The room itself was clean but the bathroom had black mold. We asked to switch rooms and they were kind enough to move us, but that one had black mold too. The bathrooms don’t have proper ventilation and I don’t think the cleaning staff know how to deal with mold or even about the risks of inhaling black mold. I have mild asthma and my throat was definitely not happy staying there. Please, fix your mold issue!

It has a certain "no can do" attitude. The rooms are clean and it is in a safe area, within easy walking distance of Sant Cugat City centre. However, it lacked some basic things that I found difficult to deal with. Contrary to the website info, the hotel has no laundry service. None. No dry cleaning, no washing machine, no dryer. They have no irons in the hotel. None. No pool. No work out room. The windows open, but the one in my room had no screws in the hinges. I felt fortunate to successfully put the window back into place without it falling on me or out the opening. No temperature control. Mini bar is a tiny refrigerator, which they will restock with water (gratis). Nice to have a bath, and the shower was good too. There 12 days and had the linens changed never. Towels appeared to be swapped out though.

Very friendly people. I always sleep good in this hotel and the breakfast is very good. Staff is friendly. Love their free parking. Station is close by, Buy a 2 zone ticket to Barcelona.. Is great located

The room was a very disappointing. I found hair in the fridge and the toilet was dirty. When we called back to see if we could upgrade to another room they would not answer the phone. Very disappointed.

Overall it's a good hotel to spend the night. Rooms are rather small but clean and well maintained, they have free underground parking and 24h reception. What is lacking though is the acoustic insulation. My next room neighbours decided to start a 1.5h love marathon at 00:30, and even though they weren't particularly loud, I could still hear every moan and couldn't fall asleep because of it.

The air in the room had really strong chemical odor(detergent?). Corridor carpets were dirty.

Comfortable, clean hotel, friendly staff, really nice buffet breakfast. Just a few minutes from public transport which will get you to central Barcelona in about 30 minutes. Pubs, restaurants and shops in the area are within walking distance.

Arrived late very tired. Not at first glance welcoming however very efficient no fuss check in. Slept OK. No coffee making facilities in the room so pulled on day clothes to go to reception to get a double expresso which was perfect. Location was good for food outlets Far better in that sense than the Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn express.

Very nice view from window to some rock. We had 3rd floor. Staff is friendly and always helped. They can book a taxi to the Airport, it will cost you around 55-70 EUR. We went to the airport at 3 o'clock at night, if your flight is also early, then plan to go to the airport at this time only 20-25 minutes, very quickly. Near the hotel is train station Volpelleres. From here you can reach Barcelona Plaça Catalunya in 35 minutes. Also near the station is nice small supermarket Mercadona. There is small fridge in the room, so you can buy beverages or something else you want. On the left hand when you leave the hotel, there is a very interesting large Mercantic flea market. There are many antiques and several cafes. This is nice hotel for reasonable price. We have chosen this hotel due to proximity to Barcelona.

The air conditioning in the room we were given was very poor. Try and avoid room 112, had family living in the opposite rooms and their air conditioning was spot on. Requested for a room change was advised this would be done the next day, never heard anything, spent 3 days of sleepness nights in the heat! Other than the air conditioning situation, everything was good, staff, breakfast and parking, the rooms could do with a refurbishment by removing the mold from the bathroom in 112. You are half hour from the main attractions etc, lucky we rented a car, so was able to get around The fridge they provide in the room is pointless and very poor.

This hotel is located on the edge of San Cougat (a 20,min walk) in a developed area. It's near a metro to Barcelona but I chose it for its convenience to a work meeting. It's not luxurious but there was a good breakfast selection, the room was nice, the pillows were super and it was very clean. There was a lovely female receptionist who was really helpful and who called taxis to collect me from parts of the town to return to the hotel at night. Sadly the guy on the desk the last day I was there refused to call a taxi for me in the early afternoon to take me back to the hotel after a meeting and I almost missed my airport pickup. Disappointing end to what was a pleasant visit.

I saw some previous bad reviews. I believe now (as of May 2023), all those have already been fixed. I didn't notice a single negative point. The room is very spacious. The washroom is very spacious too, equipped with a rain/ceiling shower and a hand shower. The bed linens and the towels were very clean. They had even provided two water bottles free of charge. The room has a TV, mini fridge and a safe. Comparatively, this hotel was very cheap. But it seems perfect and I expected less than this for the price. The staff is also very nice and helpful. I'm not sure if that's the normal nature of Spanish people, but everyone so far has been really polite and nice people.

The room was clean and spacious. Our triple room had a very large bathroom and shower. The place looks very recently renovated. It’s about a 6 minute walk to the train to get to downtown Barcelona in about 40 minutes. The check in process was smooth and the staff were friendly. The door was a little thin and we could hear people in the hall when they were loud.

Very attractive for the balance price-quality. Nice service, very convenient location with plenty covered parking availability. In the room no facilities to prepare a tea or instant coffee which was a minus.

Stayed here before and the area has improved so much with restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations.

Budget hotel in great location. Free underground parking. Tight for space but adequate if you don't have tall van. Simple clean rooms. No frills. Clean shower bathroom. Full bar at reception with some snacks. Outdoor eating, drinking smoking area. Close to fast food, Vienna excellent sandwiches and drinks. Tagatelle Italian food. Great pizza. Easy to walk to several other bars and food. 20 minutes walk to downtown. Right beside main toll motorway so great access into Barcelona / Andorra.

Fair place in fair price, quite far from the barcelona city center but train nearby help you to get there

Excellent staff, especially Miquel he was super helpful and nice! The rooms have enough space and are clean. The location is just a bit far from the city, and breakfast doesnt have alot of options

Terrible stay. Water leaking in the room from the shower from the room above us (we assume), right on the luggage closet. Had just time to move everything away. Went with a video to the reception at check out which didn't care at all. Didn't write anything down, didn't ask if if luggage was ok. "Rest" is fine... Still have the video, but can only attach pictures ..
