Great place to eat and the way it is sometimes a long. It is conveniently located near other shopping centers. They have good food and it is always clean. They do have a drive-thru that is open at night.

Getting stuck in a long drive through line only to find out that the item there advertising is out and then wen u ask for something else the are also out of that as well not the the first time this has happened every time I give this place a chance the seem to be out of the very thing I want to order. I have even compromised switching my order and the next three items I pick are out of stock.

I'd really love to know how every time I come to Jack in the Box they are out of stuffed jalapeños. I suppose who ever has the job of ordering INVENTORY basically gets paid for doing a lousy job. If the product is in high demand...you order accordingly. Certainly someone, other than the 2 employees i just spoke to, has noticed that you are ALWAYS running out of a listed menu item. Certainly someone has the job of saying "hey we should probably order a bigger shipment of those since they're really popular and we ARE ALWAYS OUT" so inventory Mgr. Please do a better job or take a pay cut. Im sure you're just doing the bare minimum. Part 2 This is the worst taco I've ever seen from Jack's. Really, a few pieces of soggy nasty lettuce and only one one corner of the taco. C'mon take some pride. Lettuce should be cold and crisp and cover the entire taco. Does this look at all appealing? Of course not. Management, get your house in order. Take some pride in what you do! Just because you work in fast food doesn't mean you have to provide CHEAP SERVICE. OR does anyone really even care?

Only come here if you have time. Drive thru time is constantly at least 25 minutes. Literally faster to go to JITB in Clovis on Clovis and Olive Ave. going on 28 minutes now with 2 cars still ahead of me.

Great customer service, appreciate Mr. Ivan attending the drive thru window. Management was very polite. Great service.

Whoever works night shift on Tuesday around 12:30 gave me the worst customer service ever I wasn’t even done ordering and she told me the total im never had a problem with ordering something at the window especially if it’s dead and she said I would have to go back around they weren’t even busy. Shame on you Jack in the box

i’m gonna have to call mr jack himself to talk to these bums because they didn’t give me a cherry for my milkshake and also ran out of milk shake mix halfway thru so it’s emptier than it should b. L restaurant

What can I say ..fast food!

I asked for a cup of ice with my order and found some debris in my cup of ice. The teriyaki bowl smell bad.

Not clean inside and outside. Trash in parking lot and drive through. Drive through Window is filthy

Is ok. Costs less than Carl's. The food used to taste better

I understand that drive-thru times are critical, but so is inside ordering. They take forever to get inside orders out.

bring your own hot sauce they seem to be out the last couple times i've come through but the food is great and the drive-thru service with a smile.

Don’t come here.They could care less about serving you.Customer service is bad and they never want to give you sauces or even free water.

Drive thru took forever we waited 20 minutes there and only 2 cars n front of us, the gentlemen at the window didnt give us r sodas n time. , and in the early morning i did stopped to get a breakfast sandwich and took me around 25 minutes just toget on item.. service is getting worse every day.

I hate that this locations drive-thru line is always long no matter the day or time!!! Crazy. Periodically has staffing issues so closes for 4 hrs without notice! When staffed appropriately, line seems to move fast tho. Orders are usually correct & fresh. More pleasant staff the last 3 mos. Food quality of all Jacks have gone down since last year it seems!

They blocked the drive thru with the chairs, I guess they aren't open 24 hours

Don't know who was cooking but food was burnt no meat in the tiny tacos no sauce on the burger chicken nuggets were hard only thing that was good were the curly sanger fast food sucks lately

To day around 6 15 I went through the drive threw in the sanger jack in the box simply order 2 orders of tacos and 2 spicy chicken sandwich with cheese no tomatoes instead I get to different sandwiches labeled as spicy but clearly aren't had only mustard bacon and lettuce tacos were cold I don't recommend buying form this store if a simple order can't be taken made its a disappointment what this store has become.

While I have to admit that the drive thru was a little slow the food was still very good and my server was very friendly. I had the meat lovers breakfast burrito which is very good the jumbo jack cheeseburger with extra onions is also very good but I think my true favorite is the tacos. Very reasonably priced and very filling. Definitely would very much recommend this restaurant.
