Bed bugs!!! After a bad night getting bite, I went to the reception to tell them that they have bed bugs, they answer me "yes we know we have problem with this, but we clean the room everyday"... Don't let people sleep here if you know there are bed bugs!!!

Very relaxed rooftop bar area with comfy seating and plenty of fans. It's on the top floor of the hostel so if you have any trouble with stairs you may struggle. Great place for a quick drink/meal - we stopped in here before getting our bus from Mekong Express. Service is friendly, the food is average price and tasty, and draft Angkor is a delightful 75 cents. Classic quote wall if that takes your fancy. The beef lok lak was great.

We came here for breakfast and it was very underwhelming. We ordered 4 plates and it wasn't enough for 3 people as portion sizes were small. Over priced and not great quality. I see the appeal as a bar, but not for breakfast

Recommended by Srey Neth ( one of the chefs there)for a drink.I was not disappointed. Passion and Soda was great. Staffs were attentive, friendly and helpful.

I had a great time staying here. Lina the receptionist is very friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar serves food all day, in the evening ask the waitress Neth to make one of her own specials, to be sure to get an amazing meal.

A perfectly relaxed rooftop bar. Your shoes stay downstairs so it is really casual. Great food. Open 'till late. Loved it!

This is definitely THE PLACE to stay in Battambang! Great design all around, as fellow (ex-) interior designer, I'm astonished at the infinite flow of beautiness and thoughtful details! .Friendly and very chilled vibes. Rooftop bar is outstanding, with its atmosphere, the people around, and food is also excellent! We stay since 3 weeks, but Bunlang and his family always make sure we feel at home. Can not count, how many times they helped to fulfill my fussy food wished, and over all, how much they let us to live! English and French are also fluently spoken around. Love our The Place ❤

Very friendly staff, talk english and a bit of french, decent cocktails et fresh beer. They serve jugs and food aswell. Good homemade fries

First the Positive things - good location - Staff is very nice - They helped me booking transportation - They give you towels - They have tours to the popular places at good prices - You have 2 bed curtains for your privacy - If you have a night bus you can have your bags in the hostel and they let you shower before leaving. That's amazing. - Lobby sofas are very comfortable and you can chill - Rooftop bar is nice My experience: I got there a little bit early and the room wasnt ready for an early check in (check in is at 2 pm and check out at 11 am very early) so i went to a tour with them. When i got back they took me to a different room that I didn't booked. I booked the 5bed dorm and they put me in the 12 bed dormitory and that was weird and i said several times that is not the same in the pictures or the one i booked but staff guy gently said something that I didn't understood haha but i accepted and by the way the 12 bed dorm is very very nice! Is just renovated so is clean and nice design and you still have privacy in your bed. Around 4:30 am they let check in a lot of drunk people in the 12 bed room and they were laughing, moving the beds, throwing bags and things and turning the lights on and i couldnt sleep anymore and that reminds me why i booked the 5 bed dorm and not the 12-14 bed dorm. Then in the morning i woke up around 8:30 I tried to shower but they were going one after the other in only one bathroom so i waited until 10 am almost the check out time to get ready. Definitely more bathrooms are needed or check out not so early. The staff welcomed me very kind and they were sorry about what happened at 4:30 Am. Local Staff is very good here. ------- What things they could improve? I understand they are still renovating and thats why they still don't have lockers in the 12 bed dorm. Would be nice if the floor is cleaner. The stairs are a bit greasy and you cannot use your shoes so the socks at the end of the day are greasy. More bathrooms will be on point. If you let people check in that late/ would be nice to let people check out late because check out is too early at 11 am and i couldnt sleep a cause of all the noise they made. That's it. It was a nice stay and i am very thankful for the attentions. Ive read the reviews over the time and i see they are getting better time by time and im sure they will keep growing and getting better. If i come to Battambang again i would stay here again. Is a nice hostel.

Friendly man greets me on ground floor, I asked, is the Restaurant OPEN? ...YES! we walked UP 5 floors to the ROOFTOP Restaurant, NO COOK. Asking the cleaning lady: where is the COOK! She didn't know when the cook is coming.

I liked the place. They invite you in with street level info. A small climb and you arrive at a comfortable rooftop pub restaurant. Sit at the table with high stools and look out over the city. Lounge on cushions and low seats for relaxing and chilling. Drinks are cheap and good menu.

Good hostel with a great restaurant up there! I really lovedbmy stay
