappropriatly when informed about the incident that took place in the banquent hall. He started swearing and screaming all over the place. I would never go back there and will never recommend anybody to visit as well. And this review is coming from a former employee of Hyatt regency Gurgaon. So as per my knowledge a warm hospitality is what is expected which becomes a little difficult for them as the lobby manager is a non trained family member of the owner who treats guests very bad.
