They are very rude and they have no manners they don't know how to talk with customers, I will tell my friends and family about it, will never come back here.

Ordered McFlurry. Waited 20+ minutes for it. Only to receive a soggy “milkshake” instead… I don’t know where they have found the imbeciles who work in there…

The staff’s unhelpful and the screen showing your line number never works. The girl serving at the counter about 14.40 today is a mean creature. Refused to give my son a straw.

It was 10 minutes before my order arrived, that's unheard of for McDonald's, I saw my order,they slide down a ramp from the production line, and they were building up in a pile with other customer orders, but it still took 10 minutes, and by the time they gave it to me, it was practically cold. No one there knew what they were doing, customers were questioning them about their orders, I don't speak Spanish, but I could tell they got it wrong. Worst service and worst food of any Mcdonalds anywhere in the world, and what the hell is a McFish? Just a filet with tomato sauce, s**t food.And only 1 smelly toilet, 1 toilet for all those customers, a Handicapped toilet, major let down.

It is what you expect, cheap fast food, only different here is there is no need to go to the counter. Order and pay at the computers, take a table number, sit outside and wait for your healthy meal to be brought to you. Small amount of parking and tiny playground for the kids. Great view too of one of Sant Just's ugliest buildings
