This restaurant is located in a very attractively made place. The staff's conduct here is not very excellent. Today it took 33 minutes to get the food ordered. The fact that there were only three tables should be highlighted. I went to get the package, staff was uninterested even after two visits. I've never had such poor service anyplace.

We had a chicken bucket costs around 600rs.. taste was ok. But the crisp coating was not cooked in some part of chicken and chicken quality is poor. We had to to wait for 30min for this. No mayonaise(need to pay extra) only ketchup is free.. im sure i will not visit chicking not only this one any other branches .. had very disappointing and frustrating experience 👎🤨😠

Bad experience over all, in combo dips are there, they have not provided the same, once we asked they given, no sauce provided, food is average only. Compared to other shops quantity of food is less. Cleanliness is good and seating ambience is good, the place is not too crowded, last but not the least the billing person is not at all friendly and not good to speak also. Parking place is available for both car and bike.

Good food,the chicken is excellent,I have tried the frizzer drink which is energetic along with combo packs of 6,9,12 they are just excellent. As they serve good food the money margin is slightly high for the middle class too but it's worth it.the place is also a nice vibe.

I thought the taste was good before, it's just ordinary taste, nothing special just an average fried chicken, it's way too expensive for the taste provided, better go for the local broasted chicken instead of the fried chicken here. Much more cheaper and better taste that way. 2.5/5 if you ask me.

I've got ordered king meals which is worth 649₹ there's a coke in king meals, but we didn't get coke, I'm sad. They said to me there was a some printing mistakes, I don't believe them. It was not a valuable reason anyway I'm not satisfied.

Its me athul, today i have visited chicking store from pattambi. I ordered for 2 fried chicken and bun with dips. The best part is the way these three of the staffs treated me (razeen,salman ,nithin) oww i felt a real homely feel they made me sooo comfortable they served the order asap,they did check back alsoo...it was my first visit to a chicking store and its was amazing

Ordered one M crunchy and one royal crunchy. There was less or very less patty in the burger. Paid 371 rupees for nothing. The manager is probably trying for cost cutting by sacrificing customer satisfaction. Please kindly advise the staffs not to do this anymore.

Hi, We have brought fried chicken from here few times and the first few were good...but today as usual we bought 24 pcs fried chicken deal... and let me tell everyone that it was stale chicken that they gave us...We weren't able to eat and threw most of it...since speaking to them will not be of any use...I write here to warn people to never buy from them...Use any other location or branch as chiking is a international brand but dont buy from here...as the Food quality and taste has been stooped too low from before...Kindly change the way u are dealing with food that is spoiled before serving ur beloved customers...Very disappointed...
