I wasnt to impressed with this paticular location. Thier service was very slow and the crew appeared to be lost behind the counter. So after waiting 20 mins in line and making my order i go to pay and all i have is a hundred dollar bill. Si im told they dont accept 100 dollar bills unless its a purchase over 75 dollars. So im forced to cancel my order leave all my friends waiting and go try and get change. If my whole group wasn't thier i would have gone else where. I wouldn't recommend it to any one. Update.....I came in to this location again because my wife picked it out. I will stand on my original review and add this. This place was so dirty like no one was put on the dining floor. The employee attending looked and acted like they did not want to be there. Honestly i don't believe i will ever come here again. I cannot in all fairness give them even one 👍 they need to get some things worked out here.

This place was a little dirty. The soda machine was water down. I tried a few different flavors to see if one was out. All three soda was the same. Even had my boyfriend tried it to make sure I wasn't tripping.

The cashier who took our order was the worst in customer service. Our food was delayed and overall not good except for one person. Jose Aceves. I was coming to counter upset because of delay in food. Jose saw me coming over and immediately asked for my receipt. He gathered my order together and made sure to get everything right. These are the types of employees that can save a restaurant and make people come back repeatedly as a result of great customer service. Thank you Jose because I was ready to leave and get a refund but you turned it all around for my family.

Sanger relies on Me-n-Eds. That's why we have 2. Not 2 Starbucks. We don't need more coffee. Just more pizza. Shout out to Frank.

It was not as tasty but my order was placed by phone I went to pick up and it was never prepared so I had to wait got a free drink and free garlic bread they apologized I seen they were busy. Thank you free taking the time to personally tend to my order. A young girl didn't catch her name but she was very polite and professional customer service skills. She is definitely future management. I give her 5 stars 🌟.

The employees were on top of their game! They seem to have a great crew working. The mgmnt staff handles the crew and the complicated situations of back to back large parties with efficient and timely work. The restaurant biz is intense when there is a major influx not called ahead! I appreciate the welcoming environment, the positive staff environment, and the clean diningroom. Thank you Kat for the amazing customer service and to the rest of the crew for maintaining the difficult task of making it appear easy. Keep up the great work and we will continue to come back. Thank you ANDREW for the updated ways the restaurant has been run!

Me n Ed's on north and academy in the Sanger Southgate shopping center is my favorite, have been eating there for 40 years and I still think they are doing it great, the Oakhurst, ca location near my home needs to take notes from the OG's...

We went there for Me-n-Ed's hot sandwiches only to learn they're off the menu now 😭 We ended up with a couple calzones which we like as well, just not what we went for.

I had ordered ahead for pick up and was told it would be a 20-25min wait for the three pizzas I ordered. I had waited 30min then went to pick up my order. When I got there I paid and then had to wait another 30min. When my order was finally done, I had asked if all the pizzas were fresh because I had only seen two get made, and the worker said yes. As I got closer to my car , I noticed that one box didn't feel warm at all, so I opened it and touched the pizza and realized it was cool at best. I walked back in and told the worker that he had given me a cold pizza even after I was assured they were all fresh. I was given two options, waiting longer so they can remake the cold pizza or take a refund. I took the refund so that the two hot pizzas i was already given wouldn't get cold. The biggest kicker of the entire situation was that there were 10 or so employees there, and they had maybe 4 orders to make on their board, and all they were concerned about was what music they should be playing.

The pizza did not have cheese across all of the pizza. The crust was not the light crisp crust that the place is known for, it was close but not the same.

Worst pizza, no cheese, cold, not the same as years ago. Alot of talking going on behind the counter. Very disappointing. It just looked like it wasn't gonna be good.

We had the worst pizza we have ever had two nights ago. I do not know how they make there original dough, but it was extremely hard. When my husband picked it up half of the pizza did not have anything on it! We will not be ordering for this location again.

Really solid , delicious chain pizza. What makes this place extra great is the people that work there. I was in a hurry this evening 12/20/21. Dropped one of my pizzas on the way out, the manager on duty was an absolute customer service professional, helped me get cleaned up. The staff made me another personal pan pizza for our little guy super fast (the one who’s pizza I dropped). Everyone that was working there was hands on, busting their butts. Super grateful, thank you guys.

Me & Ed's used to be Me & Ed's...quality, good service, local. Everything is flipped now. Sloppy and fast with making your pizza, rude service, prices way up. It's obvious that's it's all about the money now. Sad. It used to be a favorite of ours. The one on Bethel is a fraction of what it was. Order a pizza at 8:01pm, was told 30-45 minutes. 9:30pm called down multiple times....ring ring ring hangup. We call that the Me & Ed's phone call now. Everyone knows it lol. Finally got through, 13 minutes on hold, but wait they stop delivering after 9pm, so why the long hold??!?! Call back on another phone...got through 3rd time again. Asked about order. Employee asked if I called the right one! LOL. Like I didn't know where I ordered from. States it's on it's way. If this is Me & Ed's time, I might get it sometime tomorrow....might. Downhill, like a bunch of service places here in town.

Gotta order ur pizzas extra crisp . Its the way to go .. But .... The whole place was a mess. No management at all! Like literally everyone is just running around doing what ever .. No gloves whatsoever .. im watching everyone.. everyone is touching their face, their hair, their Hat, their drinking cup, the restuarant phone and cash etc. Not once did u see anyone wash their hands.. NOT ONCE! TheIR station bay looks disgusting 😒 hands just grabbing everything and anything and mind u no gloves.. how do u work with no gloves. Contamination. And the workers drinking cups are just everywhere. How is that even sanitary. I did not see one sanitation bucket anywhere. Only reason I look around is because I know how the restuarant industry work. And this is poor management. The lady in the red shirt (im assuming is the manager) didnt even sugguest her crewmembers go and help clean lobby 😒 .. tables were dirty and sticky the floors were gross .. ( MIND YOU IT WASNT BUSY ) 11 crew members on the clock and not one person help clean the lobby or even help clean the place up . Ughhh. Very very poor management.
