This is one of the best if not the best resorts on the island. The amenities are fine but what really got us was the feeling that this was like an oasis. Even inside the rooms, which are all one level, it felt totally relaxing. We loved the tropical theme throughout the condo and the layout of the whole property little rabbits hopping everywhere too. I wish I could buy one if these properties out right. We will definitely be headed back if can get another opening through Hilton Grand Vacation Club. The hardest part is getting a reservation here because they go so fast. As a comparison, we also stayed down the road at the Tortuga Beach Resort. They were similar in layout but the Cottages was much better.

Beautiful place. A few hundred feet from the beautiful beach. The pool is just FANTASTIC!!! The two bedroom cottages are SUPER clean and extremely comfortable. Porch view of property is Wonderful!!!

Excellent resort with spacious layouts and covered parking. All the units have large porches with breathtaking views of the Sanibel beach front. In addition, a nice pool area with a hot tub, an individual tennis court, and shuffleboard area amongst other amenities are available. It's no wonder this is a highly desired location on Sanibel island.

Units and grounds are extremely well maintained, spacious, and well equipped. Pool and pool area are a bit disappointing-- its clean but a small pool and water is very warm. Beach access is great, lovely views.

Beachfront condos with a view from each unit of the water and of the pool. Condos are generally timeshares and are pretty well-kept. Size of rooms is nice and the condos have everything you need. Additional items can be borrowed from the front office. Nice tvs and old but effective laundry machines are included.

Great location with private beach access and pool. Unit could use some updates and we had issues with cleanliness in the unit including dirty dishes in the cabinet. Stayed here for several years and never had this issue.

I have been going to Sanibel Cottages for the past 30 years. Great private beach access, and amazing private pool. It has more of the personal condo feel, rather than a resort atmosphere. We love it to cook and hang out with friends and family. Because we own, we have gotten to know the other owners of our weeks and built life long friendships. Highly recommend the cottages for anyone looking to buy in Sanibel, or rent for just a visit one year.

Beautiful location, gorgeous views, very nice condos. Lost one star because of lacking couple details in the condo. Like dvd player on all TVs not just the one in the living room.
