So, there are 2 parts of this park: SAFARI and the ZOO. Trough safari you go in your car, windows closed. Do not feed the animals! Monkeys may climb on top of your car so just drive careful and easy.. after that, you get to the zoo. There are many beautiful animals, egzotic ones and domestic.. you can ride little horses, feed them and touch them. Do not feed other animals, especially monkeys cause they go crazy over it. We bought a ton of fruits but it turned out that it was not the best idea, especially on safari because these are wild animals and it can be dangerous to feed them. Entrance: 19 euros/person. Parking: free. Coffee shop and children's playground ✔️ after reading all the comments and seeing the reviews, I was a bit sceptical to go. But, I have to say- these animals are okay. They miss absolutely nothing, except maybe a couple of more trees (safari part). Also, elephant and giraffe are definitely a bit lonely, but it is general problem of all the zoos in the world.. I think this is a really good adventure and worth the money. To the zoo: please plants some more trees. 🌴☺️

Really cool place for kids but as adults we also had a lot of fun. In middle of May it was not too crowded. In the end there is also a big playground for kids. There are some opinions about bad conditions for animals but I think they're OK (maybe lions have not too much space but it's an exception). Keep in mind these are animals which are used to high temperatures :) For downsides: the place is hard to get, there is some zoo bus but it runs only on some specific days and hours (not too often). Also the entrance is next to the big street with a lot of traffic so getting there by bike for example might be an issue. Another issue is that in the middle of May there were only three trains a day so it's good to call before and ask what hours it's available. Anyway in general I would recommend

The concept of the park is interesting: you can ride it like in a safari, and there is also a pedestrian section. But it seemed to me that the animals are a little too thin and sad, maybe they are not fed well and that is sad. My daughter really liked the part of the petting zoo where you can touch the pet goats😄And they also have a good recreation area with children's slides. But I still think that the zoo is underfunded🥺I will give 4 stars so that this zoo has more visitors and this money is spent on animal feed🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

Well with a lot of reviews saying about animals being neglected or run down with no food or water also saying about tui pulling out of which them pulling out is not going to help the zoo/animals at all ,so a lot of my friends were saying I'm not going if it's like but my point that I put to them was that if everyone stops going to the zoo on the strength of bad reviews then that just makes the animals suffer more because they survive off the back of the money raised by tourists/visitors, so I went and I thought everything was fine the animals were in good shape with food to be seen and eating in front of us also take in mind these are African & dry climate animals so are use to dry climates with little water, I was very happy and so were my family and friends I only had one thing to say and that was the lions could do with more room but I don't know if there is a reason for them being in a small compound but don't be put off by the reviews just go you will enjoy trust me just think like this the money spent there will help those animals 👌🙏👍😎🐒

Very good safari zoo, we liked it a lot! Very interesting interacting with the monkeys as they come on top of your car. We had a lot of fun seeing all the animals free walking around. We were sceptical about visiting this zoo safari, as a lot of the comments said that the animals live in poor condition, but is not true, they have food and water and the cages are really ok. I recommend you to visit it, you will not regret it!

Its not so sad or bad as you can read in other reviews. We found pretty animals living free with other species. Monkeys are totaly crazy mafia 😄 Elephant Daisy doesnt look so bad, now the donkey is living with her, so there's some comunication.

19 euros per adult to go on the train and I will say it is an experience like no other, the monkeys climbing on the train, seeing all the animals so close was breath taking. Although I would like to see another pond or two throughout as it was 30 degrees and they were roasted. After the train you get off and see other animals which was incredible there's a petting zoo and a cafe which is quite expensive but all round incredible experience and highly recommended

The zoo is not visually from the best ones but it offers an experience which is very unique. You can ride by your car there, so monkeys will most likely jump on it. The walking part is also interesting because you can actually touch some animals if you get lucky.

You can go by your own car. Animals are free in the Safari. You can meet zebras, monkeys, antilopes in the middle of the road. Rhinos and hipos have a security fence. It is not safe to get off the car and you must keep the windows up. Monkeys can jump on your car :). My 2 years daughter enjoyed the park. At the end of the Safari there is a Zoo with elephants, lions, parrots, monkeys, giraffes.

Good to beable to get close to the monkeys, but the poor things have nothing to climb on apart from the carriages as we drove through.. there is nothing for the animals. Looks like someone had a piece of waste land full of rubble and dumped a load of animals on it

The safari road to the zoo is great, you could see animals up close and the monkeys jump on the roof of your car. All animals there can roam freely in the whole safari area. The zoo itself (after the safari) looks a bit dated but it is not a disaster as other reviewers describe this place, the animals seem well fed and still had a lot of food in enclosures. Also there is notice on lions enclosure that it's just temporary and they are working on new installation. The adult ticket cost 19€ so it seems a lot, but I guess it is not cheap to feed all animals. I was there in February and the facilities except toilets were closed and there were not many visitors.

Yes it’s a bit run down but we had a lovely time. Arrived at 2pm on a Friday all the safari trains had gone but they lent us a safari car to drive around (check train times before you go if you don’t have a car). My 2 year old had a lovely time seeing zebras rhinos giraffe elephant lions & monkeys. The place is a bit run down the playground is dated and a bit broken but everyone was really friendly and you get a really good view of the animals.

Best experience ever. Went on a slow month (January). I love how you get a drive through experience with the animals. The playground for kids after was great, we got to walk a bit and see other animals. Overall just a beautiful day well spent with my family.

A very nice experience. I chose to cross the area with my personal car, but I could also choose their train. At the end there is an area where you can walk and admire the other animals. I recommend this zoo.

Nice experience. The monkeys were funny, take some food to give them. Also take drinks and food with you, there are limited options at a high price there.

Was a fun experiene . Animals are well kept . A monkey climbed on car in front of us and kept sitting . Got a good fun show that way . I havent seen their own vehicle tours when i was in there , so better to go in with own car . Also saw a couple struggling to get a cab to return . No lions . So reducing couple of stars !

Ok so we got there by taxi as train was full that goes from town. It was nice but felt bit abandoned as nobody was around. They dropped us to a mini farm in between without saying what is it, how long we have to wait for someone to collect us. Missing the atmosphere and some guide to talk to people. It was good place to go with kids but need more staff to talk about animals and place.

The safari is very fun for all ages and for the price you pay it's very worth it! You go through the safari with car or bus and then you can walk around an area where it's more like a zoo. Highly recommend for everyone coming to Mallorca especially with children!

I am in love with the Rhino and the Zebras. All in all a good day out. Only downside is the stereotypical behaviour of the elefant. THE lion cage is too small. Giraffes are herd animals and shouldnt be kept alone. Rhino enclosure is a bit boring. Maybe it would be possible that those inside "park animals" get the benefits of a more "open plan " enclosure. All animals look well fed and cared for.

Quite run down and could really do with some TLC. Nice couple of hours though.

Amazing place to come with kids. We passed a great full day. The animals looked like they are been taking care of, considerably they had good space and Water pools. They also have nice playground for kids. Bring cash to the pony ( we didn’t have, and they wouldn’t take credit…). Also, the coffee there is simple and just regular milk. Consider bringing your own..:-) we will def come back there 😁 we had a great time

Very nice idea with the safari and the zoo. Unfortunately, the area and the buildings are very dreary and shabby. The animals also seem very bored and lonely. Shows and generally a renovation is necessary need.

Also wir waren sehr begeistert.

For the price I would expect a bit more. The train ride is quick, there are not many stops, there is a playground, but everything is hot from the sun, so kids can't really play. The transfer to the Safari Zoo is for free tho.

The safari is very fun, but the zoo is run down and the animals in very small cages in some cases.

Worth a visit if you enjoy seeing animals out of your own 🚗 car, it was an amazing family adventure 👍

  • 4/5 Crazy C. 2 years ago on Google
Great place and lots to do. The Safari train was alright However the driver didn't give you chance to look at the animals and was forcing people off the road so they could get past.

  • 5/5 Paul S. 8 months ago on Google
Absolutely amazing. We took the hire car and I would recommend doing this as you can take your time, just watch out for the monkey's as they get comfortable on your windscreen!!

Nice place was a good visit all the animals looked well looked after if your in Sa coma it's worth a visit could do with a little more here to do but it is what it is worth going too

A lovely morning out! We visited here with our 18 month old who is animal obsessed and he absolutely loved it. The baboons jumped all over the (secure) land train giving us a great view of the babies, and the animals are clearly used to their environment and don't shy away from being seen. The zoo afterward is great too, lots more there than we thought there would be, being able to go in the enclosure with the goats and pigs was a highlight. Our boy enjoyed the play park too. We didn't buy food but there seemed plenty on offer. We were there from 11.30 until 1, could have spent longer but our boy was tired. We used the free bus from our hotel, you can buy your ticket with cash on the coach or pay by card on arrival to the park.

This Safari Zoo is an incredible experience! Get up close and personal with majestic animals in their natural habitat. The guided tour provides fascinating insights into their behavior and conservation efforts. The breathtaking landscapes and authentic safari atmosphere make it a truly immersive adventure. Don't miss this opportunity to witness the beauty of African animals in a safe and responsible environment.

Drive through it was everything good ,but when you walk to see the rest of the animals , water was very dirty ,looks like they havent changed the water for 1 month . The price is to high and they dont even care to clean animals rooms , water in that money . The price would be ok if they would take care of cleaning and changing water
