We have been waiting for over 30 minutes for our food. The touch screens are bad, they don't have any of the hamburgers on them. It's complete Chaos in here, seems like they can't work properly on a rainy day

You know… BK. I enjoyed the manager yelling numbers even though they were on the screen. He wanted to ensure customers satisfaction.

Good place and super friendly staff. I ordered something by mistake and the staff was helpful in refunding without any issue. I would prefer burgerking over McDonald any day.

This is the worst Burger King location I have visited in any country. It took almost half an hour to get our order and part of it was cold. The staff looks harassed and overworked, the whole thing reeks of chaos. They gave us the ice creams at the same time as the kids meals so it was slosh by the time they got to it. They also made a big deal about providing ketchup for the fries admonishing me by saying the rules had changed months ago and I had to order and pay for ketchup separately in the kiosk. Ridiculous, I've never seen a place that sells fries that pretends to sell the ketchup as well. They were out of one of the desserts one of the kids had ordered and the replacement ice cream was hastily thrown into a wrongly sized cup with the grace and presentation of an oiled pig. It's the closest BK to my house, but I'm never coming here again.

Some international cards were not accepted, even VISA and Master. It took a long time to order by cash because of the small number of staff.

It is a normal burger king and I do not know why there is always something not working. One day is the machine an other day we can not have meat but only chicken because they are cleaning a machine. This should be improved.

Delivery order never delivered - they don't pick up the phone. I find also embarrassing how they reply with huge ceremony to all the fake reviews they asked their friends to leave in the desperate hope to increase their score. Nefarious and a scam!

I had to return 3 times to the counter to request missing products! 1st chips, 2nd the kid’s menu desert and 3rd after saying that there was no gifts available of the king junior, while we were still at the restaurant other kids had received the gift. So returned again… this time they gave me the gift! Oh!!! Also the ketchup they were charging for the ketchup!

I ordered food and it didnt come for 2 hours and still not comming. I am calling the restaurant and they never answer. Never order from here.

Staff is super slow. The slowest Burger King ever. Half of the people just hanging around the kitchen doing nothing.

The Delicias de Pollo is really bad, it's small, too cooked and dry. Better to order a kids nuggets menu....

I love this burger king. The young people working is nice and they work at a fast pace. During pandemic the entrance was limited and slow but now that is opened, is back to normal. Great fast food. !!
