Although the guy in the front desk was very kind the room wasn't good: the bed was uncomfortable, the room was full of ants and mosquitoes. For sure the price was not according to the state of the room. P.S: Good thing (if you own a Tesla) is that you have super chargers in the parking

Internet is super bad in my room I have to connect and disconnect constantly in order to use the internet. Food in the breakfast area is low quality and has zero variety I’ve been eating the same products for more than two weeks now. Cleaning staff doesn’t change the sheets, towels and etc most of the time they “clean” your room they are just tidying up the bed so it looks changed. The restaurant doesn’t work, the fitness doesn’t exist anymore even though it’s advertised. 4/4 wall mounted USB ports doesn’t work and the air conditioner is hardly and air conditioner, most of the time when you set it on heating it blows cold air for about 2-3 hours before it starts heating. The only positive thing is the staff and scenery around the hotel.

Very clean ànd confortable hôtel. We were from 31/10/23 to 2/10/23 and the ladies at the desk were very sweet and helpful. The rooms are pretty big, the beds are very confortable (twins and big for parents). The bathroom was very clean. We let our devices and computer there for the day and nothing was stolen. The parking is protected ans for Electric véhicule like us, there's Tesla super chargeurs. In the end, You're 25mn Away from center of Barcelona. We recommend team, and place. It's better that bnb's in France. Just one issue. Gmaps or Waze don't know the précise location.

Good hotel, quite decent in terms of quality/price. It's a 25 minute drive to the historical centre of Barcelona from here. Clean rooms, comfy beds. The breakfast was good, but sometimes overrun during peak hours.

Great location on the outskirts of Barcelona. Good, clean and big rooms. Ok breakfast for the price and free parking for your car. Added bonus of the Tesla supercharger on the site for my Tesla...

The dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. There is mold at the A/C unit. All carpets are stained. The cleaning ladies never put garbage bags in the bins and claim that it is to save the environment. Note to management: The air in the room is already bad enough due to the moldy A/C units and the dirty carpets, there's no need for extra smells from waste baskets without garbage bags.

Very affordable hotel but definitely not 4*. I am pretty sure the room we where given was infested with bed bugs, we booked a triple room, both me and my sister where covered in bed bug /flea bites by the end of our trip, so definitely request for fresh bedding on your stay. our best guess is that the previous guest had a pet that may have been on the bed that i had, as my bites where the worst. Be warned and check the room before getting comfortable. if you're a tourist, Getting to Barcelona is a 30minute journey on the train, the station is about a 15/20minute walk to the hotel and the trains are quite frequent. Although we realised most people staying in the hotel decide to hire a car for convenience, as there isn't much in the local area. The staff where so lovely, and VERY helpful, both morning and night shift staff, 24 hour help available at the front desk.

Visiting Barcelona by Plane. Using Public Transport to get around. Hotel was about 20 Minutes walk, slightly uphill.

I've traveled throughout the world and stayed in hotels from São Paulo to Kyoto, Paris, Buenos Aires, etc. I have to say that my staying in B&B Sant Cugat excelled my expectations and the benefit/cost ratio was extremely high, to what is expected for this type of lodging. New and clean facilities, helpful staff, nice room with small fridge and microwave oven, free cafe 24/7 and good price. I would definitely stay in other B&B hotels whenever I have a chance.

The rooms are clean and tidy, very spacious as well. Its more like a serviced-apartment so its cool for middle-long stays. I have been comig here since 2018 when the hotel was called "The site", something I do not like that they are removing the pool. I really cannot understand. Probably I will change the hotel from now on. Humble tip, remove the carpet-floor coz it gets full of dust, its difficult to clean(it was a bit dirty) and impression once you enter is not nice.

Budget hotel, not a 4 star.This hotel advertises as 4 star but it is actually a budget hotel. Location: No shop and no transportation near the hotel. 20/25 min (1.2km) uphill from metro station to hotel. Room: very basic room with almost no amenities (no cups/glasses),usb ports next to bed were not working and carpet needs to be replaced as it's dirty and smells like feet. At least the room was clean. Arrived at the hotel late and ordered pizza and chicken baguette. Unfortunately pizza was not baked properly and baguette had frozen chicken inside. It was disgusting. Do not order anything in the hotel as you will end up with food poisoning like we did. Overpriced and overrated hotel.

Nice big suite. Friendly staff. Clean hotel and it is in a calm area. Within 5 minutes you are at a supermarket and within 20-30 minutes you are in Barcelona center. Near highway and other cities so its easy to go out with the car and explore.

It's a excellent place to stay for either vocation or business. They have a warm reception, free coffee and tea and of course delicious buffet breakfast at an affordable 7 Euro.

Very nice place, excellent value Good rooms, friendly reception, free coffee, tea and hot chocolate around the clock. Our room had a little breakfast nook and a microwave. Plentiful and easy parking. Best B&B we ever stayed at.

I was there with my family in July 2022 and all of us had a great experience. The rooms were clean and organized, the breakfast room was great but the best part was the people that helped us, especially miss Helena, she helped us with train, metro and tourism information and we had no problems with that thanks to her. We hope she's OK, she is really useful and kind. We loved the city and the hotel and we hope to comeback soon =)

Beat our expectations. Large comfortable room. Helpful staff. Restaurant closed but great prompt delivery from Sticks and Bowls sushi. Breakfast was excellent value for money and far better than expected. Lots of free parking. Located next to Tesla Superchargers. 30 minutes to BCN T1.

Pool was closed, bar was closed , restaurant was closed .no toiletries in bathroom. Only breakfast was available . 20 minutes to town for restaurants of which all are good. Ideal location for Barcelona grand prix .

Great location, calm environment, away from the loud noises of the city. Very nice personal, breakfast was good and the bed comfortable. A big plus is the private & free parking!

1. Location is the worst. Nearest metro station is like 20 min walk and on the way back it’s up hill. So be sure don’t book it during hot weather. You’ll be pretty exhausted. 2. Stains all over the room. On selling you could see some tape. 3. Corridors in the hotel smells really trashy. 3. Broken door to the shower. The door doesn’t close. 4. We thought at least pool should be working, but when we looked out the window, we saw that it’s is empty without water. POOL DOES NOT WORK. NO WATER. 5. The room has broken lamps. So overall hotel doesn’t worth that much money that you pay for. This is a completely rip off. And it’s says that it’s 4 star hotel. It’s a shame to say that. I gave 2 stars only because of 2 reception girls who were nice. Otherwise it’s 1 star.
