My partner and myself have just returned from this hotel, we had a lovely relaxing holiday. The hotel staff are all very friendly, and the waiting staff and bar staff work very hard .....We were confused though by the fact that it was advertised as having a beach 250 meters away, yet staff said there was NO beach nearby. !!!......Also advertised was a large area for walks, only walks available were if you walked around the pool !!!! or into the village.....We did do the walk into the village and around all the surrounding streets at the hotel admiring the beautiful houses, but not the kind of walk we had thought it would be......The food was good, always found something...... The hotel is tired looking, but on our visit they were doing a lot of the rooms up, so hopefully improvements are happening.....On the whole it's a beautiful setting , the views of Mount Tiedi can be stunning, and not built up and touristy with it being the only hotel in the area......

We went down to look with a view to time share at Christmas but the lady in the spa said the hotel is shut. Very disappointing..... the town is lovely but the location of the hotel is a fair walk from the town. Maybe if it reopens we can get a look round and consider a car

Good spot on the North side of the island, very functional and pleasant hotel. Great spa, we had a fantastic massage there. The bar is very reasonably priced and the staff are friendly. Easy to access most of the island from here. The furnishing is little dated but no complaints.

They cancelled my reservation 24h before my arrival due to the overbooking. Person from the the staff told me that mine was not the only one. Seriously, such things should be better managed. If you want to avoid last minute stress consider booking your stay elsewhere.

Good hotel. Big rooms, food was good and a nice pool. Good cleaning staff and reception. The staff at the bar was ok as well, except the old waiter which was grumpy most of the time and good not speak English very well. We preferred to do our evening drinks outside the hotel. Place can be recommend for sure, value for money is good.

This place needs some repairs and some rooms should be refreshed. I was there first time and last. Dodnt know know how this hotel gets 4 stars, maybe 30 years ago. Thermal pool and drinks in bar are paid. No all inclusive option available so be prepared for a bill everywhere. Staff is the best part of this place, nice and professional. The managing of this place is really bad. Its becoming nursing home.

The best hotel I've ever been to. The breakfast was delicious. The view from the balcony was incredible. The staff was so friendly and always helpful. The spa was excellent especially swimming pool and jacuzzi. I strongly recommend that place. I hope I would come back here as soon as possible. ❤️

Very average place. Away from everywhere and always need to use the car for anything. The apartment is pretty simple, no decoration or nice things in there. It’s not bad, but it’s not good either. If you can afford some nice place just go for it. The island is amazing with so many things to do, but this place is just a bit poor. Moreover, we got problems with the towel, they barely changed and soap for the bathroom, they didn’t refill.

Just spent a week here and over all I was happy with my choice. We had a sea view suite with breakfast included. The location of the hotel is great if you’re after a quiet getaway. However, if you’re after some activities then I recommend hiring a car as most places are too far for a taxi. Our room was well equipped and roomy. Clean and tidy. Perhaps the furnishings were a little dated but for me the key is it not being tired which it wasn’t. And there was a daily maid service too. The room had its own balcony with fantastic views (I have attached photos). The hotel it’s self is much the same as the room. Very clean and well presented with very friendly staff that were happy to help. Where the hotel stands out though is the spa facilities which are fantastic and very well priced and up to date. We only opted for the breakfast as we like to venture away from the hotel to find nice places to eat which we did very easily. The breakfast buffet was ok with plenty to choose from but after a few days we were starting to get disappointed with the quality of food. However, I never really go to hotels expecting a extremely high standard so I wasn’t totally disappointed. Overall for the price we paid we were very happy with the place. If you want a nice chilled place with great staff and spa facilities then you can’t go far wrong.

Incredible time here in early April. Weather was always warm but a few showers. Junior Suite was spotless and the cleaners do a great job of freshing the rooms up everyday. Could do with a greater selection in the snack bar. Free shuttle bus is a great service to puerto Cruz. The views are incredible and make staying a little bit outside the main town well worth while.

Very nice hotel, my room was clean and we had a view for the ocean. Food was okay. Unfortunately to leave the apartment you had to go through many stairs, so this may be not a best place for people with children. Also the indoor swimming pool is only for people over 16 years old, so again not a good place for children.

Professional services, even if there is a bit of problem with the communication with the staff in English they are really kind and helpful to make our holiday enjoyable as much as possible. Accommodations are clean and tidy with plenty of room and facilities. Food is pretty much guest oriented, you can choose from more type of food like spanish, Italian, English, German or French... Plus you have free bus transfer to the local nearby town! We can only recommend it! :)
