Die Anlage ist sowohl für Familien als auch Paare/ Alleinreisende empfehlenswert und ein guter Ausgangspunkt um die Insel zu erkunden.

This place is absolutely magical! I can only recommend staying with the Residence Ravino when planning to stay on Ischia! The whole team is very welcoming and friendly and the place plus the cactus garden is just so wonderful and relaxing. We spent great 3 nights over there and wished we could stay a little more! However, we calmed down so much that it actually felt like we stayed much more :) We can absolutely recommend visiting the bar for breakfast or even better for live music in the evening with an aperitif or something from the excellent food menu. An absolut highlight of our tour in Italy!

One of our best holidays in Italy. Living in a botanical garden is a hit by its self but there's a coffee shop with live pinao music and an awesome pictureesce west cost with light tower can't be more cliché.. beautiful

Had a magical time here with my young family. The views, gardens and hospitality were all awesome. The family who ran the business were welcoming and everywhere they recommended to eat or visit on the island was amazing.

Coming to this place end of November was probably one the best idea I’ve had! The pictures don’t show how magical this flowery jungle hotel is. It’s true luxury with more than what you’d need in the bedroom, very clean and comfortable, the hot pool with thermal water coming from 30 meters underground is something you want to keep secret in the middle of winter; we stayed half a day in the garden just wandering around and were welcomed by Lukas in the most friendly way one could imagine; this place is a frame where the perfect balance between nature and comfort has been created. Congratulations and a million thanks to this very hard-working and passionate family for sharing this poetic haven.

We had the most pleasent and beautiful stay in Villa Ravino,as far the best one ever. The island is beautiful and peaceful itself. The staff was kind enough to answer every mail,arrange transportations,offer help for anything. Room was stunning and very clean and neat. Breakfast was great,with lovely and kind ladies working there.The gardens are stunning,you can just spend your days in the residence and it would be enough. The hospitality of the staff is like no other. It was our first trip there,but we instantly fell in love and for sure would be back!

We loved the grounds and the pool/ natural hot spring. The Aparthotel is on the grounds of a beautiful cactus garden which you get to enjoy included in the stay. The beds were VERY uncomfortable but other than that the room itself is quite spacious and the view unmatched.However our visit was tainted by a series of events that should never have happened and ruined a part of our trip. 1.Our luggage was lost, we told the front desk and they rearranged our transport for us, that was fine except that they knew we had lost luggage and did not contact us when one piece of it was delivered. There was no excuse for this. In fact the women was contacted about our bags in the concierge by the courier from the airport and she hung up on them, our bag was then delivered to villa ravino with no notification to us, despite several conversations regarding the subject. After talking to them they said it will take another FOUR DAYS of our vacation to get us the bag. This is truly unacceptable. 2 On top of this problem our taxi driver in Naples took us to the airport not the train station we had requested via villa ravino, resulting in us spending another 35 euro in cab fairs and almost missing our train, all while trying to find a bag that HAD ALREADY BEEN DELIVERED TO THE VILLA THE PREVIOUS DAY. Although we liked the hotel we cannot recommend staying there due to the lack of customer service we received in a time of need, resulting in just another headache on our vacation and 150 euros expense.

Had a lovely stay, staff were friendly and helpful, grounds were beautiful and room was comfortable. Added bonus of steam room and mineral water thermal pool. Definitely recommend!
