This clinic was my first dental clinic i ever visited since I moved to Germany. The lady who did my “professional cleaning” was very agitated. I have no idea what “Professional cleaning” means as Dental Prophylaxis is commonly done 2x a year in my country and I have no idea of the difference of the procedure. Turned out its just the same. As per the Dentist in general he was okay. I just felt like would have been nicer if he know how to explain and give other options on my concern. He spoke to me in both English and German. Unfortunately he wasn’t able to deliver my expectation on how a dentist should be to his patient. I am saying this on a view of having a dentist since childhood in my home country and also finding a good dentist now here in Bonn. That treats patience with care and concern.

Very good dentist. I just have a small problem with him, he always wants to give me anesthesia for the smallest thing and I have to refuse every time. My previous dentists knew that I didn't want that. But it's better that everything else is OK and I say that every time, at the latest when he wants to draw up the syringe.

Great Dentist and very professional Team. I have been a patient of Dr Hoyer since 2 years and I can highly recommend this doctor. Very professional, nice and competent doctor. I can say the same about the whole team. Especially the lady from Hungary is very nice and I highly recommend her for scaling. If one looks for good and competent dentist in Bonn - this is the place.

As a patient who tends to be rather anxious, I feel very well looked after in this practice. In addition to the professional and friendly practice staff, Mr. Hoyer also knows what he is doing and knows how to treat quickly, painlessly and successfully. Contrary to expectations, even an implantation was very bearable. The fact that you can also be treated with laughing gas is a big plus. Great recommendation!

PERFECT FOR ANXIETY PATIENTS! I became aware of this practice because it also involves treatment with laughing gas. And although I thought treatment would not be possible for me without laughing gas, Dr. Hoyer's open nature has already taken away a lot of fear! You are informed before anything is done and fears are questioned in order to be able to take them away! I would recommend this dentist to anyone with a clear conscience! I am very pleased with the treatment by Dr. Hoyer and his team. At first I was a little afraid to have my wisdom tooth extracted, but my fear was allayed very well here: Dr. Hoyer said the whole thing only took 3 minutes and the tooth was out even quicker. Otherwise, they always take enough time for me and the waiting times are short. Overall, I always felt very well looked after and treated professionally here and can warmly recommend coming here.
