Absolutely superb traditional dining establishment

This hotel was on our short list of hotels. We did not stay here opting for a more modern hotel with a golf course closer to friends and family. But we have been dining here for over 40 years first when we lived in Germany and now whenever we return. The restaurant is on our list of must go to places whenever we return. This trip we had dinner there 3 times. Whether you order one of their salads that are a meal by themselves, steak, schnitzel or pasta you will have an excellent meal.

I had an onion soup for starters and a grill plate as main dish. Everything tasted great, but was on the brink of being too salty. The broccoly on the grill plate was way too cooked, but the cauliflower was good. Nice and friendly waitresses.

Excellent food and really good service, better to book your place in advance, they are always busy.

Very nice location, the restaurant is good furnished and the price are average for this kind of restaurant. The staff is friendly and nice.

Friendly staff , food is good and parking round the back of the hotel .

This is not Fine Dining, and for typical local fare the reception is Rude....Rude....Rude... too many other nice places with much better food to visit!
